Ellie Brown spent the weekend in her swimsuit! The Love Island alum shows off her bombshell body in one of her latest social media posts, lounging in a pool in her bathing suit. "Weekend," she captioned a series of Instagram snaps. "Banging," wrote Kaz Crossley. "Obsessed with you," added Lucinda Strafford.
Ellie went on an extreme diet before appearing on Love Island, spending two-and-a-half hours a day in the gym for the two months. "I hired a personal trainer for weight training, then would spend the rest sweating away on the treadmill," she told The Sun. "A health coach is your personal health cheerleader, guide and partner. They help you implement lifestyle changes to improve your physical health," says the Cleveland Clinic. "The service is often available through corporate wellness programs. Your doctor may also recommend health coaching if you have a chronic health issue like diabetes. Or, you may hire a health coach to help you achieve a wellness goal like getting fit."
She also kept her diet clean, staying away from any sugar, dairy, or carbohydrates, eating white fish and vegetables "about five times a day," and eliminating fruit. "If you're worried about your heart health, eating at least two servings of fish per week could reduce your risk of heart disease," says the Mayo Clinic. "For many years, the American Heart Association has recommended that people eat fish rich in unsaturated fats at least twice a week. The unsaturated fats in fish are called omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids may reduce inflammation throughout the body. Inflammation can damage your blood vessels, and lead to heart disease and strokes."
To lose weight, she also quit drinking for a whopping eight weeks. Since alcohol is high in calories anyone who is trying to lose weight should consider cutting down or eliminating it completely. "Decide not to drink a day or two each week. You may want to abstain for a week or a month to see how you feel physically and emotionally without alcohol in your life. Taking a break from alcohol can be a good way to start drinking less," advises Harvard Health.
Ellie couldn't stick to her drastic diet and exercise routine. "I looked amazing, but that diet really isn't sustainable. I'd end some days completely exhausted because my body wasn't getting all the nutrients it needed — and, of course, the meals became SO boring," she told The Sun. After the show she "put on a stone or so," and was body shamed by trolls but she is happier. "What the shamers need to realise is that there's a difference between someone who is unhealthy and overweight, and someone who's just a normal size," she told The Sun. "I'm perfectly fit and happy now — just as I was before Love Island."
Ellie is one of the many stars who swear by Barry's Bootcamp workouts, a high intensity interval training class conducted in a bootcamp like setting. There is lots of Research backing up the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and mental health. It is also time effective.

Daniela Aránguiz is enjoying a day on the sea! The television host and wife of Jorge Valdivia flaunts her famous figure in a black bathing suit while on a boat in her latest Instagram Stories. In them, she poses for the camera while enjoying a glass of champagne.
Daniela maintains that television producers "forced you to be skinny" when "unfortunately when you gained a few kilos on television." She said, "I tell you because it happened to me." She claims she would arrive on set and "the floor producer would arrive and say, 'my love, let's stop the little sandwiches, you're loaded with kilos," adding "they forced you to go on diets."
Daniela loves drinking coffee. "Who doesn't wake up without a coffee? I!!!!!" she captioned a post. Science continues to prove that drinking coffee is great for your health. In fact, a new 2022 study published in European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death. Researchers found "significant reductions" in the risk for coronary heart disease, congestive heart failure and stroke for all three types of coffee. But, only ground and instant coffee with caffeine decreased risk for arrhythmia, or irregular heartbeat.
Daniela also prioritizes hydration. In this photo, taken in Dubai, she drinks out of a coconut. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.
One way Daniela stays in shape is by doing dance cardio. "Hahahahaha better than yesterday but I still look in the mirror because I don't know well but step by step returning to being me!" she captioned this post of one of her workouts.
Daniela is open about getting aesthetic treatments. "This is my first treatment this year to mark my stomach… this also helps to mark the legs, the butt and everything you want," she said in one video of her treatment. It appears she did a treatment similar to Emsculpt, which is similar to doing 20,000 situps or 20,000 squats in 30 minutes.

