She opted for minimal accessories for the outing and carried with her a blue and pink hand bag.

In one close-up, she gave Instagram followers a glimpse of her natural makeup look which was complemented by gold hoops.

As part of her latest album campaign, Rita put on a very leggy display in leather hot pants and crop top which she teamed with towering platforms and outlandish eye make-up for the video of Ask & You Shall Receive.

Ask & You Shall Receive is Rita's latest release following the success of her top ten 2023 album You & I.

Speaking about the latest release Rita said: 'The song is full of upbeat, summery vibes and is about seizing the moment romantically, and diving straight in with that special someone'.

'It was co-written by the amazing Raye, which feels like such a full circle moment, as I have so many amazing memories from when we were on the road together for the Phoenix tour'.

The singer even roped her husband Taika Waititi into working on the raunchy clip, although it was not planned for the Hollywood director to make an appearance until the day of filming.

The Victoria's Secret Angel, 35, wore a tiny green gingham bikini featuring a strapless bra-style top and high-waisted bottoms reminiscent of the style popular in the 1980s.

A necklace with a large seashell encircled her neck as she struck various poses in the water and looked very serene.

Candice – who attended the Cannes Film Festival in May – shared three images and a short video revealing three sharks swimming in the ocean near the model.

'Kind of blue,' the post's caption read with a wave and a seashell emoji added.

In the short video the trio of sharks swam around each other close to the ocean floor.

Candice didn't offer a reaction to seeing the sharks so close to her.

The new bikini snaps come after the native of South Africa ushered in the 'Bombshells in the Wild' issue for V Magazine.

She appeared on the cover with fellow Victoria's Secret veterans Kate Upton, 32, and Daiane Sodre, 31.

Swanepoel displayed her toned tummy in high-waisted leggings and a matching sports bra.

Her voluminous, wavy, golden blonde locks spilled around her face and over her chest.

Swanepoel, who founded the swimwear range Tropic of C, played up her stunning looks with shimmery orange-hued eyeshadow.

The much-loved Speak! host is well-known for her glamorous social media snaps, and her latest photos were no exception.

Jadé loves to box. "I have always been an avid fitness lover. I worked at a boxing club for 4 years in California where I helped train on the side and was very into nutritional health," she revealed in an interview. Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

Jadé also lifts weights. "I have a small gym now in my basement where I do all my fitness training, from boxing to Interval training. My weekly workout schedule is usually 30 minutes of intense boxing for cardio three times a week, lots of 10 min intervals of jump rope & consistent full body, arms and leg weight training to stay toned! In the future I plan on having a side hobby training women to get in shape after babies!" she says.

Jadé eats healthy. For a snack she enjoys almond butter with chia seeds on apples, while an indulgence would be pistachio gelato. "To stay in shape I include clean eating in my everyday diet. This consists of healthy greens, fruits, and proteins. I also enjoy juicing each week," she says.

Jadé encourages self-love. "Embrace the body you have, any shape or size, you are beautiful in your own skin. To me skinny isn't always sexy, I think strong & toned is sexy. A quick tip that I always do is drink Kombucha Tea- my favorite detoxifying drink. This is my little secret out of the box. It has quite a bitter taste but after I drink it I feel so much healthier and more cleansed all around. It rejuvenates your body and kicks it back in to gear after a hard workout!" she says.

“I would say the three words that I would use to describe it would be manifested, surreal and perfection because it was literally a moment that I manifested,” she said.

"I used to eat three full meals and then I would not be able to move after each meal. I would be so full and tired. Now, I eat all the time, but portion control is what's important for me — I'm eating more in total but not more at a time. Lissa [Nina's trainer at Les Mills workouts] coached me through it, but basically, I aim to have the size of my thumb in fat, the size of my palm in protein, and then unlimited veggies. I wish I'd learned this in school," she admitted.

In addition to what she eats, she loves a good workout. She explained that changing to strength training has made her feel stronger than ever before. And loving how she feels after her workouts, Dobrev tries to set time aside to get them in whether it is at home or work.

"You need to make a decision — do I want to look and feel a certain way and put the work into it?" she said. "I see the difference so I make the time for it on set. I would wake up an hour earlier. Even though I was exhausted after a 12-hour day and did not want to work out, I did it because I always knew I would feel better after. I do it first thing when I wake up because then I can't make up an excuse for it, like being tired later on in the day. Because usually by 6 p.m. you're just like, I have no energy. I've done all the things I've done! I don't want to do anything else! I just get it done in the morning."

The TV star insisted that her weight-loss achievement is a reflection of her hard work and dedication.

Heidi shared: 'People can say whatever they want. They always have about me, they always will.

Earlier this year, Heidi admitted that her beauty standards have evolved over time.

Perrie Edwards showed off her toned figure as she gave insight into her family holiday with fiancé Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and their son, Axel.

Hitting the beach with her son, another sweet snap showed her cradling Axel while strolling across the sand.

Recently, Perrie revealed the reason why she isn't in a rush to get married to Alex.

The couple are yet to set a date after the footballer proposed two years ago.

'I feel like we’ve already planned it. In our minds we know and we talk about it a lot – Alex more so than me actually which is really cute because he wants it to pop off,' Perrie said during an Australian radio interview.

'He wants a party, a performer, he wants it to be a big thing. I’m like, I know who I want as bridesmaids and this and that. It’s all kind of set in stone but we haven’t actually planned it yet.

Perrie and Alex welcomed their son Axel together back in August 2021 and the songstress added she wants to wait until he gets older so he can play a big role in the wedding.

Perrie, who has launched her solo career with Forget About Us and Tears, also revealed she is yet to finish her album.

She said: 'I’m annoying but I’m still working on things. You get one chance and it has to be perfect. I feel like it is done but there’s little tweaks I want to do still. I will get there, it will definitely be pre-order this year I think.'

Last month, Perrie dropped her second single Tears, the follow-up to April's Forget About Us.

Her debut solo track was number one for two weeks on the Big Top 40 chart and peaked inside the top 10 of the Official Charts.

Where Forget About Us was an Ed Sheeran pop ballad with country music influence, Tears is smooth soul with an '80s vibe.

In the song, Perrie laments the tears she wasted on an ex and, while saying she knows she will never get them back, she vows he will never see her cry again.

Describing the inspiration for the track, she said: 'This song is about coming out of a bad situation and letting go of what has happened in the past.

'It's that point where you feel empowered, and you leave the tears behind because you've come out the other side. It’s a sultry and smooth track that I'm really excited for you all to hear.'
