Ana de Armas is soaking up the sun. In a recent social media post the Bond Girl shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while vacationing in the tropics over the holidays. "Feliz Navidad! Much love," she captioned the series of snaps.
Ana starts her approach to wellness from within. "I do meditate," she told Vogue . "I like it very much. When you start doing it and you're consistent with it, you realize how much it helps with all the things that come up for you," she said. "It's been a very intense year for everybody and I thought that it was important to figure out a way in which I could create space to take time for myself to think, meditate, feel good and healthy." The Mayo Clinic supports the many health benefits of meditation, which include:
Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations
Building skills to manage your stress
Increasing self-awareness
Focusing on the present
Reducing negative emotions
Increasing imagination and creativity
Increasing patience and tolerance
Lowering resting heart rate
Lowering resting blood pressure
Improving sleep quality
Ana told Vogue that she started going to Pilates while staying at a hotel while filming a movie. She claims that the reformer, chair, and bench work she does is helpful in "keeping me sane." Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.
Ana refuses to buy into diet culture. "It's hard not to get into that dynamic here, not to let them get inside your head. There are too many expectations," she told People en Español. "The truth is that I'm not very disciplined with diets. In general, I do whatever makes me happy in life and food makes me quite happy!"
Ana loves to exercise, especially because of the mental health benefits. "Exercise also makes me happy, but it has to be fun. I do something different every day — one day boxing, the next spinning or weight training — to not get bored," she told People.
Ana is all about stretching, using the Theragun Mini. "I hold all of my tension in my shoulders and my legs, and this device is truly incredible. I have two of them: the big one is very intense, and someone has to use it on you; but I also have a mini that I travel with," she told Vogue. "It's a triangle shape that fits anywhere—in all of my purses—and I bring it with me on the plane, to set, to my trailer. Especially on this movie, there's so much action, and this is great for a warm-up before we start the choreography as it activates everything, and you can use it again to cool down. It's a good complement to Epsom salts and arnica cream as it helps the muscles to relax."

Bradbery is currently on tour and recently showed off her toned figure in black workout pants and a tank top while doing soundcheck before her performance in Green Bay.
To help stay healthy, Bradbery takes a few supplements. In an interview with Nashville Edit, she said, "Vitamin C for the immune system. I usually take some CBD oil and Magnesium Glycinate in the evening or to end my day because they're relaxing supplements and since I deal with migraines, they assist with easing any inflammation, etc."
Between a busy schedule and just not being motivated, it's easy to skip the gym, but Bradbery fights off the urge not to go. "It's not easy! Staying in a routine is definitely a challenge because I'll be honest, I can get lazy."
Bradbery loves to do core exercises. She told the outlet, "When I'm in a groove for abs I do: sitting twist, reverse crunches, knee to elbow, and plank rolls."
To help get lean toned muscles, the singer works out with weights. "Overall, I use weights because I want to build muscle, but that's not for everyone and just what I find best for my body," she told the outlet. "Do whatever routines fit best for you!"
Another way Bradbery stays in shape is by dancing. "I love going to hip-hop class, I love to dance," she told Nashville Edit. "I love boxing (great workout). I love horseback riding whenever I can. And those are just some. I'm always down for an adventure. I love being outdoors!"
Bradbery loves Italian food and a specific restaurant in Nashville–Maggiano's. "My go-to order is the angel hair pasta with meat sauce and ALL their bread!"

In some new social media posts the Halloween star shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit while vacationing at Auberge Resort Susurros del Corazón in Punta Mita, Mexico. She shared the images via her Instagram Stories.
At 54, Kyle is in the best shape of her life. In a recent interview with The Feast, per Bravo Kyle claimed she was working out every single day of the week but Sunday. While on vacation she even hit the resort's gym, running 5 miles on the treadmill.
Kyle is all about workout buddies. She recently shared a photo of herself and a group of pals, including Teddi Mellencamp, at a workout class. "The girls… we all have different goals, different dreams, but the one thing we have in common is that we want to see each other succeed. That's friendship but it's also accountability. Because there's always going to be a time where you want to give up, want to make excuses, want to quit. But accountability won't let you. Accountability also means posting this pic despite so many things. Which one of us are you: the one taking the pic, the one who's like 'why are we taking a pic?', the one who's always finding her angle, or the one who's showing off her tree pose?" she captioned the snap.
Kyle has a very active lifestyle. One of her favorite activities is biking. "Went mountain bike riding through one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen," she captioned this photo. She also takes SoulCycle classes and rides her Peloton. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.
Living in Southern California makes it convenient for Kyle to hit the trails. "I love hiking, going on walks with my friends on steep hills, inclines. I just like to be outdoors mainly," she told E! News. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.
Richards recently revealed her diet secrets to one of her followers on Instagram. "NO alcohol, bread, pasta, sugar. I eat protein, fruit and vegetables," she wrote. "Now that I am the weight I want to be, I will have the occasional small amount of pasta etc once in a while. But no alcohol since July 15."