Samara Weaving is still celebrating the new year in her swimsuit! The stunning Australian actress flaunts her fit figure in a bathing suit via one of her latest social media posts. "NYE at the Bimbo Summit," she captioned the Instagram post of herself dancing with a friend.
Samara maintains she isn't "obsessive" about exercise. "I just listen to my body," she told Women's Health. "I know that sounds cheesy but you can tell when your body needs a good workout – it's so good for your mind and wellbeing. I just feel like a newborn baby after a good workout! I have scoliosis [a curvature of the spine] so my back can get quite sore. I don't go to the gym or do heavy weights."
Before being diagnosed with scoliosis, Samara loved to run. "I used to run a lot, I would run five to 10 miles a day, and I miss that a lot. It was sort of just trying to figure out how I could get the same endorphins. Running you can really take your mind off everything. It was almost like meditation," she told Marie Claire.
Samara loves yoga. "When I'm not working, maybe three times a week. I go to this place in LA called Modo Yoga," she told Women's Health. "It's not Bikram, but it's still in a heated room. It's got a really good meditative aspect to it, so that helps when I'm feeling stressed about a bad day. Or, if there's a lot going on, I can escape for an hour and settle my mind. Then when I'm working, I don't exercise as much; I try to rest as much as I can. I take a yoga mat with me because you can do yoga anywhere, like in a hotel room. It usually ends up just sitting in a corner gathering dust, to be honest. But at least I tried!"
Samara's diet "varies," she told Marie Claire, "as cliché as it sounds, you've got to listen to your body. If I go for three days of just having fruit and vegetables, I'll make a salad and a rice bowl for dinner and have lighter meals. The next three days I'll have pasta and more carbs and eggs benedict for breakfast. I listen to my body and what am I really craving? As soon as you go, 'I'm going to diet for two weeks,' what you're craving is what you set out not to have."
Samara elaborated on her diet to Women's Health. "I have a small breakfast of tea and fruit – or, if I'm on holiday, my favourite is eggs Benedict – and then lunch around 12pm. If I'm at home, I make a big salad with Spanish rice, rocket, parmesan, shallots, capsicum and sometimes I put some chicken or whatever in. But at work [on set] there are caterers, so it's hard to resist the temptation of the delicious food! I'll have a heavier meal for dinner because I have trouble sleeping and being full actually helps me sleep. I don't go on forceful diets where you have to eliminate everything, because as soon as someone says I can't have something, that's all I want to eat."
Samara revealed to Cosmopolitan that she battles anxiety, but has a variety of coping methods. "I go to therapy a lot, and use grounding techniques. I try to meditate and exercise every day. I take medication sometimes if that's what I need – I went to a doctor and we had a very thorough conversation about it. I don't drink alcohol, which helps with anxiety, and I've noticed really sugary foods can trigger me the next day," she said.

It may be winter, but Luann de Lesseps is continuing to bring up the heat.
Weeks after showing how she does “pool time” in a teeny black bikini during a December 2022 trip to California, The Real Housewives of New York City cabaret singer recently hit the beach in one of her sexiest swimsuits yet. In a January 12 Instagram post, Luann shared two smoldering photos as she posed in a vibrant two-piece suit.
The royal blue string bikini featured chain-like detailing on its bottom and gold hardware on its strappy top.
Luann, who will star alongside Sonja Morgan in the forthcoming series Luann and Sonja: Welcome to Crappie Lake, completed her look with black sunglasses, a wide-brimmed fedora, and an eye-catching dangling necklace.
Crystal Kung Minkoff commented on the post with multiple fire emojis, and Marysol Patton declared that Luann looked “fabulous.”

