Track and Field Star Jess Gardner is living her best life this summer

Jess Gardner is living her best life this summer. In one of her latest social media posts the pole vaulter flaunts her Insta-famous figure in a skimpy bathing suit while lounging on the shoreline. "My happy lil summer," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps.

Jess spends a lot of time at the gym lifting weights. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

When Jess isn't in the gym you can find her walking on the beach. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Jess also does yoga. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Jess loves getting out in nature and going for hikes. "Elevated," she captioned a photo from a hike. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

Building stronger muscles and bones

Improving your sense of balance

Improving your heart health

Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

When Jess is near water you can find her kayaking. "Whatever floats your boat," she captioned this post. Kayaking is a great workout. Not only is it great for building upper body strength and helps reduce stress, but can burn up to 400 calories per hour, translating to 1,600 calories in four hours of paddling.

Jess enjoys the perks of coffee. "Whenever I need a pick me up, I add a shot of espresso to my Iced Chai Tea Latte," she captioned a recent post.

Candice Swanpoel is one of the most successful models in the 21st century. She's best known for her work as a Victoria's Secret Angel. Swanpoel recently enjoyed a trip to Mykonos, and shared some photos on Instagram. In them, she and her friends enjoyed a day by the water and on a boat.

In an interview with UBeauty.com, Swanpoel talked about some of her wellness secrets, including how she approaches eating. "I don't stick to a specific diet," she says. "I eat whatever my body needs or craves. I have to eat a lot to maintain my weight, so I'm lucky I can eat anything, but I do focus on foods that make me feel good and give me more energy."

Swanpoel doesn't just vary her diet, but also her workout. "My routine is constantly changing but depending on what is going on in my life, I am either allowing my body to rest or working out for a specific goal," she told UBeauty.com. "My goals when working out are to build on my foundation. I am naturally extremely thin, so I need to add weights to keep my curves, which is how I feel my best and most beautiful. I don't overdo it, as I like to keep a natural feminine figure. Thirty minutes a day, four times a week does the trick for me–if I can be consistent. Which is not always the case."

Swanpoel has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her routine with UBeauty.com. "Mornings, I cleanse, tone, and moisturize, and use a strong SPF. Nighttime, I double-cleanse, tone, and use a retinol or U Beauty's amazing Resurfacing Compound and moisturize with a thicker product. I love your hydrating moisturizer, The SUPER Hydrator, and I never forget my eye cream. If I have time, I use product on my body. I use The SCULPT Arm Compound on my entire body."

One skincare product Swanpoel likes to use is a cleanser. She tells ELLE that since she has oily skin, she has to cleanse on a regular basis. "I like a foaming cleanser because I have quite oily skin. I really like to feel like I'm getting all the dirt off. I have one that I get from Wholefoods that's green tea-based, it's super natural."

Swanpoel has a busy life between her career and her family. However, she tells UBeauty.com that she makes sure to make time for herself. "I disappear from society. Haha. Avoid eating out and drinking alcohol and make sure I'm going to sleep early and exercising. Rest is extremely important for me to have the energy to do the things that help me reset."

Hailey Bieber knows how to treat her body right

Hailey Bieber, renowned for her radiant glow and impeccable fitness, showed off the results this week with an Instagram photo of her in a swimsuit, captioned "Girl Dinner." Despite the cheeky caption, Bieber knows how to treat her body right. Starting each day with a glass of water before indulging in her beloved coffee-on-an-empty-stomach routine, Bieber emphasizes hydration's importance. Her skincare line, Rhode Skin, reflects her commitment to healthy skin. Glazing Milk, a staple from her line, replenishes her skin's vitality, particularly after sun-soaked escapades.

Bieber's connection with nature extends beyond aesthetics. She cherishes outdoor workouts, crediting the ocean's saltwater for its soothing effect on her sensitive skin. The allure of Pilates and invigorating boxing sessions further exemplify Bieber's holistic approach to well-being. Keep reading to see the proof.

Bieber shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with The Cut. She says that the first thing she does each morning is drink water. "I'm a coffee-on-an-empty-stomach type of person, which I know is not very good for you, so I at least drink water or hot water with lemon before the coffee goes into my body."

Bieber has amazing skin, and even has her own line of products called Rhode Skin. She shared some of her favorite tips and products with The Cut. Bieber says that she uses her Glazing Milk product to hydrate her skin. "When I'm out in the sun all day and I need that reset of hydration after swimming, especially after being in salt water or the pool, I need that extra oomph before reapplying sunscreen."