"i have so much random content i never posted in my drafts," she captioned the Instagram clip. "i would like to frolic with you," commented one of her followers. "Natural bodies for the win!" added another.
Olivia started her "training journey" 8 years ago. She started working out solo but eventually hit a plateau so she hired a trainer. "Feeling so motivated again," she wrote in one of her Instagram Stories. In another video she revealed that she works out five to six days per week and doesn't do any ab focused workouts. "I just do really heavy compound lifts which work my entire torso," she revealed in an Instagram Story Q&A. Her favorite area to train? "Back or quads," she said. She loves doing bent over rows and squats. However, she recently shared a video of the ab workout she is doing to get ready for summer. "It's time to cut for summer! I ended up doing 4 rounds x 30 seconds," she captioned it.
Olivia also enjoys surfing. "Day well spent," she captioned a photo of herself surfing. According to the Australian government's Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," they say.
Olivia doesn't believe in cardio. Instead, she uses her gym time to lift weights, which helps her build muscle."The most I do right now is walking for like 10 minutes before I start if I feel like it," she said. Occasionally, she might do some sprints.
Olivia loves online workouts so much she created her own app. She switches her routine up every four weeks and shares her workouts on her LivFit app. The subscription includes a few 4-week programs, a nutrition guide, and new workouts weekly.
Olivia has gained 40 pounds since starting her fitness journey. Her goal is to gain muscle, not lose weight. "I'm finishing up my first 8-week bulk of the year on Friday, and ya girl has gained 10lbs and is looking a littttttleee fluffy (although I don't mind it!) ?? but now I'm excited to start cutting for summer!" she captioned a post. "Fitness is such a huge part of my life; my days really revolve around my workouts and what I put into my body. For some reason, I always liked to keep it to myself and didn't talk about it too much on here, but that is about to change! When I first started my fitness journey, I was coming off two ACL tears and just trying to build the muscle in my legs after having back-to-back surgeries. Now, I have been lifting for six years and have gained around 40lbs (my weight fluctuates) and put on tons of muscle!"

Villalobo, who plays Alejandra Maldonado on the Netflix show, shared some pictures of herself on social media, posing by a pool in a black bikini. "Monday that looks like Sunday ??. Happy week my beautiful people ☀️ ⛱️?❤️," she captioned the post.
Villalobo refuses to chase an idealized version of looks, instead embracing her unique beauty. "I have rather been a lover of natural things. I have also had the fortune of playing characters on the natural side," she says. "I am one of those who thinks that what you are, what you really are internally, you reflect that… Women are hormonal. There are days when you wake up, look in the mirror and feel the most horrible, you don't like anything. You have a closet full of clothes and nothing fits. You have to know how to take advantage of what you are, what you have. There are no perfect bodies, there is no perfect beauty. I believe that when you have something that makes you different from others, you have to hold on to that and take advantage of it."
Villalobo swears by weight training to look and feel her best. "The human body was designed to move," she says. "When we remain static we spoil ourselves, in every sense. When I'm not moving I feel bad. Weights, weights and more weights. Many women believe that this will make them masculine, but it defines your muscles and gives you confidence. The key is finding the right weight for your body."
Villalobo is diligent about staying hydrated and removing makeup every night. "Always drink water," she says. "If you don't like the taste, prepare it with fruits. If you need it to taste something sweet, add a strawberry. One is undoubtedly what one eats. It is impossible for the skin to look good if one eats poorly. That, not to mention the figure. Sometimes I come crawling in because I'm so tired and what I want to do is lie down on the bed, but I ALWAYS remove every last drop of mascara."
Villalobo emphasizes how important sleep is for beauty. Studies show lack of sleep impacts both looks and how others interact with us. "Since faces contain a lot of information on which humans base their interactions with each other, how fatigued a person appears may affect how others behave toward them," says Tina Sundelin, MSc, doctoral student in the department of psychology at Stockholm University in Stockholm, Sweden. "This is relevant not only for private social interactions, but also official ones such as with health care professionals and in public safety."
Villalobo gets up early every morning to get her exercise in before the day starts. "I [work out for] two hours, from 5 to 7," she says. "I've never done it in my life, never and now I like it." Experts say working out first thing has specific health benefits. "Morning workouts help reduce the possibility for obstacles to present themselves," says Jasmin Theard, ACSM HFS, exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center. "There is also less opportunity to make excuses. Exercise leads to the secretion of neurotransmitters that promote mental clarity and an improved attention span. You'll feel a sense of accomplishment, as well as rejuvenated and recharged."