Nicole Neumann is enjoying the tranquility, in her swimsuit! The Argentine model shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit while on the beach in Uruguay in one of her latest social media posts. "The calm before the storm??" she captioned the Instagram snap. "Beautiful," commented one of her followers. Another simply added a fire emoji.
Nicole is very adamant about her vegan diet. "I eat very healthy because with veganism a lot of fruit and vegetables," she said on Divina Comida. She even has her family on a plant-based eating plan. While she has said that she refuses to cook dead animals, she has confessed to cheating and having dairy on occasion. "A recent meta-analysis, published in JAMA Internal Medicine, looked at nine observational studies totaling over 300,000 participants to see how plant-based diets (both vegan and vegetarian) relate to type 2 diabetes risk. The study found that those most closely following plant-based diets (emphasizing foods like whole grains, legumes, nuts, vegetables, and fruits, while de-emphasizing or eliminating animal foods such as meat, dairy, and eggs) had a 23% lower risk of developing type 2 diabetes," says Harvard Health.
Just because she is thin, don't assume Nicole is on a diet. "It doesn't bother me that they tell me things about the weight. I never dieted, it's a really genetic thing in me," she said on the show. " For most people: "No surprise: diet and exercise is still the best tag-team approach to weight loss," says Harvard Health. "For diet, focus on limiting unhealthy carbs and excess calories. Research has shown that reducing carbs, especially sugar and refined starches, makes the body burn more fat for energy. A few small diet changes can help curb your carb intake. First, take a close look at which beverages you drink, like juices, sodas, and other sweetened beverages, and how much."
If you want a body like Nicole, you are going to have to work for it. However, she doesn't go overboard with her approach to fitness. "I like to exercise, but I'm not obsessive either," she said. "I don't do 5 times in the morning. I like to look good." "General guidelines recommend 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise each week, along with two strength-training sessions. But how much exercise you need each week and how intense it should be will vary based on your age and your goals," says Harvard Health.
Nicole is a big fan of burning calories in the ocean. One of her favorite activities, which she did on her most recent family vacation? Paddle boarding. "Sup baby," she captioned this photo. She also enjoys jet skiing. "It's always nice to go back to the sea!!!" she captioned another.
Nicole is a coffee drinker. "Everyone sees and gives what they have in their heart!!! Give me coffee and love all my life!!!!" Speaking of hearts, drinking a few cups of coffee a day may keep the cardiologist away. A new 2022 study published in European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death.
Nicole also enjoys winter fitness activity. You can regularly find her hitting the slopes, both skiing and snowboarding. "Family adventures with friends and laughter, are memories and emotions that no one takes away from you!!" she captioned one of her posts from the mountains.

Monika Chwajoł is heating up south Florida in her swimsuit! The Polish singer flaunts her incredible curves in one of her latest social media posts. "It was a wonderful month, gonna miss it and count down to be back soon," she captioned the Instagram photo of herself taken in Miami, where she has been staying, adding the hashtag #polishgirl.
Monika enjoys getting around with the help of a bicycle. "Life is like riding a bicycle to keep your balance you must keep moving forward," she captioned a snap. Per the Cleveland Clinic biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.
Monika enjoys the perks of a daily cup of coffee. "Coffee for the road and it's time to get back from #warszawa to #krakow," she captioned a photo. A 2022 study published in European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death.
Monika takes time out of her busy schedule for self-care. One of her go-to relaxing methods is taking a hot bath. "Chilled out by the sea, chill in the tub and now time to head out for a Christmas dinner. This is the kind of holidays I like," she captioned a photo. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.
You can find Monika on the slopes in the winter. Research has linked downhill skiing to a number of health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress and the occurrence of memory deficits declines.
Monika also enjoys shooting hoops. Here she is showing off her figure while on a basketball court. "Speed and agility training is crucial for basketball players to improve footwork skills as well as improve cardio-respiratory stamina. Speed and agility training is also key in decreasing injury for basketball players," says NASM.
When Monika puts on weights, she celebrates it. "The sides arrived ? the a** has grown ? and Monia is still joyful!" she captioned a post. "Darlings, I don't believe it myself, but I have 5 kilos more."

Michelle Keegan has looked drop-dead gorgeous in a bikini as the ITV Coronation Street send fans wild with a series of racy shots from a beach. The 35-year-old posed in a series of stunning shots to promote her new brand Orfila Bee.
Michelle launched her new swimwear brand Orfila Bee last year. She modelled the range with a slew of gorgeous snaps to show off the collection.
Michelle previously discussed the sweet meaning behind the brand name. Taking to Instagram in the summer of last year, the BBC Our Girl star wrote: "So this has been over 2 YEARS in the making…I can’t believe it’s finally launch day!!"
Sky Brassic star Michelle added: "I’ve always wanted to create my very own swimwear range that everybody feels comfortable in but with a twist. It was completely worth the wait in order to perfect a multi-way bikini that you can wear in 20 different ways, and that you can wear from the beach to the bar."
She signed off by saying: ""The name ‘Orfila Bee’ @orfilabee is so special to me as Orfila was my Grandma’s maiden name and she remains one of the biggest influences in my life. The ‘Bee’ is to represent the city in which I was proudly born and raised in," alongside a beer emoji.
She wrote: "Hope you love it as much as I do." Catherine Tyldesley replied: "Oh my love!! You’re such a clever bunny!! They’re beautiful and so are you!!! Go on lass!!!!" Michelle added the hashtags #orfilabee #swimwear #beachwear #launch #bikini (AD own brand) as the praise flooded in from followers.
Michelle told The Sun previously: "The more you exercise the more addictive it can get. I normally go four times a week but if I only end up going three times, I do miss it. I enjoy it. Mentally, it’s good for me. I love to go in the morning and get it out of the way. It sets me up for the rest of the day. You never regret doing a workout but you always regret not doing a workout.