Bieber shared some of her favorite workouts in an interview with E! News. She says that she likes to spend time outside, and not just to get a workout in. "My skin feels the best when I've been in the ocean," Bieber explained. "Salt water is the best skin healer for me, and I've found that nature can be the most soothing for my sensitive skin."

Bieber is a big fan of Pilates. "I used to be a dancer," she told E! News. "So I love Pilates because it really elongates and strengthens my muscles. That's probably my favorite workout." The Cleveland Clinic states that Pilates is a great core workout, which means it has many benefits. "When we're weak or out of alignment, it makes it harder to find our center of gravity, which can make us more prone to injury, especially in moments when we're trying to perform multiple movements at once (coordination). By strengthening your core, Pilates may make it easier to find your balance — and maintain it."

Bieber also likes to box to stay in shape. She told E! News, "I also recently started to box for some cardio. I found that remembering the combinations and learning how to move your body in boxing has been good for mental health." Harvard Health states that since boxing is an aerobic exercise, it has a lot of health benefits. "Aerobic exercise gets your heart pumping and helps lower the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. It can strengthen bones and muscles, burn more calories, and lift mood. Aerobics can also boost your endurance, which helps you climb a flight of stairs or walk farther."

Rapper Megan Thee Stallion shows off her bikini body

Megan Thee Stallion is one of the hottest and most successful female rappers right now. She's released hit songs like "WAP" with Cardi B, "Hot Girl Summer," and "Savage" including a remix with Beyonce. The latter song earned the duo a Grammy in 2021. Megan just shared a new set of photos on Instagram this week. In them, she wore a bunch of different outfits that showed off her abs and figure.

In an interview with InStyle, Megan revealed that she wants to take a break from making music. She says that she is still reeling from being shot by Tory Lanez, and wants to focus on healing. "Fans can expect new music when I'm in a better place," she says. "Right now, I'm focused on healing. The music and entertainment industry can be a grind, so it's important to take time off and avoid burning out. Life is all about balance."

In a revealing interview with ELLE, Megan talked about her shooting incident, and why this interview will be the last time she is publicly discussing it. "My purpose is for these words to serve as the final time that I'll address anything regarding this case in the press. I understand the public intrigue, but for the sake of my mental health, I don't plan to keep reliving the most traumatic experience of my life over and over again. I'm choosing to change the narrative because I'm more than just my trauma."

Megan tells ELLE that she is no longer seeing herself as a victim, but as a survivor. "I don't want to call myself a victim," Megan said. "As I reflect on the past three years, I view myself as a survivor, because I have truly survived the unimaginable. Not only did I survive being shot by someone I trusted and considered a close friend, but I overcame the public humiliation of having my name and reputation dragged through the mud by that individual for the entire world to see."

Megan isn't afraid to speak her mind about causes that are important to her. In her ELLE interview, she says that she wants to help other women who have experienced abuse. "We can't control what others think, especially when the lies are juicier than the truth. But as a society, we must create safer environments for women to come forward about violent behavior without fear of retaliation. We must provide stronger resources for women to recover from these tragedies physically and emotionally, without fear of judgment. We must do more than say her name. We must protect all women who have survived the unimaginable."

Megan has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her secrets with Harper's Bazaar. Megan says that since she has to wear makeup for her work, she always makes sure to take it all off. I just literally wash all the hot-girl stuff off, and then I put on a little moisturizer and a little Bio-Oil."

Roselyn Sanchez shows off her amazing figure

Roselyn Sanchez' career has taken off in the recent years. She's appeared on shows like Devious Maids, Grand Hotel, and most recently, Fantasy Island. She and her husband also host the He Said, Ella Dijo podcast together.

Sanchez recently enjoyed a pool day, and posted highlights on Instagram. In them, she wore a fuschia swimsuit, looking stunning. Sanchez captioned the post, "Adios. Until November."

Saachez talked about dealing with stereotypes and wanting to be an example for the Latin community in an interview with The AV Club. She says that she always makes sure to work hard. "It's the story of my life, and I just have to not get discouraged and count my blessings, to be honest with you. I've worked consistently; I've always played amazing Latino characters. Some of them will be viewed as stereotypical. Devious Maids got a lot of backlash and a lot of heat because everybody was like, "Why are these five actresses who are so accomplished playing maids?" [But] I'm not seeing it as a maid—I'm seeing it as a character, as a person. There's nothing demeaning about a maid.