Indulge in the Seductive allure that is Blue velvet," she captioned the social media clip, driving her followers wild. "Love this gorgeous angel," one of them commented. "Beautiful," added another.
Candice told The Cut that one of her diet secrets is a nutrient-filled beverage. "I do a nice beauty smoothie," she revealed. "It contains coconut oil, flaxseed oil, banana, protein, some kind of antioxidant fruit like blueberries or strawberries, or some nut butter. I discovered it from doing research; I like to be on beauty blogs. I've always loved nutrition and because I've worked out for so many years, I've figured out what's best for my body and keeping my energy up. It's evolved from that."
Candice maintains that "being happy and healthy" is how she approaches wellness. "I don't like restrict myself from certain foods that I want, or kill myself at the gym. It's really what's comfortable for my body at the time and what's best at that moment," she told The Cut.
Candice revealed to The Cut that she has always been "in tune" with her body via dancing. "I started dancing when I was really young, and it just gives you a different sense of your body."
Candice was blessed with good genes. "I've been lucky — I was born with quite a fast metabolism," she confessed. "I'm that girl who orders the healthy plate with a side of fries. Your body is like a machine and everyone's is different. I know mine quite well."

Debby strives for self-acceptance. Ever since she was young she has been battling body dysmorphia. "Dysmorphia has been a dark passenger of mine for years. I first noticed it at 13, when I was told to draw an image of my body, and the silhouette and shape of what I saw apparently did not line up at all with what everyone else saw," she told The Sydney Morning Herald. "I don't know to this day if I've ever looked in the mirror and seen what other people see when they look at me. And I have never had a day, not one day, where I looked in the mirror and thought, 'Cool.' It used to be all I wanted but I've accomplished a lot in 12 years, so maybe I don't need that to feel fulfilled any more."
I'd gone through heartbreak and my close friend was going through cancer and I emotionally ate and was dealing with a full-blown eating disorder," Debby told The Sydney Morning Herald. "I put on 12 pounds, which isn't much on the Hollywood scale, but everyone online was calling me fat and speculating that I was on drugs. It enraged me so much."
Debby is a boxer. Not only does it help her stay in shape, but also is helpful in treating her stress. She fights with her husband, Twenty One Pilots singer Josh Dun. "Is he grabbing my butt," she captioned a few snaps from one of their workout sessions. "This kind of boxing has many health benefits, because it constantly requires you to think, change your position, and change your posture," physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's hospital tells Harvard Health."You're swinging your arms, moving the muscles of your arms and shoulders, increasing your upper-body strength. And when you're in the boxer crouch with a wide stance, with your knees slightly bent, you're strengthening your core muscles, back, and legs."
Rock climbing and snowboarding are two of Debby's favorite action sports. "Nighttime is for carving slow and flirting on the slopes," she captioned this snap. According to the University of Rochester, snowboarding, like skiing, is a great cardiovascular workout. "Because they are also weight-bearing exercises, they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles," they say. "Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for chronic diseases, and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer."
Rollerblading, hiking, and walking are a few other calorie-blasting activities that Debby enjoys. Sometimes she even walks her dog while rollerblading, like in this adorable Instagram post. "He walked me for like a whole 5k," she captioned the video.

