Eva Marcille is looking wild on the beach – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Real Housewives of Atlanta star shows off her amazing body in a cheetah-print swimsuit while frolicking on the shoreline while vacationing at The St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort, Puerto Rico. "Life is for the living!!!!!" she captioned the series of Instagram snaps.

Eva starts her day with coffee. "I don't eat breakfast. . .I drink breakfast, it's coffee. There's creamer in there, there's extra coffee, and then I go get more coffee," she told BravoTV.com. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Eva skips breakfast but makes up for it with a big lunch. "Lunch looks like the average person's Thanksgiving dinner. That's usually my largest meal," she explained. "I will go to Houston's [restaurant] and have a whole Hawaiian rib eye at 11:15 in the morning. I open up with the restaurant." She also has a baked potato and salad. "[I] try to get some greens on there, you know," she said. "As long as there's some bacon in the salad we can get that down at lunch." For her "post-lunch, pre-dinner meal," Eva eats "whatever's available," ranging from "crab fingers and dirty rice" to a Subway sandwich.

Eva is a runner. "Feeling good after my run today," she captioned a post. Eva credits her husband, Mike Sterling, for inspiring her to get out and moving. "Motivated by my amazing husband @miketsterling who leads by example and dedication." According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

Christie Brinkley is one of the most legendary supermodels of all time. Her career has spanned decades. Brinkley is still looking amazing today, and recently celebrated her 70th birthday. She shared a set of photos on Instagram for the occasion. Brinkley captioned the post, "Looking in the mirror on my 70th Birthday and what do I see, I'm finally happy with the person looking back back at me. I'm no longer critical and demanding now I'm grateful and understanding. I've put this body thru it. I've broken every bone, in tiny miracles I'm all healed, in my heart and soul I'm home. It's taken 70 years to get here, in tears and joy I've found my happy, so now I'm going to end this poem, before I get too sappy! Happy Birthday Indeed!"

Brinkley is open about having work done. She talked about why she chose to have it done to People. "When I look in the mirror, I want to feel like I look as good as I feel. And if you can have something done to feel more confident and better about yourself, then you feel like your face matches your spirit—and my spirit is enthusiastic and energetic."

Brinkley tells People that she doesn't care what people think about her. Especially when it comes to the people who critique her plastic surgery. "There are always going to be the people who build themselves up by pulling you down. But then there are the women who are supporting women. And if there are little things that I can do that are going to make me feel great, make me look good for my job and that would be selfish of me not to share it."

Brinkley has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her secrets in an interview with Byrdie. "I start every day by exfoliating my face. That's something I've done for the past 40 years. I feel like it's really contributed to my skin feeling fresh and smooth. Forty years ago, I read an article that said men always look five years younger than women who are their same age. They contributed that to them shaving every day, and the daily exfoliating with shaving their skin makes them look younger. I was like, I'm not going to let them get away with that!"

Brinkley is open about being a vegetarian. She tells Byrdie that she eats a lot of fruits and vegetables. "My diet is plant-based. I've raised my kids on what I call the 'rainbow diet.' I want as many colors as possible. These are all the ingredients that do wonderful things to your skin. The deep green, the leafy greens, the purples in the skin of the grapes, which produce all the antioxidants and vitamins you get from a colorful, rich diet like that."

Brinkley makes sure to eat healthy. She tells Byrdie that she avoids certain unhealthy foods. "I would say avoid sugar as much as possible. It causes inflammation…And can cause all kinds of problems… I think avoiding artificial sugar, avoiding white bread, and going for deep, rich, plant-based foods is best."

Christie Brinkley shows off legs in swimsuit ahead of 70th birthday

Christie Brinkley is aging like fine wine!

The 69-year-old Bellissima Prosecco founder recently took to Instagram to post a stunning bathing suit photo.

Posing in the clear blue water during a trip to Turks & Caicos, the icon showed off a strapless white swimsuit, although the focus was surely on her long legs, which she held up in the air.

The model seemed to be having fun ahead of her 70th birthday, which is coming up on Feb. 2.

“Water, Sky, Seashells and Driftwood..a few of my favorite things,” she captioned the shot, tagging Lucky House, the three-bedroom, beachfront villa she owns in Parrot Cay.

The star also included a video she took from a boat in an additional slide.

Brinkley, of course, made sure to protect her skin during her excursion, pairing her swim look with a straw hat. She also showed off the accessory in her Instagram Story, adding the text “Swim and Stretch” to another shot of her in the water.

It appears that, while in town, Brinkley attended the Annual Parrot Cay International Tennis Tournament with her son, Jack Brinkley-Cook and his Canadian tennis pro girlfriend, Genie Bouchard.

The model made sure to share a few shots of all the action in a previous post, including a few photos of Bouchard playing actor Tom Hiddleston, who also attended the event.

The Sports Illustrated covergirl is no stranger to showing off her body while on vacation. Back in 2022, she shared a few bikini pictures from the same location, lounging in a driftwood cabana.

In June of last year, the model clapped back at haters who attacked her appearance on social media.

