Tammy Hembrow showed off her near-flawless figure as she soaked up the sun poolside at her Gold Coast mansion

The fitness model, 28, stripped down to a skimpy floral bikini as she posed with her head facing towards the sun in a sizzling photo.

In another photo, the mother of three leaned forward slightly to reveal faint lines across her taut midsection, which she called her 'tummy wrinkles'.

'Grateful for the sun, for tummy wrinkles and for the book I'm currently reading. Your turn,' Tammy Hembrow captioned the post.

It comes after her rumoured break-up with fiancé Matt Poole, who has been notably absent from Tammy's recent outings.

The couple, who recently welcomed their first child together, have been facing split rumours for weeks.

Tellingly, Tammy was not wearing her engagement ring at a recent fashion launch.

And a few weeks ago, Matt celebrated the NRL Grand Final in Sydney - and his fiancée was nowhere in sight.

The couple began dating in 2020 and became engaged in November 2021, two weeks after which they announced they were expecting their first child together.

But as confident as she may seem, she’s not a stranger to body image issues, just like the rest of us. “Am I body confident? No,” she told in 2017.“Have I always felt that way, no? I didn’t feel great about myself today in fact. I’ve never looked at myself as being a perfect size or having the perfect body.”

However, she hopes that owning her figure will encourage other girls to follow in her footsteps. She continues, “As females, there’s always something we don’t like about our bodies. It’s a normal thing. If I could do a parade down Oxford Street naked with all of my girls that aren’t typical models, I would. Because I want to see girls who aren’t a size zero in my underwear. I see them tagging me on the Internet and it feels great.”

After initially sparking a connection with fellow contestant Andrew Spencer, Teddi shockingly left the show early after admitting to Andrew that she didn’t have strong feelings for him anymore.

The former contestant posed while seemingly feeling carefree on a Malibu beach in front of a gradient sunset to commemorate her special day.

For her birthday outfit, Teddi rocked a light green bikini set under a matching, loose-fitting button-up shirt of the same shade. Her signature curly hair fell naturally down her back as the small ocean waves crashed lightly in the background.

The fitness personality and author shared a toned bikini shot.

The 51-year-old rocked a mustard yellow two-piece that put her abs on display as she took a stroll on the beach.

“Just celebrating 51 years of feeling good. To me it's about celebrating every stage at every age of your life, self-confidence is ageless,” she captioned the post.

Brooke Burke shared her confusion about being asked for her opinion on “women my age and bikinis.”

“Is your age a limitation, or an opportunity to go deeper In exploring your self-confidence?" she asked.

"Personally string bikinis are my fav at every stage! Dress for yourself not your age,” she continued in the inspiring caption.

Rhian Sugden looks incredible

The stunning model, 35, and her husband Oliver Mellor have returned to the coastal town of Kalkan four years after tying the knot there.

They looked more loved-up than ever as they snapped selfies while cozying up on a sun lounger.

When they weren't taking pictures they were canoodling on the stony beach and in the shallows of the sea.

Rhian Sugden smiled throughout the beach jaunt that saw her top up her bronzed glow in the afternoon sunshine.

The relaxing holiday comes months after Rhian told Love Island star Dr. Alex George's Stompcast podcast of her lifelong battle with anxiety.

She said: "Over the last five years I've been diagnosed with anxiety. But I've had it since I was about three, or four years old and it wasn't really a thing back then.

"As long as I can remember, I've had it bad. I feel like it's taken over a lot of my life, but it stems from a phobia of being sick."

Rhian has tried lots of methods to overcome the condition from hypnotherapy and CBT therapy (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) to shock therapy.

She continued: "And they regressed me somehow - something that I never thought was possible. I thought this is just ridiculous talk, but they managed to get memories out of me that I didn't realize I had. That was the hypnotherapy that did that."

Rhian believes her phobia of vomiting stems from seeing a dinner lady at primary school throw up.

She said: "Every time I say to people 'oh, I've got this fear of being sick, they go 'oh, I hate being sick'. But it's not the same.

"It's like being terrified of spiders and not knowing when it's going to appear. If I get too hot and start feeling sick - panic attack.

"I only recently started eating Chinese, Indian food, and fish. This has all been the past five years. I'm scared of getting food poisoning.

"Like drinking, I never get blind drunk.

"I would stand over the sink at home crying every single night - it's haunted my mum and dad - crying over the sink, heaving, and going 'I'm going to be sick, I'm going to be sick, please tell me I'm not going to be sick'."

Despite her struggles, Rhian insisted she's in a better place now and the hypnotherapy in particular has made a big difference.

“People thought I was crazy, but the truth is I wasn’t getting paid much compared to my male costar,” the actress, who starred alongside Michael Douglas in the Oscar-nominated movie, explained. “I made $500,000. Michael made $14 million. So, keeping my costumes was a really smart thing to do.”

The Beauty of Living Twice author shared that a handful of the items came from fashion houses like Hermes, while other looks were custom-made. However, the standout look — the timeless white dress from the interrogation room scene — was a piece Stone designed herself.

“I remember asking the director, Paul Verhoeven, what he wanted me to wear for it. He jokingly said, ‘I don’t care if you wear a turtleneck and your hair in a bun.’ So, I said, ‘Good, because that’s what I was thinking,’” she recalled. “We decided to go for all white because my character had a very Hitchcockian vibe.”

Stone worked with costume designer Ellen Mirojnick to execute the now-famous ensemble. “Ellen designed the dress so that I could sit like a man if he was being interrogated. It gave me the ability to move my arms and legs, take up space, and exercise control over a room full of men,” Stone added.