"Just found this pic from last year. How I wish I was in a bikini on the beach right now," she captioned the Instagram Stories snap of herself on the beach holding a tropical drink.
Zara works out three times a week with Chris Barker. He revealed to Glamour UK that his star client is devoted to fitness. "A usual week would be Monday, Wednesday and Friday training with me with two additional cardio sessions if she can. I like to program full body days, so we are working out as much of the body as possible, however I will make sure that we are able to focus at the same time on certain areas like her bum, for example, which she has wanted to focus on," he said.
Deadlifting, squats, and other glute exercises keep Zara's backside in great shape. "Learning how to perform these exercises correctly are a key foundation in any exercise program," Barker told Glamour. The key is, learning how to activate the glutes properly. "It is then using the key exercises like deadlifts, squats and hip thrusts and focusing on progressive overload (the principle behind most resistance training programs where you are either trying to lift a greater load or the lift the same load a greater number of times, thus putting the muscles under enough stress to elicit a response – meaning the muscle grows and becomes stronger)," he said.
Zara is a big fan of fitness apps, which she uses to track her calorie intake and portion sizes. Her trainer maintains that the apps have been helpful in educating her about nutrition. "Like most of my clients, Zara follows a high protein diet; we then reduce her carbohydrates and fats depending on how she is looking and feeling. Zara is a great cook so she has always been very good with this side of things and this is why she looks as amazing as she does."
Zara cheats on occasion. Her trainer explains that overly restrictive diets and telling people they can't drink alcohol or ever eat their favorite foods, "is setting them up for failure," he said. "By teaching the importance of nutrition and how you can still achieve your results while having the occasional drink or enjoying a pizza then my clients tend to adhere to the program better and actually achieve longer lasting results. Zara still enjoys foods that many people would consider 'bad' but if you are sticking to a caloric plan and not going over your calorie levels consistently, you are still able to achieve great results ….and Zara is testament to that."
While Zara isn't totally plant-based, she tries to eat a lot of produce, she revealed on Instagram. "For the longest time I have looked at integrating more plant-based food into my diet and just be a bit more flexible with what I fuel my body with, whilst maintaining protein and nutrition intake," she wrote. "As I mentioned before, ensuring I get enough protein is a priority to me, and not something I have had to compromise when adding meatless meals into my diet!"
Zara gets her nutrients from green juice and smoothies. "Juicy sundays," she captioned this snap of herself.

The trainer and PRO bikini competitor, who has won three times, posts regular workout videos and reveals how she gets so toned. Known for her sculpted glutes, strong legs, and six-pack abs, the 33-year-old is one of the most sought-after fitness coaches and head trainer for reset app.
To maintain a slim waist, but defined booty, de Leó eats protein. "Two things matter in regards to food when building your GLUTES," she wrote in an Instagram post.
"A protein-rich diet
A caloric surplus
Protein is directly correlated with muscle growth, and after all, your glutes are muscles." She added, "On the other hand, a caloric surplus of nutritiously dense foods will allow the food you eat to be converted to good mass! "All you ladies on the Booty Secrets program, try to incorporate some of these foods into your diet to maximize gains!"
Getting a body like de Leó takes work, discipline, and commitment. In a recent post, she shared her leg routine and wrote, "I don't know about you, but I absolutely LOVE leg day! Another way she maintains a strong and beautiful lower body is by doing deep squats but admitted they're not easy. Wearing a light blue sports bra and brown shorts, de Leó posted a video showing the moves that help her deepen her squats and wrote, "Although it didn't happen overnight, these are some of the stretches/moves that helped me. There are a few more that I also do, but I believe you guys can start with these and see how it goes." She added, "I must warn you though, it may leave you feeling sore for a little while, but your body will soon get used to it."
e Leó is all about getting an effective workout with minimal equipment and shows how to get lean arms without just dumbbells. "My sisters, don't skip your upper body workouts," she said, wearing a dark gray sports bra and blue hip-hugging shorts. She added, "If you liked this workout, hop inside the @reset.app to see more daily workouts and other structured training programs."
Protein is a vital part of everyone's diet. It serves several important roles like aiding in growth and development, repairing damaged cells, carrying oxygen through the body, is a great energy source, and more. To ensure she gets enough protein, de Leó has protein shakes. "Blended smoothies are excellent for quick protein, and this recipe will deliver something tasty and filling to sip on!" she wrote. "Don't forget the peanut butter, an essential ingredient! Swap for an alternate nut or seed butter if you have an allergy!"

In a new social media post, the Aussie star is in holiday mode, looking insanely fit in a pink bathing suit while having a blast during her beach getaway. "Friends, family, fro-yo's, frangipanis and fun ☀️And before anyone freaks out…it's a bouy in the last pic not a shark!" she captioned the Instagram clip, driving her followers wild. "That body," commented one. "I wish my old body looked and moved like that!" another added.
"I am happier when I am active. Both my physical and mental health feels better when I move. I noticed my motivation dropping severely during this year's round two of lockdown," Carrie told Mamamia about how exercise benefits her mental health.
"Most of my exercise this year has been with the kids, running, riding bikes, heading down to the athletics track. I knew it was important for my kids to move for their own mental health so I pushed through my own tiredness as much as I could and got them outside," Carrie added to Mamamia.
Carrie loves dancing. "We love nothing better than a dance in the kitchen in our family! It's a great mood lifter and a 20 min boogie to Fleetwood Mac burns as much energy as a 20K run. (Don't check that fact ?)" she captioned a recent post.
"Every day is different," Carrie dished to Mamamia about maintaining variety in her diet. "I tend to eat healthy most of the time but we always have a takeaway on the weekend and you don't have to ask me twice for a block of chocolate or lollies."
Carrie takes supplements to ensure she gets the nutrients she needs. "I have always been iron deficient so I take iron tablets. Living in Melbourne I am lacking in vitamin D so I try to remember to take my vitamin D tablets as well, and when I am training, I like to take magnesium," she told the publication.
Some stars allow themselves cheat days, but Carrie takes cheat weeks. "With three kids and a crazy life, I have weeks where I am good at eating well and taking all my vitamins and then there are weeks where everything unravels and I get out of my routine – but I never regret eating well and getting some exercise in," she confessed to Mamamia.
"I am obsessed with music, so when I am feeling flat I'll either put on my favourite playlist and go for a walk or run. If I don't have the energy to do that, I'll go put music on in the kitchen and bake," Carrie told Mamamia about the importance of music.
Carrie is all about "me time." "I am someone who needs a lot of sleep and our toddler has only just started sleeping better – so it's been a tiring few years. Even just a drive alone in my car with a coffee can be stress-relieving!" she said.