“Update: Whoa Nelly ! The Wrinkle Brigade is out in full force in the comment thread!” she wrote in response to mean comments she received on a selfie, where people ridiculed her about chest wrinkles and the use of filler.

Sailor Brinkley-Cook is heating up social media with her latest swimsuit snaps. The daughter of Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook shows off her incredible figure in a bathing suit while posing on the shoreline. "Gorgeous," she captioned the Instagram photo.

Sailor openly discusses her body image issues and the importance of self-love. "I've grown up with a lot of body issues. I spent my entire life being so insecure," she told InStyle. "When I did my first bikini shoot, I was worried because I don't even have boobs; I'm a B cup. I don't have all of these intensified assets that many bikini models do. Why should I be considered sexy?" Modeling helped give her the confidence to "own" who and what" she is "at such a bare, raw state," she explained.

"I really felt like I was celebrating my body and my womanhood." More recently she shared about her struggles with body dysmorphia. "I've been so down on myself recently. Crying about my cellulite, letting the fat on my body ruin my day, getting mad that I'm not as skinny as I once was," she wrote in an Instagram post. "The body dysmorphia and left over eating disorder tendencies have been coming in strong. "As I come into myself as a young woman my body shifts and changes by the month, the 'control' I felt I once had over it has been completely stripped away from me. Hormones, emotions, growing pains."

Sailor sweats daily. "In general, I try to work out every day. A normal workout would start with cardio. I'm a big runner—I try to run two miles a day. Then I work out with my trainer at Work Train Fight, doing HIIT workouts like burpees and lunges. If I need a day off, I'll do yoga or something low-intensity," she told InStyle.

Sailor regularly cuts sugar out of her diet – especially right before a shoot or show. "I start cutting sugar 10 days before. Every time I stop eating sugar, it's immediate, and when you're going to the gym every day, cutting out sugar changes the game. I see myself getting a lot more shredded," she said.

Sailor prioritizes hydration. "You want to be hydrated because it shows up in the way your skin looks, in the way that your body looks, in the way that you're acting and feeling," she told InStyle. "24 hours before a shoot, I'm drinking a crazy amount of water—I'm talking like three gallons." According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

Sailor eats "as clean as possible," she told InStyle. She also avoids processed food. "Lots of lean protein. I'm vegan so I can't have grilled chicken or salmon, but I go for salads with quinoa and beans and fresh vegetables and then something light, like a sautéed vegetable dish, for dinner."

Sailor loves walking. "I think that's a really underrated thing people don't do enough when they're feeling stressed out. Especially in the city, I'll put my phone in my pocket, put my headphones in, and I'll just play my favorite music and take a walk around the city. You just see all these different people of all different walks of life, and the art on the streets, and little fluffy dogs. All these little things remind you that, Okay, we're all in this together, we're going through it, you've got to make the best of it. That really helps me a lot when I'm feeling chaotic," she told Glamour.

Her mini-me daughter, Sailor Brinkley Cook, commented on her mother’s post, calling her "Sexy."

In her latest posts, Brinkley appeared to be at her seaside villa in Turks & Caicos named Lucky House.

Denise Austin was stunned when Sports Illustrated Swimsuit asked if she would walk down the runway in a bikini

The fitness icon joined her daughter, SI Swim model Katie Austin, at the 2022 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Runway Show in July. The mother and daughter proudly rocked two pieces on the catwalk for the live broadcast show at the W South Beach pool in Miami Beach, Florida.

"At first, I thought, ‘Am I really doing this? Are you kidding me? In a bikini at age 65?’" Denise Austin chuckled. "But how exhilarating that was! It was this amazing, natural high. It was an honor that they even asked me. And then to do this with my daughter made it even more special. It was the highlight of my life to walk the runway with my daughter. I’m still not over it."

The former gymnast shared that her daughter, 28, has been an inspiration to her.

"It brought tears to my eyes [when I first saw her in SI]," Austin explained. "I was just so proud of her. She’s just the sweetest person with the biggest heart. And she’s a hard worker. She tried out for it three different years through Swim Search, so it’s not like this was given to her. And I’m just so proud because this has been a dream of hers. For more than 30 years, Austin has been encouraging people to kick off an active lifestyle through her workout routines. She has sold more than 24 million exercise videos and DVDs. Jenny Powell has said menopause left her on the brink of depression. But she is fighting back - by wearing bikinis until she is the age 70.

"I can't believe Christie Brinkley posed in a bikini recently and got slagged off for it because she's 67. She looked unbelievable. Whether or not 'I'm still allowed' to wear a bikini is just not something I would think about.

"They discussed whether women should wear bikinis in their 50s on Loose Women once. What a load of tosh! Will I still be wearing a bikini in my 60s and 70s? Hell yeah! I'm accepting of myself and I'm going to embrace my moments of feeling great and people can take it or leave it."

She shared: "My periods were awful, I'd have to change about five times a day and I lost that much blood I became anemic. I'd struggle to get out of bed and I couldn't wait to go back to bed at night. I left it too long to get it sorted, so in the end, had to have iron infusions in hospital."

