The iconic singer and actress kicked off her festivities by posting a mirror selfie of herself, rocking a white swimsuit on Instagram. In the caption, J.Lo made a reference to her most recent album, while giving a cheeky nod to the fact that it was her day. “This Is Me…Now,” she wrote with a birthday cake emoji.

Danni Menzies has treated fans to a glimpse inside her luxurious Mykonos getaway.
The 36-year-old former A Place in the Sun star has been living the high life while on the stunning Greek island, where she has been staying in a lavish £400 a night hotel. As well as showing off her incredible bikini body in a selection of holiday snaps, Danni has shared an empowering message to her 132,000 Instagram followers.
In the first image of the carousel of photos, Danni covered her face as she showed off her enviably toned stomach as she posed in the mirror wearing a tiny blue bikini. In a later snap, the presenter showed off her incredibly long legs in another swimwear snap, this time opting for a black bandeau top and leopard print bikini bottoms.
Sharing how she achieved her stunning figure, the star went on to share clips of her sweating it out in a private reformer pilates class and bracing herself as she sat fully submerged in an ice bath, as well as snaps of delicious-looking salads and protein shakes.
But it wasn’t all fitness and wellness on Danni’s Greek getaway. The star also shared a lively-looking clip of a big night out at a cabaret club, as well as videos of her taking a late-night stroll in a blue backless dress.
Finally, Danni had an empowering message to share with her followers, promoting the importance of emotional well-being. The note read: “You need to do more than eat nourishing food, exercise, and rest to feel your best. Jamillette Gaxiola is going for a hike – in her workout clothes. In a new social media post the model shows off her amazing body in a crop top and shorts during a trip to Machu Picchu. "Altitude adjustment ?? #machupicchu #peru #bucketlist," she captioned the Instagram post.
Jamillette has a balanced approach to diet and exercise. "I'm all about moderation – From my eating habits to my workouts that consist of some cardio and stretching with light weights. Steph Claire Smith is a fitness influencer and trainer. She is the co-founder of the fitness app, Kic, and she hosts the KIC podcast. Smith shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. In a recent video, she shared her favorite lower and upper body exercises. Smith captioned the post, "Round 1: 10x reverse db lunge L. 10x reverse db lunge R. 15x db goblet squat. 20x wall hip raises ^ x3. As you can see in her Instagram post, Smith likes to work her lower body. Piedmont reports that these workouts have a lot of benefits. Smith is seen doing chin-ups. ACE Fitness states that this exercise has a lot of benefits. "Chin-ups can help improve grip strength, posture and appearance, while also helping to strengthen muscles that stabilize the spine. This, in turn, can help reduce one's risk of back pain and injury. Even if a client is only able to do one or two chin-ups at a time, this exercise offers tremendous benefits, especially for the back, shoulders, forearms and biceps."
Smith makes sure to work out on a regular basis. However, she revealed in the caption of this Instagram post that she doesn't push herself too hard when she works out. "REMINDER: a workout doesn't have to feel like death to 'count.' The point is, you're making time for you. Doesn't matter if that's a walk to the coffee shop and back, yoga, Pilates, running, HIIT, strength, dancing…WHATEVER. Moving your body is important and EVERYTHING 'counts' if it's making you feel good. ❤️"
Smith revealed in the caption of this Instagram post that she likes to do HIIT training to stay fit. "HIIT training used to be absolute hell for me… and whilst it's still challenging, and not my FAVOURITE type of workout, it was 'hell' because of my mindset," she wrote. "I used to hate every second of it because I'd use those sessions as punishment – wanting to burn as much as I could purely because I wanted to change my body. I can now challenge myself in a workout and enjoy the challenge because I'm doing it for a completely different reason. And I LOVE @laura.henshaw 's NEW HIIT classes in the app because there is so much mindfulness pulled into the classes, she continuously reminds you that you're in charge of your own body and to listen to it throughout the sessions and you honestly finish them feeling on top of the world. Chloe Ting is modeling all types of workout gear. In a new social media post the fitness influencer shows off her famous figure in a variety of fits, ranging from sports bras and tiny shorts to one-pieces. "Do you prefer onesies or two-piece sets for your workout? #ootd #gymoutfit," she captioned the Instagram post. "Oh my goodness, this post is so relatable, girl! ?I love being able to mix and match different tops and bottoms depending on my mood! "?," fellow influencer Alexia Clark commented. According to Chloe, starting out "can be very overwhelming as there are things to consider such as your diet, your form, your consistency, etc. The one thing you need to focus on as a beginner is your mindset," she tells Her World. "You need to be committed to this and be able to identify what is possible for you today and what is your limit. Some people go cold turkey and jump on a diet or start intense exercises, and there's no sustainability with that. Start small, make incremental changes, and build strength over time and it's all a gradual process."
Chloe maintains that exercise is essential for the body, mind, and gut. "I've been working out for about six years now, and my journey started because I wasn't in a good place mentally. I suffered from panic attacks and anxiety, and also had a history of being bullied at work so I ended up taking a break from work," she told Her World. "With more time to spend on self-care, I gained an interest in fitness and I was just drawn to getting myself physically stronger. This then had a huge positive impact on my mental health. Besides that, I've also suffered from gut-related health issues, which have impacted my quality of life, but thankfully I'm in a better place now, both mentally and physically, and using my platform to spread positivity and self-love."
Slip in exercise when you can, says Chloe. "It's become a routine for me to work out in the morning, and checking that off early in the day makes me feel accomplished as I move on to my next task of the day," Chloe adds. "I think everyone's strategy to stay motivated is a little different. You have to identify what would work for you and give yourself time to build up that familiarity in your schedule so that it becomes a natural routine."
Chloe is a reader. Sitting down with a good book is a great form of self-care. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.
Chloe eats healthy – most of the time. What is her guilty pleasure? "Definitely chocolates and it's not something I'll ever get sick of!" she told Her World.