In a few new social media posts Francesca Allen the Love Island stunner flaunts her amazing figure while answering her follower's burning questions in a Q & A. "I try to stay as consistent as I can be," she revealed in one of them, asking about her approach to staying in shape.
In one of her latest Instagram Stories Francesca reveals that takes the "everything in moderation" approach to diet. "Breakfast is eggs with sourdough, smashed avocados and chillies on top, or I'll have soya yoghurt with fruit. For lunch sometimes I'll have a salad but, if I'm in a rush, I'll have a few slices of banana loaf and a coffee. In the evening, I eat fish and roasted veg, like sweet potatoes, parsnips, red onions, mushrooms and broccoli," she added to Closer. She also does juice shots. "I'll also have a turmeric, grapefruit and ginger shot every day."
Francesca is a yogi. "Recently I've been doing yoga which I never liked in the past," she revealed to Heatworld. "I've always done quite high-intensity things such as running, HIT training or boxing, but since lockdown and with me being home a lot, I've been doing yoga before bed and it just makes me sleep a lot easier. A lot of the time, when I lie in bed, I can just be thinking of loads of things I need to do tomorrow and doing yoga before bed really helps."
In her new post, she also revealed that she experienced a "lifestyle change more than anything" and that she is the "happiest" she has ever been as a result. "It was mad. But I'm back with a bang. I had to look inside," she said in an Instagram Story on how she overcame online abuse and lost 30 pounds. "My personality was getting commented on and abused but there's only so much a girl can take. Like even me doing my accents that was wrong…"
In the same video, "This glow is coming from the inside," Francesca denied claims that she was editing her photos and instead attributed her new look to her newfound enjoyment in exercise. "I've had a couple of people messaging me about my weight and saying I edit it my photo. I'm like – hun – I've actually lost nearly 2st…So I am gonna look a bit different. I'd love to know how you're supposed to edit it your face or your body or any of those things in a video," she pointed out. "I feel like enlightened – which is the worst possible news I can use right now – I'm strong in myself and I have that strength in my body that I used to have like over two years ago. I just had lost love for training, I'd lost love myself"'
"I love training. It's my hobby," Francesca told New UK, revealing that she hits the gym three to four times a week. "I mostly do boxing and weights, and I love to run. It's amazing to put your earphones in and go for nice, long runs, especially in the forest."

Lisa maintains that getting an lymphatic massage helps "to detox and debloat" her body. She added in an Instagram Story that the practice is also the "key to look snatched" and is basically "instant body contour."
Opie is a big fan of laser treatments, specifically Morpheus 8, to keep her skin looking flawless and radiant. "It's a RF facial that tightens and lifts the skin," she says.
One of Lisa's top health suggestions? "Drink tons of water," she says. She drinks a ton herself. "About a gallon a day," she told us. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues. The U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine recommends that men drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women, 11.5 cups (2.7 liters).
Lisa doesn't just take her vitamins, she gets them injected into her. Vitamin C, D, and L-Carnitone are all part of her regiment. She also gets the trendy semaglutide (aka Ozempic) shots to burn fat, and B12 for energy.
Lisa is a big proponent of meditation. "I meditate every day, even right before the red carpet to be in the right headspace with gratitude," she tells us. "When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress," says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:
Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations
Building skills to manage your stress
Increasing self-awareness
Focusing on the present
Reducing negative emotions
Increasing imagination and creativity
Increasing patience and tolerance
Lowering resting heart rate
Lowering resting blood pressure
Improving sleep quality
Lisa also prioritizes sleep, especially before a big event, because "beauty sleep is important!" she reveals to us. What are the health benefits of sleep? According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.

