Sara Sampaio is walking on the beach in her bathing suit. In a new social media post the Victoria's Secret Angel shows off her beautiful body in a bathing suit while in the Maldives. "Paradise," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. She is currently vacationing at the ultra-luxe Nova Maldives, a modern, low-key resort in the islands, with Kelsey Merritt, Jasmine Tookes, and Shanina Shaik.
Sara doesn't skip breakfast. She wakes up "around nine, ten" and fuels up. "My favorite breakfast is two sunny-side-up eggs with avocado toast. And sometimes I'll have pancakes, maybe with some banana," she told The Cut.
Sara loves pilates. "I've been doing a lot of SLT. It's like a really intense Pilates with a machine. I've noticed with my body that small movements have done more for my body than the boot camps. My body moves better when it's very focused on small movements that elongate your body and your muscles," she told The Cut. "I tried SLT for the first time five or six years ago when I first got to New York. It was really hard, it was too hard. Then I was training for the Victoria's Secret show last year and gave it another try. I really liked it, it was not as hard. I think they had changed it a little bit. I could actually go through a whole class without feeling like I was going to break down."
Sara also enjoys the benefits of running "I'm not a runner, but I'm pushing myself. When the weather gets a little bit nicer, I start thinking, Ah, I may just go for a run outside, even if it's just about a five-minute run," she told The Cut. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.
"I'm a big believer in not doing crazy diets and not to stop eating what makes you happy or what you like," Sara told The Cut. Instead, her approach is all about balance. "If you've had a long day and you really want a burger, just have that burger or pizza and maybe for lunch the next day you have fish with vegetables or salad with chicken," she said. "I've been through, not crazy diets, but I've been very strict or not eaten carbs and that made me so crazy. I'm from Portugal — we eat a lot of carbs, like bread, pasta, and rice in just one meal. There's no worse thing when you want something so bad and you're like, I can't have it, I can't have it. I was stressing so much about it that my body was not feeling well. Mentally, you're not feeling good. If I want to have a little bread for lunch because it makes me happy, I'm good."
"If I don't get my eight hours of sleep, it's going to be a hard day. Your skin regenerates, your eyes are brighter and bigger, you know? Sleeping is a reset of your body. I try to work out as much as I can, but also giving yourself some rest time," she told The Cut. What are the health benefits of sleep? According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.
Putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water — like Sara did in the Maldives — is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

The Euphoria star shows off her incredibly fit figure in a two-piece bathing suit on the December cover of the fitness magazine. In the accompanying interview, the actress, who is promoting her upcoming film Anyone But You, reveals all of the physical and mental health habits she lives by.
Sydney, who grew up near a lake, loves watersports, especially water skiing. "The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what's called a U-board to learn how to ski," she told Women's Health. "I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma's or my cousin's house, I'd wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That's my earliest memory of skiing, but I've been doing it as long as I can remember. It's my favorite." How does it help her achieve her amazing body? "It's a lot of upper body strength, it's balance, it's core, it's legs—you get tired really fast," she says. "I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun," she said.
Sydney is open about her struggles with anxiety. "Whenever it feels like the world's so loud, and there's so much going on, and I'm trying to balance it all—sometimes, it can feel overwhelming," she says.
"I like to work out in the morning, so I'll either go for a run or I'll go to Solidcore," says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout "makes me feel so strong, but also elongated," Sydney said about her sweat sessions. "I feel so good afterwards."
Sydney engages in self-care activities. "I love to paint, and I love to read," she said. "Those are the activities that are just for me."
One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. In these moments, Sydney finds solace in spending time outdoors with Tank, whether they're meandering through lakeside forests or trekking Solstice Canyon in Malibu near their new home. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service.
Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