And if it's a role that has some meat, [where] I can do something special with it, I'm all about it. But I've been fighting that fight my whole life, because of the way I look, the way I speak, the way I carry myself. People have this perception, and they put you inside this box and they don't see past that, so I have to fight."

Sanchez talked about her health in an interview with HOLA! She says that she makes sure to stay motivated. "I stay fit with exercise and take care of my health. This has always come naturally to me and it's been part of my life without even thinking about it, but now I feel that it's become a duty. Now it's not about exercising because I like it, I tell myself, 'Roselyn, you do this because when your boy turns 30 and gets married, you have to be there.'"

Sanchez tells HOLA that she has a lot of healthy habits, which lead to good skin. "I've never been a drinker or a smoker. I don't know for sure if this is the reason why I look younger. Doctors claim that leading a healthy life consisting of good habits like eating healthy and getting enough rest is fundamental to good health. I've never gone to bed with my makeup on, but I'm not a big fan of beauty products and I've never had plastic surgery. I practice a bit of discipline and I'm good to myself."

No matter how busy she gets, Sanchez makes sure to exercise regularly. She tells HOLA, "I exercise a lot. I've been dancing ballet since I was four, and have been practicing it constantly throughout the years. It's very important for me to keep moving and stay active."

One of Sanchez's beauty secrets? A diet with not a lot of salt. She tells HOLA, "If you want your face to look chiseled, no sodium two days before. I learned that from our friend JLo. She said, 'I approach everything like a sport, so when I have a concert, I train for that – and then I can do whatever I want until my next one.'"

Camila Mendes is looking good

Camila Mendes recently shared a swimsuit photo with the caption "Lost at Sea," radiating a healthy glow. Her dedication to well-being is evident, reflecting the hard work she puts into maintaining her health and vitality. Through consistent hard work and commitment, she exemplifies the pursuit of a healthy lifestyle. Mendes's candid display of self-assuredness and vitality in the photo resonates as an inspiration for her followers, highlighting the importance of both physical and mental wellness in achieving a radiant outlook.

"One time I met a fan on an airplane," she told InStyle. "I think we were both coming back from Brasília, which is where my parents are from in Brazil. She and I were both headed back to LA and she came up to me when I was in line to get on the flight and then we found out that we were sitting next to each other and we ended up talking for the entire, I dunno, eight hour flight. I can't remember how long it was, but she and I talked about how we both had body image issues and how she also struggled with an eating disorder and how I helped her accept herself and she expressed her appreciation for the things I've spoken about and shared her story and it was really emotional and she's still a friend that I keep in touch with sometimes."

Mendes uses Loop skin masks. "I use them all the time. For me, I am somebody who's always struggled to find masks that fit on my face with loops. It actually just sticks on your face so well, and you can do laundry and talk on the phone and I don't know, you can do cartwheels if you want. You can literally do anything while wearing a Loops mask. And on top of that, it's really good skincare and the way that we weave it into a sort of daily skincare routine just makes it really convenient to use and very effective," she told InStyle.

In Hollywood, she has learned "that nobody's going to look after you except yourself and you got to look out for yourself. You got to stand up for yourself and if you have a problem, speak up. Just do it respectfully and with grace. That's it," she told InStyle.

For her Riverdale audition, "I was the very last person they were seeing and I managed to squeeze in an audition and I got there 30 minutes late. My hair was frizzy. It was raining that day. I remember the casting director telling me, she's like, 'You're a little matte right now. At CW, we're glossy.' It's glossy lips. Cheeks are glowing. She's like, so come back a few days from now. Then they brought me back for a producer audition," she told Stephen Colbert. Her friend did her makeup to make her look "glowy, like she just came out of the womb."

Pilates offers numerous health benefits tailored to women's well-being. This low-impact exercise enhances core strength, promoting better posture and reducing back pain common in females. By focusing on controlled movements and breathing, Pilates cultivates flexibility, aiding in muscle tone without bulk. Women also benefit from improved joint mobility and balance, which becomes increasingly important with age. Stress reduction is another advantage, as Pilates encourages mindfulness and relaxation. Whether aiming to regain pre-pregnancy fitness or boost overall vitality, women find Pilates a versatile solution, enhancing physical resilience and mental equilibrium simultaneously.