Grant, who plays Cleo on the show, shared a picture of herself posing in a cabana while wearing a brown bikini. Other photos and video showed the incredible food and swimming pool at the resort. "I've got a crush on Greece ☺️," she captioned the post.
Grant wanted to be as physically prepared as possible for the role of Cleo. "I immediately got a trainer, Max Solomon, and we worked a lot on strength training, cardio, and toning," she says. "I wanted to make sure that physically Cleo looked strong. Honestly, I was pretty ready when it came to the physicality of the role, having had a trainer beforehand, but one thing I will say I did learn was that it is extremely hard to swim in the ocean fully clothed."
Grant draws on her own life experiences to play Cleo. "Cleo inspires me because she is authentically herself no matter the situation she is put in," she says. "She trusts her instincts, that's a valuable tool to use as an actor. Cleo is very ambitious when it comes to things that she wants and that's something that resonates with me… Many of Cleo's mannerisms that you see in the show I get from my aunts and other family members. Although I wasn't born in the Caribbean, growing up in South Florida, my family gave me as close as you can get to a firsthand experience of being on the islands. I drew parts of my inspiration from my Haitian/Bahamian godmother that taught me proper enunciation, slang words, and just corrected me overall. However, in a way, it feels like I've been preparing to be Cleo before I was even cast."
Just filming the show gave Grant a decent workout. "The show is a lot of cardio: running, swimming, everything in between," she says. "[The cast] would all pass each other in the gym and we'd do some workouts together. That helped with being able to deal with the demand of the show."
Grant says her Outer Banks co-stars will be friends for life. "We were constantly messing with each other, bothering each other, and doing fun stuff," she says. "We would be playing basketball, skateboarding, biking, eating, napping—it's kind of like summer camp where there's all these different activities going on all the time… Being in Barbados was one the best experiences of my life. Netflix booked an entire hotel only for us, so we were really able to bond as people. It was kind of like boarding school, where we all lived together in this giant hotel; we had sleepovers and we would go to the pool and really bond with each other. We'll take those memories with us for a lifetime."
Grant relaxes by enjoying her favorite cuisines and relaxing at the spa. "I'm a total foodie!" she says. "I love going out for food, but sometimes I go to the movies. I like being near the water listening to a good audiobook or going to the spa."

"Happy Birthday Kimmie… it's crazy how we come from two completely different worlds yet we connect on so many levels! I love you so much!!!! Your heart is unmatched. Your loyalty is top tier. You are one of the hardest working people I know yet you always make time NO MATTER WHAT! I honestly don't know what I would do without you!! Let's make some more crazy memories this year!!! I could laugh all day thinking about some of the funniest things we've done," she captioned the post.
Anthony was inspired to start taking her skincare regimen seriously thanks to singer Kelly Rowland. "She's obsessed with skincare and making sure all of us take care of our skin and our bodies. She's always sending tips on what to do," she says. "So if you're friends with her, she's going to make sure your skin is on point – no matter what. She's all about taking care of yourself and doing things to continue to nourish mind, body and soul. So when I have questions or need advice when it comes to those things, she's definitely who I call."
Anthony works out after dropping her son off at school. "I get up at 7AM because my son… doesn't sleep in yet. I wish he would," she says. "So we wake up at 7 and I get him off to school, and then I go to the gym. I work out at The Dogpound—it's pretty popular with the Victoria Secret models. I like the intensity and the music. Some gyms don't have good music…how can you motivate and workout with classical music playing? Here, it's all hip hop and trap music—it gets me going. I definitely try and take the time out to get a facial or a massage. Sometimes at The Dogpound they work you so hard, they give you a little massage.
Anthony has become diligent about taking care of her hair. "I'm trying to pay more attention to my hair," she says. "Hot oil treatments and conditioning are all really important. On Star, I was wearing a wig with some bangs—that makes it easy to ignore your own hair. I love Kim Kimble products—she does my hair in LA. And I love the Oribe Moisture Surge Mask you can leave on for a couple hours… I try to wash my hair only once a week, but with the working out, sometimes it's more. If you go to Dogpound, you know how much you sweat."
Anthony loves exfoliating head-to-toe. "Scrubs are my favorite," she says. "Something like the Fresh Brown Sugar Body Polish is always in my shower. The other day, I was watching TV and saw and infomercial. Now, I never buy things from infomercials, but it had this thing that you use in the shower and it's kind of like a Clarisonic for your body. So I got it! Everyone made fun of me for it but I swear it's the best thing I've ever bought. It was $12.99 and I was joked that I was going to get one for everyone this Christmas because it's my new favorite thing in the world."
Anthony never skips her nightly wind-down beauty routine. "[I am] more conscious of taking care of my skin and doing a daily and nightly routine," she says. "You only get one face – you don't want to mess it up! You want to look your best so you can feel your best, whatever that is. It's important to take care of yourself so that you can perform in whatever you're doing at the highest level."