"Bahama mama lowkey," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "PRETTY BEBE," commented one of her followers. "Wow," added another.
At 16, Avani thought she would go on to train for the Olympics. However, she experienced a career-ending injury and ended up a TikTok star. While she no longer competes, she does enjoy gymnastic inspired workouts.
Avani tries not to let online bullies bother her. "I was like, 'Okay, you got a lot of bad comments, but look at your following. There are many people that follow you, love you and support you and everything. So it's okay. I'll get back on and I'll go on with my day,'" she told Seventeen.
Avani's mantra? "I'm just doing me and I'm trying to be as happy as I can be," she told Seventeen. "People say 'I can't believe you're so confident,' and I'm like, 'What's that supposed to mean? I'm not supposed to be confident?'" She continued: "I don't like saying be yourself because everyone says that, but I can't find another saying for it," she says, adding, "I want people to dig deeper into their emotions and be able to post more about how they feel through different ways."
"Show your confidence, I know you have it," is her main message for fans. "My confidence has gone up, gone down, gone back up, and gone back down all throughout my time on social media."
"Taking care of my mental health while being on social media and my wellbeing in general, is very hard. That's why I usually take breaks. I will take 3-5 days of staying fully off my phone just doing beauty stuff, doing random makeup stuff, laying in bed, eating my favourite food, to get me back in the right mindset so that I can give the best content out to everyone else," Avani revealed to Glamour UK.
"Skincare has always been important to me because I was a gymnast from a very young age to a couple of years ago. It's not that clean in the gym. You're always touching your face. I got started with skincare, which was just using a cleanser. And then I kind of [thought] like, 'Oh, this is important for me to do. I should probably take care of my skin.' That's where it all started," she told Who What Wear.

Virtue, 34, shared a promotional video of herself looking absolutely stunning in a 1960s-s inspired two piece swimsuit, lounging next to the pool in the intense sunshine. "Florida Orange Juice…hits different. ☀️ My sunny way of finding my groove and my energy after work, a social day, or a workout. A 250 mL glass of Florida OJ provides nutrients like vitamin C, potassium, thiamin, and folate. Can you dig it?" she captioned the post. "Obsessed with this collaboration✨ ?," a fan commented.
Virtue keeps her beauty and makeup routine simple and focuses on training. "The first thing I do every morning is have a glass of hot water with lemon for its alkalinity and detox effects," she says. "My skincare and beauty regime is quite minimal. I drink a lot of water, sleep as much as I can, and moisturize… Leading into the Olympics, Scott [Moir] and I typically skated for four hours a day, and would then spend two hours in the gym doing various workouts including cycling, Pilates, strength circuits, and sometimes even ballroom dancing!"
Virtue is serious about recovery to prevent injuries. "As an older athlete, the balance of work and recovery has become more important," she says. "Much of a training day is devoted to treatment – we work with a massage therapist, an osteopath, and a physiotherapist. There is a lot of mental prep work, as well, so Scott and I work with a sport psychologist. We have a bit of an entourage, but all of those facets of our preparation are so important and set us up for key moments on the ice when it all comes down to a three or four minute performance."
Virtue is learning to love cooking, but admits it's not her strong point. "My grandmother used to make the most incredible chicken divan, and my mom has carried out that tradition," she says. "It's my comfort food. It's amazing how you can almost taste the memories with a dish like that! And the more leftovers, the better. I leave the cooking to Scott. When I do make something, though, he has to hear all about it because I'm quite proud of myself."
Virtue enjoys a healthy balanced diet with lots of delicious high-protein foods. "My diet isn't too strict, instead I focus on eating healthfully," she says. "I have such a sweet tooth, and I've learned not to deprive myself, but rather practice moderation. I'm not a big cook, but I'll make poached eggs, smoothies and overnight oats."
Virtue feels better when she knows she looks good. "I do feel different whether I'm in the gym or on the ice when I have a cute outfit on. I think most girls can relate—you carry yourself differently," she says, adding that her favorite outfit is the Believe This pair from Adidas. "I think the way you present yourself to the world, whatever kind of task you're tackling, is really important."