She added: "Take it or leave it! Live your life the way you want to, and never mind what other people think! I tell my kids .. in life, there are ‘no rules,’ just guidance and if your gut is telling you otherwise then go with it. The menopause journey is an interesting one and I’m constantly tweaking and adjusting my approach to living with/through it."

Over the weekend, the 47-year-old Vegas actress participated in the Sports Illustrated Challenge, where women re-create their favorite bikini poses from the Swimsuit Edition which supermodels such as Christie Brinkley and Kate Upton have posed for over the years.

The mother-of-three looked in perfect shape as she gave her best model looks while on a beach in California.

In her new images, Molly wore aviator sunglasses and plenty of gold jewelry as she looked toned and tanned while on a pristine beach.

The former supermodel shared four images in all, all of which looked expertly taken. 'I heard there was a si swimsuit challenge going on,' she said.

Christie Brinkley wants her younger fans to feel confident in their skin and she used an epic throwback photo of herself from the 1970s to get her point across

The 65-year-old blonde bombshell treated her half a million Instagram followers to a cover she shot for Cosmopolitan in 1977, in which she dons a very high-waisted purple bikini.

The model looks flawless as the bikini string is wrapped around her tight frame and she runs her hands through her short, wavy hair. But in a lengthy caption underneath the photo, Brinkley admitted just how body conscious she was at the time of the photoshoot.

"They did not have retouching back then so they really perfected the make up and every strand of hair. I remember I was worried that I looked fat," Brinkley confessed.

The seasoned model then shared how she feels about today's industry standards.

I'm so glad that today our industry appreciates all shapes and sizes so we can just focus on being healthy. Not cookie cutter. Still there is something in some young girls that often makes them feel like they just don't measure up. I was one of them," she continued.

"I look back at these and think worry was such a waste of time. If only the perspective we gain with age that alleviates the worries, (sic) could be passed on and absorbed by the younger generation...but I do think shifting the focus to feeling great is a giant step in the right direction."

Fast-forward to today and Brinkley's confidence has paid off. The former supermodel is often praised for how she appears to have never aged and is told she looks like her 21-year-old daughter Sailor Brinkley-Cook's twin.

Christie Brinkley spent New Years Eve in Turks and Caicos with friends and family, kicking off 2020 with some exploration under the sun

The 65-year-old model and actress looked stunning in a teeny red bikini as she sailed through the “beautiful islands” surrounding Parrot Cay where she attended Donna Karan’s annual New Years Eve dinner. She even revealed how she was getting a quick start on her resolution “to go to places we’ve never been in 2020.”

”On the first day of the year we ventured a little further and we found three beautiful islands just around the bend!” she captioned the post.

“May your new year be full of happy beautiful adventures near far and even within your heart and soul!”

And although Brinkley was sailing with her son, commenters couldn’t believe how youthful she looked.

Multiple others called the mother of three an “inspiration” and provided well wishes for the new year, which Brinkley rang in while “dancing on tabletops.”

Sailor Brinkley-Cook isn’t wasting time flaunting her enviable bikini bod

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model posted a sizzling snap rocking a pink string bikini that proudly flaunted her coveted curves.

“Everythings just peachy keen,” boasted the 21-year-old, noting her beach-ready.

The blonde bombshell is the daughter of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit icon Christie Brinkley and architect Peter Cook. The 21-year-old recently took her mother’s place on the latest season of “Dancing with the Stars" following the veteran cover girl’s injuries during rehearsals. Brinkley-Cook was ultimately eliminated third, leaving the mother-daughter duo “heartbroken.”

"She was just as heartbroken as I am," Brinkley-Cook told Entertainment Tonight in October 2019. "I don't think that any of my close family or friends, they didn't think that this would happen. So I was not only sad that this experience ended for me, but for them too. Because they loved watching, they loved tuning in. They were always my biggest support system. My mom was always so excited," she continued. "She was planning on coming back [to the ballroom] next week. Everyone sort of had this idea that they were going to have this show to root on."

Christie did just that with her daughter, Sailor Brinkley-Cook, behind the camera on their family beach vacation. She shared allll the gorgeous snaps on the 'gram. In the photos, Christie is wearing a black one-piece swimsuit, and all the attention is on her toned legs and arms as she poses on the shore.

Christie celebrated her 65th birthday in 2019 a year filled with a Sports Illustrated shoot, more bikini pics, and birthday party mini dresses.

The supermodel has always been super fit, and she's previously opened up about her health and workout regime to Women's Health. Christie takes really, really good care of herself and has her whole life.

When it comes to diet, Christie said that she limits carbs if she's trying to lose weight, but that "even on a low-carb diet, you should be able to, like, live it up." And, up until recently, she'd been following a vegetarian diet since age 13.

Christie also has her go-to workout routines. She loves spin class just as much as you do. "I love spin instructors," she told Women's Health. "Yeah, sometimes you need a little drill sergeant to inspire you and keep you going."

Christie also told The Cut that she loves running and uses the Total Gym home exercise machine (for which she's a spokeswoman) when she needs to get in a quick workout.