The English actress shows off her incredible figure wearing a bathing suit while on a dream vacation in the Maldives with her husband and daughter. "Arrived . . . Baby napping, honeymoon in full swing, never seen a place like it, the most unique island we could ever have imagined. Aura keeps saying 'wow'" she captioned the Instagram post.
One ways Louisa stays in shape is by exercising at the gym. "I'm an early riser and usually hit the gym on Saturday morning," she told Express. "There's a growing consensus that interval training helps people lose weight and may have cardiovascular benefits," says cardiologist Dr. Stephen Wiviott, associate professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School, to Harvard Health, which adds: "Also known as high-intensity interval training (HIIT), these workouts alternate between periods of high-intensity and lower-intensity activity. You can do intervals during any type of exercise — walking, running, cycling, swimming, or even while doing calisthenics, such as jumping jacks, push-ups, or squats."
Louisa is a foodie and loves brunching with friends. "I'll have anything with avocado!" she told Express about her go-to breakfast. As for dinner, she enjoys dining at nice restaurants. "My favourite foods are Italian, Thai and Vietnamese," she told them.
"I don't get much time to exercise," Louisa confessed to Mirror. "I loved all the dancing on Strictly and I miss it, but there's never time to do it any more. I've never forgotten it, though – sometimes I'll hear a song I've done a dance to and I'll be going through all the steps in my head."
Another way Louisa stays fit is by going on walks with her daughter, Aura, and her dog. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
You won't find Louisa on a crash diet. "Everyone in my family is naturally quite small. I never diet, I just try to eat healthily. But before a holiday, I cut down on white bread and other bad carbs, and I try not to eat late at night," she told Mirror.

Fran Undurrago is feeling gratitude in the new year, judging by her social media updates. Undurrago posted a picture of herself at the beach, wearing a bright neon bathing suit as she stood in the surf. "Photo taken by mom not the best but love it that she took it. How nice it is to have parents alive. Thank you God! ??," she captioned the post.
Undurraga enjoys delicious, healthy eggplant-based dishes—especially lasagne. "The wonderful health benefits of eggplants are primarily derived from their vitamin, mineral, and nutrient content," says John Staughton, BASc, BFA. "According to the USDA, eggplants have a high water content with almost no cholesterol or fat and are a source of vitamin C, vitamin K, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, dietary fiber, folic acid, potassium, and manganese."
Undurraga is a dab hand in the kitchen, whipping up red peppers stuffed with cheese and black beans. "Red peppers contain more than 200 percent of your daily vitamin C intake," says Julie Daniluk, R.H.N. "Besides being a powerful antioxidant, vitamin C helps the proper absorption of iron. If you are iron deficient, try combining red peppers with your iron source for maximum absorption."
Undurraga loves to use an exercise ball to mix up her workouts. "The gym ball is so versatile it can be used to help someone who is just starting out in the gym as well as experienced exercisers," says Stephen MacConville, Nuffield Health's fitness lead. "A gym ball can be used by beginners to work on their squat technique. If they place the gym ball between the wall and their lower back, it can be used to support their back and help increase the range of movement in the squat."
Undurraga lifts weights as part of her workout routine. "Numerous studies have shown that strength training can play a role in slowing bone loss, and several show it can even build bone. This is tremendously useful to help offset age-related declines in bone mass," says Harvard Health. "Activities that put stress on bones can nudge bone-forming cells into action. That stress comes from the tugging and pushing on bone that occur during strength training (as well as weight-bearing aerobic exercises like walking or running). The result is stronger, denser bones."
Undurraga occasionally uses resistance bands for her exercises. "Studies show that there are no benefit changes between machines, free weights, and resistance bands," says Hayden Steele, NSCA-C.P.T., C.S.C.S. "Optimally, they would all be used together [in a training regimen], but when you look at strength benefits, you can't say that dumbbells are more effective than resistance bands. They just offer the same benefits for less money."