Felix, 37, shared a picture of herself walking in the aquamarine surf while wearing a white bikini, looking happy against a background of sea and blue skies. "Isn't it beautiful there? Enjoy!" commented Olympian Carrie Tollefson. Here's what Felix does to stay fighting-fit and ready to run.
Felix's favorite food is traditional soul food. "To me, cooking is love," she says. "Just because of how busy I am, when I do get time to cook or bake for family or friends, it's very thoughtful — it's an expression of love… Black-eyed peas, mac and cheese, rice and gravy, catfish. All of that. My mom and my grandma (who lived with us growing up) would always make a big dinner Sunday after church. It brings back memories of those dinners when we would all just come together — family and friends — and connect over food."
Felix would train for hours when she was competing. "I train about five hours a day," she says. "Three of those hours are on the track — warming up, stretching, doing drills and then the actual workout, which may be anything from very technical work on the starting blocks to speed work. From there, I go to the gym and spend a couple of hours doing strength and conditioning… I'm super-competitive, so I love that running is something that is not subjective. You can know on that day who is the best! And I love how personal and individual it is. You can constantly challenge yourself."
Felix enjoys a healthy, light diet when she's training. "I usually keep breakfast light: yogurt and granola," she says. "In transit to the gym, I'll have an acai bowl or some type of smoothie. Lunch is a salad with protein and fruit. And then for dinner (that's my biggest meal) I eat a lot of fish, brown rice or sweet potatoes and veggies. Asparagus is one of my favorites. And zucchini."
When it comes to food, Felix prioritizes how it makes her feel. "I don't worry about counting calories, carbs or fasting," she says. "I focus on my body's needs to succeed, which are long-lasting energy, hydration and strong, lean muscles. Nutritious food makes me feel good and perform well. Processed and junk food makes me feel tired and bloated — not a gold medal feeling!"

"I try to stay active and eat healthy not only for work, but for my own physical and mental health. My body is my tool, so it's important to be healthy as a whole in order to do the work I want to do," Sarah told Casting Frontier.
Sarah loves hopping on the reformer. "I got really into pilates over the last few months," she told Casting Frontier. According to research, Pilates exercises are designed to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and to improve posture and balance. Experts maintain that it is a great workout for leaning out.
You won't find Sarah on a crash diet. "As far as food goes, I don't like to be too restrictive about what I eat. Life's too short to pass on dessert. If I had a mantra, it would be to treat yourself, within reason," she said.
"I think being in nature is very cathartic," Sarah revealed. "I would say I'm more of a nature walker than a serious hiker. I feel spoiled living in Vancouver and having so many beautiful places to explore."
Sarah did admit to Huffington Post that she does hike, as well. "I would say my secret is balance, finding time to relax and hang out with friends. I've been spending a lot of time outdoors this summer, swimming in lakes, going on hikes, and listening to live music," she said.
Sarah has one guilty pleasure. "I'm a sucker for Dairy Queen. Peanut buster parfaits are my weakness," she confessed. Sarah's indulgence in Dairy Queen's Peanut Buster Parfaits highlights the joy of treating oneself. This guilty pleasure, a delightful mix of creamy soft-serve, rich hot fudge, and crunchy peanuts, offers a moment of bliss and comfort, showcasing the psychological benefits of occasionally indulging in favorite foods. Such treats can boost mood, providing a brief escape from daily stresses. However, moderation is key. Balancing these indulgences with a generally healthy diet and active lifestyle ensures that they remain special treats without adversely affecting health. Embracing these moments guilt-free can contribute to a well-rounded, happy life, where small pleasures are savored responsibly.

In some new Instagram Stories, the former Victoria's Secret Angel flaunts her amazing figure in a bathing suit while vacationing at the ultra-luxe Nova Maldives, a modern, low-key resort in the islands. She was joined by fellow Angels, Sara Sampaio, Kelsey Merritt, and Shanina Shaik.
Jasmine detailed a day in her life to The Cut, "I love to sleep in, but I feel good when I get up early and get the day started. I try to get up early," she told them. Whether you wake up early or sleep in, there are lots of benefits to getting rest. The Sleep Foundation maintains that getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.
Jasmine exercises in the morning, to "get it over and done with," she says. "If I wait for the evening, it's not going to happen."
After getting up, Jasmine fuels up with food and a shake. "So, I wake up and have a protein shake. I'll put in banana, chocolate whey powder, peanut butter, strawberries, and almond milk. I like the Isopure chocolate whey powder; it's one of the cleanest ones. Then I'll have breakfast, which is usually two hard-boiled eggs with spinach," she told The Cut.
Jasmine exercises so she can eat what she wants. "I love to eat tons of food with lots of carbs. I balance it with working out. But generally, I try to be very clean and eat healthy, and always have a lot of protein. I do have a lot of cheat days. I feel like you should be able to eat what you want," she told The Cut. One of her cheat meals? "I love to have hot wings and French fries," she said.
"I like to mix it up," Jasmine told The Cut about her approach to fitness. "I work out about four times a week. I love doing barre classes once a week. I do Physique 57. Their class is less cardio-based — it's slower."
asmine also loves an elongating form of fitness. "I love doing Pilates on a reformer for tightening and lightening. Twice a week," she said.
"I'll do weight training to build thighs and bulk up a little more. I'll go to Dogpound. They really listen to you and what you want to accomplish. And for me, I want to build my legs and my butt. That's always a goal. I love a bigger butt," Jasmine revealed. "There's a stigma surrounding heavy weight lifting, but you just have to figure out what's good for you. Some people might bulk up with doing heavy weight lifting, but I don't. I would say, try it once a week. Add more lengthening and Pilates and see if you see a difference. For me, personally, because of my metabolism, I try to stay far away from cardio for my body type. I also need a lot of protein. It's the only way for me to maintain my body."