"Stretch marks and all," she captioned the video, eliciting a major response from her followers. "Wowwww," commented one. "Beautiful," added another.
Sarah is inspired by some of her fit friends. "My friends who are super into working out—gym buffs—are also the ones who taught me discipline, and the healthy foods to eat," she told Pep.PH.
Sarah prioritizes sleep. "I need eight hours to feel energetic. But when I'm really tired and my body is in pain, I can sleep up to 11 hours," she told The Philippine Star. What are the health benefits of sleep? According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.
Sarah regularly hits the gym. "I work out three times a week, sometimes four, just to keep me strong and energetic. I need to work out to be able to do everything my life requires me to do. From carrying and running after Zion to dancing on ASAP or doing stunts in film," she told The Philippine Star. "I love working on my gluteus despite the pain and the struggle."
Sarah fuels her body with healthy food. She sticks to "high protein and low-carbohydrate meals," she told TPS. "I love pancakes so instead of white flour I use coconut flour and add banana for breakfast. For lunch and dinner, I have fish or chicken with vegetables. I like having smoothies between meals."
Sarah understands the importance of hydration. She drinks "a lot," of water, "to balance my love for coffee." According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids. Known for her love of fitness, the 41-year-old often posts about her wellness goals, and this time she reveals her core moves that help her get a toned tummy. We take a closer look at how the Candy actress stays so fit and dive into her regime.
A few weeks ago, the mother of two shared her newest gym video. Wearing blue spandex and a black tank top, Biel lays on a mat holding a medicine ball straight up while bicycling with her legs.
In the same video, Biel switches things up and lowers the medicine ball while raising both legs. She then alternates each leg, touching the medicine ball, and does several reps.
After she's done with the medicine ball, Biel does sit-ups, but only does a few in the video, because her husband, Justin Timberlake, interrupts her workout, something he loves to do. He pretends to put his foot on her stomach and she laughs. She looks at the camera and says, "That was my man."
Biel is very mindful of what she eats and consumes lean proteins, whole foods, and fruits and vegetables. She posted a delicious salad she made with apricots, cucumber, tomato, sunflower seeds. mozzarella balls, basil, and brown rice.
Biel typically sticks to a well-balanced and clean diet, but she does allow herself to indulge. "A big cheat day in my world is very full on," she told InStyle. "When I'm going for it, I'm going for it. I'm going to have a million cups of coffee in the morning and then it's going to be wine for lunch, pasta for lunch. There's going to be another aperitif after lunch and a dessert and then probably more coffee." It doesn't end there. "And then a dinner that's going to last for a million hours that's just pasta, pasta, pasta, maybe an affogato, maybe another pasta. A lot of wine. More after-dinner drinks. Just really go for it," she said.

In a recent social media post, the WAG shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while enjoying a day at the beach with Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill. "Goals," commented one of her followers about the loved up series of Instagram images.
Keeta is a fan of Pilates. She even did a certificate training program so she could teach classes. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.
Keeta also enjoys running, both outdoors and on the treadmill. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.
Keeta is an exercise influencer and regularly shares videos of her workouts. She even started a fitness brand, Own Flow, sharing diet and fitness content with her followers. Most of her workouts involve heavy weights and lots of various body weight moves. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
Keeta also does yoga. "Moving with intention," she captioned a post of herself showing off her moves. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."
Keeta stays active while on vacation with the help of jet skiing. "Juicy water & Jet skis," she captioned this post. According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.
In the winter, you can find Keeta improving her snowboarding skills. "First time snow boarding," she captioned a video.