Cat Deeley was clearly enjoying a break from the norm as she basked in the French sunshine.
The TV presenter announced she was taking a break from This Morning duties earlier this month and confirmed she isn't due back until September. She appears to be making the most of the downtime alongside her kids and TV star husband, Patrick Kielty.
Cat and fellow presenter, Irish comedian Patrick, share two sons together - Milo, eight, and James, five - and tied the knot in 2012.
The quartet were sunning it up on the sandy beaches of St Tropez. They 47-year-old former SMTV Live star showed her toned physique as she smiled while appearing to set up camp for the family.
She opted for a two piece black strapless bikini and paired it with a cream panama hat with a gold trim. She accessorised with a pari of chunky black sunglasses.
Cat was stood beside a blue tent with a number of beach bags scattered nearby. She appeared to summon hubby Patrick from his dip in the sea in a bid to get the family dried off. Patrick wore navy swimwear and was seen to add a white polo shirt.
Later, Cat was seen putting on a plain navy maxi dress to go for a walk after drying and dressing one of her kids. For her jaunt, Cat wore open-toed sandals and she was spotted carrying one of her youngsters' shoes.
While the length of their holiday is unclear, they were basking under the glorious European sunshine while England is battered by rain and colder weather last week too. Cat took to Instagram to share a rare glimpse of her kids climbing onto a wall, with a luxury Chanel store in the background.
She captioned her upload: "C'est si bon!" which translates to: "It is so good!" She also shared footage of the brothers on their way to a local beach while carrying an inflatable boat.
The trip is the latest luxury getaway for the star, who also opted for a trip to Cabo during the Easter break.
Cat's latest break from presenting duties comes a month after she apologised for insensitive comments on air. The presenter had caused a storm online, when she was seen dancing in the ITV studio alongside co-star Ben Shephard before introducing singer Meghan Trainor as one of her guests for the day.
Playfully chatting as the cameras rolled, she joked: "I'm just having a seizure." Her words prompted an angry backlash on Twitter/X: "Wow @catdeeley @thismorning choose your words more wisely!! You really think seizures are funny!? What a stupid thing to say and then snigger at!," one user fumed.

Sabrina Carpenter is "on vacation" in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Espresso singer flaunts her amazing body in a one-piece bathing suit while lounging around the south of France. When she wakes up in the morning, Sabrina makes a gratitude list. "This is very corny, but I do try to list things that I'm grateful for first thing in the morning, just so I can start off my day hopefully in an attempt to make it more positive, before anything else kind of gets into my head. They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.
"I'm a little [casual] with exercise. It's not an every day thing by any means, but I try to balance it out however I can, and at least once or twice a week do something a little bit more disciplined. I will take a class of some sort, or do a workout at home. I'll go to Pilates sometimes with friends of mine. I love working out with friends, because it makes me feel like I'm not working out," Sabrina told Marie Claire about her go-to sweat method. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health." It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.
Sabrina understands the importance of rest. "I love to pass out without distractions. I can't remember the last time I watched a TV show. By the end of the day, I feel like I've used up everything I have, so I just love sleep and getting to sleep as quickly as I can. [My bedtime] definitely changes. I'm in an unpredictable era right now. It can be 9 p.m.; it can be 2 in the morning. [My body] definitely gravitates to, like, grandma. I get tired early, but now I have ways and tricks and coffee that will keep me up if I need to be up. I'm at this age where I'm… I definitely am disciplined, but I am trying to also remind myself that if there's a time in my life when I'm probably not going to sleep as much, it's probably now," she told Marie Claire.
Sabrina also starts her day "drinking ice cold water with lemon every morning." It "has been a very very big staple in my life to make me feel like I'm awake, I'm alert, to wake up my skin, kind of get the blood pumping and flowing," she told Vogue.
