The Casino star, 64, shared a mirror selfie that showed her rocking a patterned swimsuit. The racy two-piece featured a vibrant colorway and purple string straps. “Why do I always get in shape when summer's over?” Stone joked in the caption.

Through the years, Stone has been hailed as a fashion inspiration due to her dramatic red-carpet looks and outstanding on-camera wardrobe. Her most memorable fashion moments are perhaps the eye-catching ensembles she wore in the 1992 thriller Basic Instinct.

Sharon Stone opened up about the clothes from the film in an essay, revealing she kept every outfit after production wrapped.

“People thought I was crazy, but the truth is I wasn’t getting paid much compared to my male costar,” the actress, who starred alongside Michael Douglas in the Oscar-nominated movie, explained. “I made $500,000. Michael made $14 million. So, keeping my costumes was a really smart thing to do.”

The Beauty of Living Twice author shared that a handful of the items came from fashion houses like Hermes, while other looks were custom-made. However, the standout look — the timeless white dress from the interrogation room scene — was a piece Stone designed herself.

“I remember asking the director, Paul Verhoeven, what he wanted me to wear for it. He jokingly said, ‘I don’t care if you wear a turtleneck and your hair in a bun.’ So, I said, ‘Good, because that’s what I was thinking,’” she recalled. “We decided to go for all white because my character had a very Hitchcockian vibe.”

Stone worked with costume designer Ellen Mirojnick to execute the now-famous ensemble. “Ellen designed the dress so that I could sit like a man if he was being interrogated. It gave me the ability to move my arms and legs, take up space, and exercise control over a room full of men,” Stone added.

Sharon Stone’s Body Looks So Amazing in Her 60s

Sharon Stone‘s body has totally defied Father Time. Even though the stunning actress is in her 60s, she looks half her age in a bikini. Sharon isn’t shy about flaunting her amazing swimsuit figure in photos as a result.

The Basic Instinct star wished “Happy Summer.” Her long legs and toned abs are still just as enviable today as they were when her breakthrough film came out nearly 30 years ago.

The blonde beauty — who was born in 1958 — has revealed how she maintains her enviable figure in her sixth decade of life. “My favorite breakfast is watermelon with feta cheese and mint, with olive oil and salt and pepper,” Sharon told. “And then, I usually have a piece of gluten-free sourdough toast with that and an herbal tea.”

Sharon also explained that staying physically fit is key. “During Covid … I started devising different things that I just did for myself. I think squats are really important. If you do squats every day, that really does get your whole body together,” she shared.

“I was a martial artist when I was young. I haven’t practiced in decades, but I still like to do my punches,” the actress added on how she works her upper body.

Actress Sharon Stone is dong some sunbathing

The 63-year-old Hollywood star was poolside lounging, with the post seeing the Basic Instinct actress in a stylish bathing suit as she cuddled with her dog after a vet visit.

Offering a little swimwear action, Sharon updated with a super-swish setting, seen lying on her side on a huge cushioned lounger and poolside. Sun-drenched, the gorgeous blonde showed off a golden tan in a classic black swimsuit, also going makeup-free as the sun caught her face.

Sharon, whose The Beauty of Living Twice memoir chronicles her career ups and down and 2001 brain hemorrhage, has also discussed the surgery she underwent to remove massive tumors.

She has, revealed plenty of her own via her book, released March 30 of this year. In particular, the trauma of going to a plastic surgeon for reconstructive breast surgery and having her chest size upped with zero instruction to do so.

"When I was unbandaged, I discovered that I had a full cup-size bigger breasts, ones that he said 'go better with your hip size," she told the newspaper: "He had changed my body without my knowledge or consent." When confronting the surgeon, Sharon added: "He thought that I would look better with bigger, 'better' boobs.'"