In a new social media post, Miss Philippines Earth 2023 shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit, giving her followers a glimpse at the preliminary swimsuit competition. "You know swimsuit competition has always been one of my top fave segments in the competition because it shows the audience and judges the amount of discipline and dedication to fitness the candidate has and I hope I was able to show you that," she captioned the post.
Yllana understands the health benefits you can reap by going on a long walk. "Wah. Woke up early to hit the gym. But it's closed!! But not complaining. I mean… I got to walk around NY Times Square for my early morning cardio instead!" she captioned a post. "Walk with me around NYC." Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
Yllana works out regularly. When she's on the go, she relies on simple strength and weight training exercises using exercise bands and free weights. However, when she is at the gym, she takes advantage of the equipment. "So glaaaad to be back at our home//gym again!" she captioned a post.
Yllana loves hiking. Here she is after an excursion in the hills of Ilocos Norte, Philippines. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:
Building stronger muscles and bones
Improving your sense of balance
Improving your heart health
Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems
Yllana loves traveling and staying active while on her adventures. "Had the chance to KAYAK earlier at OHANA BEACH RESORT in Macate, Eastern Samar after our environmental activities and photoshoots! ??? We are definitely enjoying our stay here in Eastern Samar," she captioned this post. Kayaking is a great workout. Not only is it great for building upper body strength and helps reduce stress, but can burn up to 400 calories per hour, translating to 1,600 calories in four hours of paddling.
One of Yllana's main platforms is environmentalism. You can find her picking up trash at the beach and speaking about sustainability at pageants. During the Q&A of Miss Philippine Earth pageant night, Yllana mentioned, "I'm also conducting colloquiums on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals and their interconnectedness to nature in hopes to precipitate people's eco-consciousness because our future is the linebackers and the pioneers of environmental amelioration, and we should always take advantage of it at all costs."

Adrienne has learned a few things about life since becoming a mother. "If there's something else that's made my life easier, I feel that it's recognizing that you can't do it all at the same time," she tells POPSUGAR. "I think it's OK to find balance in your life, and maybe I'm not gonna make every single event and party." If you breathed a sigh of relief at her answer, so did we. Instead of trying to keep up with the glamorous lifestyles of her peers, the TV host is loving this new era of her life. "It's just like, I wanna come home, take off my makeup, and cuddle with my son. So I get to have the best of both worlds. And I think what makes it easier is finding balance and being OK with that."
Adrienne strength trains with health coach Massy Arias. "I was like, man, I really would love to gain more muscle on my body and overall just feel healthier," she told the publication. "I think there's something so empowering about having a son and turning 40 this year and just wanting to be a great example to him of what health and fitness looks like."
When she isn't lifting weights, you might find Adrienne throwing punches at Rumble boxing. Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.
Adrienne is also a fan of Pilates.
When Adrienne was 15, she was diagnosed with the autoimmune condition Hashimoto's disease, which impacts the thyroid. "I deal with feeling super sluggish and not having energy while at the same time being absolutely starving and experiencing weight gain," she says. "I definitely think that having a healthy lifestyle for me has really been key to combating Hashimoto's."
Maintaining a plant-based diet helps with inflammation. ."But I've gotta be honest: there were times when I didn't have control of [my symptoms] and I felt exhausted and so hungry and lethargic all day long," she says. "There was definitely a time where I even was trying to eat better and I was trying to work out and I wouldn't see any changes because of the Hashimoto's, you know, my metabolism was super slowed down."

Kyly spends a lot of time exercising. "I do work out every day," she told Body + Soul. "It's like anything in life: when you want an amazing result, you have to do amazing things to get there."
Kyly's workouts usually take 30- to 60-minutes and involve lifting heavier weights. "When you're trying to really sculpt your body – and let's be real, we're talking about getting to the millimetre now, not the centimetre – that's when you need an expert in that area to help you," she told Body+Soul.
Kyly mixes in a HIIT (high-intensity interval training) session each week. The workouts consist of moves like box jumps, kettle-bell swings, leg raises and sled-push sprints. "This helps burn calories, keeps the body looking lean and improves overall muscle functionality," her trainer told Body + Soul.
Clarke tries to eat clean, consuming lots of egg-white omelettes filled with vegetables, and an abundance of fish. She believes "that being fit and healthy will help you mentally as well," she says. "We have really good, nutritious foods."
Clarke loves cooking healthy meals. "My go-to lunch is tuna, avocado and beetroot lettuce cups," she told Mamamia. "I love them. Quick and easy and healthy. Add some chilli flakes, salt and pepper for taste." For dinner, she opts for protein-rich meals. "I love making honey and soy lean breast chicken in a salad full of goodness like chickpeas, quinoa, corn, tomato, onion, feta and pine nuts."
Kyly loves barre workouts. "Barre exercises offer so many benefits," she said in a workout video for Nine. "(Not just to look good in a swimsuit), but to also strengthen and lengthen those muscles and achieve a longer, leaner, and toned body."
Clarke also does cardio daily. She wakes up at 5.45am, and does 30 minutes before her daughter wakes up, she told Body + Soul. "I always do cardio whether it's 20, 30 minutes or an hour, just depends on the day and what I'm focusing on," she added to News AU.
