The DJ, 31, posed up in a series of poses on the stunning watery landscape for her latest Instagram post.

The model sent temperatures soaring as she sizzled in the print colour string two-piece, showing off her jaw-dropping physique.

Chantel showed off her sculpted abs and incredibly toned figure as she strutted for the camera in a racy clip.

The internet personality also shared two snaps as she posed up on a rock laying down on one side.

The bombshell exuded confidence as she flashed a sultry look down the lens while showcasing her pert bottom.

She looked every inch of the Instagram model while striking a pose with the beautiful beach background behind her.

She looked glowing and carefree as she rocked her long braids - who debut on Instagram on Monday, leaving fans in awe of her looks.

'Mami wata,' she penned her post alongside a mermaid emoji.

She accessorised with a pendant gold necklace and displayed her natural looks as she went make-up free.

The artist didn't miss a chance to stun her 4.6M followers again on Wednesday, as she showed off her toned figure while at a beach in Miami, where she resides.

The pal of Kylie Jenner flashed her toned tummy and sculpted arms in the small brown bikini top and matching mini briefs.

The 31-year-old star was laying down on a white towel on a lounge chair as she wore brown ombre sunglasses and had a book by her side.

Chantel Jeffries works hard and plays hard, living her best life on vacation at the beach. The DJ shared a snap of herself posing on the sand in a red bikini, with beach umbrellas and blue skies in the background. Jeffries is relaxing after performing a set poolside at Strawberry Moon in Miami Beach, making this a busy summer for the star.

Jeffries avoids dairy and stays hydrated. "For me beauty starts being healthy inside out, I think it's really important for me to drink a lot of water, exercise to have healthier skin," she says. "For my skin care I use CLEARGEN, it keeps my skin glowing. For my beauty products, obviously Chantelle XO eyebrows is very important, that is the main focus of my face. I also really like eyelash extensions! I mostly make sure to drink a lot of water, I have to stay away from dairy because it makes me breakout. I take supplements – a lot of vitamins!"

Jeffries does cardio and weights whenever she can to maintain her physique. "I try to work out almost every day when I'm in town," she says. "When I'm traveling, it's kind of hard. I mostly do cardio and lift weights and work at Equinox – I like it there because I usually sweat in a steam room post workout. I put coconut oil on my hair quite a bit – my hair is usually really dry so I have to make sure to put a lot of moisture on it."

Jeffries loves to play golf when she gets the opportunity. "We know that the moderate physical activity that golf provides increases life expectancy, has mental health benefits, and can help prevent and treat more than 40 major chronic diseases such as heart attacks, stroke, diabetes, breast and colon cancer," says Dr Andrew Murray from the University of Edinburgh. "Evidence suggests golfers live longer than non-golfers, enjoying improvements in cholesterol levels, body composition, wellness, self-esteem and self-worth. Given that the sport can be played by the very young to the very old, this demonstrates a wide variety of health benefits for people of all ages."

Jeffries, who has a background in modeling, is passionate about trying new things. "I would describe myself as energetic and adventurous," she says. "I love trying new things. Keeping life interesting is what it's all about. There aren't too many things I won't try at least once. Oh, and I love to make people laugh. Being 5'6" I never really thought of being a model."

Jeffries' beauty tricks are all about giving the illusion of a natural look. "I've learned so many tricks, but if you're on the go and you're a little greasy, you can always grab those toilet seat covers and use them to blot your skin," she says. "That comes in handy a lot. Hair spray on a spoolie brush or toothbrush works really well too.

And one of my favorite looks is faux freckles, because it makes you look like you're wearing less makeup. And I love applying your makeup setting spray before you highlight, because it makes the highlighter really show. And I do that before my mascara, so it doesn't make my mascara run."

In the Instagram Story she hydrates and replenishes her electrolytes while sipping coconut water straight from the shell.

Chantel is an avid golfer. Her social media is filled with photos from the golf course. "Teed up," she captioned this recent Instagram post. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

Chantel also rollerblades to stay in shape. She recently shared an Instagram post of herself cruising down the boardwalk in Miami. "Catch me if you can," she captioned it. "I fell tryna take second & then third pic happened," she added. "Inline skating increases your heart rate and gets your lungs working, both components in aerobic exercise. You can increase these aerobic benefits by skating on an incline, skating more vigorously, or practicing interval skating. Aerobic exercise improves the cardiovascular system, reducing the risk of heart disease, stroke, and high blood pressure," says Rollerblade.

Chantel keeps her body lean and strong with the help of pilates. She recently shared a video of her workout on a reformer and it was no joke. According to research, Pilates exercises are designed to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and to improve posture and balance. Experts maintain that it is a great workout for leaning out.

Chantel also enjoys standup paddle boarding. "On the beach as my mind workin like Plato'," she captioned a post of herself out on the water in her swimsuit. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

Chantel also puts in her time at the gym where she does weight and strength training exercises. She uses resistance bands and does a variety of leg lifts and lunges, lifts free weights, and does squats and step-ups. And obviously, she does a lot of ab work.

Chantel Jeffries, who lives in Miami, stretched out by the pool on an orange towel in a two-piece black bathing suit.

The bikini was sunflower yellow in color and featured tiny, thong bottoms attached to the model’s body with skinny strings. The bottoms gave us an eyeful of her round booty and shapely legs. The top included two pieces of fabric that were tied in a knot at the base of the chest and left Chantel’s busty cleavage hanging out. She also showed off her chiseled arms and toned abdomen. The skimpy outfit left a couple of tattoos exposed on her rib cage and lower hip.

To complete the outfit, Chantel added a colorful bucket hat decorated in flowers and plants to go with the outdoorsy theme of the day. The photos appeared to be taken in the DJ’s backyard where she set up two large enclosed beds. It was unclear as to whether she was growing vegetables or flowers as the plants had only recently begun growing. Also joining her for the afternoon of gardening were Chantel’s cats. One was light-brown with darker-brown spots and stripes while the other was gray in color with darker markings. Both cats were tethered with an individual harness and leash.

Chantel flaunted her figure from the side as she squatted next to one of the boxes. She sent a cheeky, closed-lip smile toward the camera, giving her followers an eyeful of her backside. In the second photo, she put her cleavage on display, bending low to tend to the dirt. The third slide was an up-close selfie that captured the cats in the background, which was followed by an image of the brown-spotted cat. The final slide pictured the two boxes sprouting with green leaves and stalks.