In a few new social media posts the Modern Family babe flaunts her forever young figure in bathing suits, while spending time with her son, Manolo. "Waking up here with my favorites," she captioned one of them. "Good morning," she added in another.
Sofía loves soaking in the tub. "2am jetlag planning how to get this bathtub to LA," she joked in an Instagram post shared from Paris. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.
Sofía makes sure to drink a lot of water, especially after exercising or in the heat. Here she is on a vacation clutching onto a bottle of water. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
Sofía is a big fan of a certain mind-body workout: Yoga. "Morning yoga in paradise," she captioned a photo. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."
Sofía also meditates. When she was married to Joe Manganiello she was photographed leaving a transcendental meditation class in Los Angeles. "When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress," says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:
Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations
Building skills to manage your stress
Increasing self-awareness
Focusing on the present
Reducing negative emotions
Increasing imagination and creativity
Increasing patience and tolerance
Lowering resting heart rate
Lowering resting blood pressure
Improving sleep quality
Sofía stressed the importance of exercise to Shape, even though she isn't a big fan of it. "Everyone knows that I've never been into working out," Vergara says. "I was always very happy with what I have. Then I hit 40 and I started seeing a softness everywhere on my body

In a confessional interview on Dance Moms, Kenzie said shed'd rather "stay home and eat chips," which became a meme. "I think it's the funniest thing ever. I'm a little embarrassed by it, but on the flip side, it's like kind of funny that people ask me 'How often do you often eat chips? How many chips do you eat in a day?' I'm like, I really don't eat chips everyday," she told E! Online, "My favorite chips right right now are the barbecue Lay's chips. I mean you can never go wrong with them. Also, on brand with the meme, so I feel like Lays always works."
Kenzie takes care of her face. "I've been getting really into skincare. My sister [Maddie Ziegler] is a skincare freak, so she's kind of made me get into it. I'm also starting to break out now, this is the age where I'm breaking out. I have been using a lot of PCA Skin," she told E.
"I try to be my honest, most truthful self on social media," Kenzie told E about her approach to social media. "I want everyone to get to know me on a different level. I think it's more important for me that a celebrity I look up to connects with their fans. I think it's more important than anything. I want to try and do the same."
"[Maddie] always told me to stay humble and believe in myself, because when I used to compete on the dance team, I was not confident at all. I was so scared of what everyone thought, and I think she helped me overcome that. She told me just to always believe in myself and have that mind-set. Now I realize that it doesn't really matter what anyone thinks of you. You just need to be yourself," Kenzie Coveteur when asked about how she stays confident.
"There are always really positive comments [on Instagram], but there are also really, really negative comments that are so rude. When I was little, I used to get so upset and cry about them. There's no reason for you to hate on someone if you don't even know who they are. There's no reason to hate on anyone, even if you know them. But there's so much bullying, and kids are actually getting very upset. I feel like we all just need to love each other and not be mean," Kenzie told Coveteur when asked how she handles online trolls.

Camille maintains an animal product free diet. "As I got older, I realized I didn't want to eat animals anymore, so when I was probably in the ninth or 10th grade, I stopped eating meat, and I was vegetarian for the better part of my life," Hyde said in a 2020 YouTube video. She added: "And then in 2015 I decided that I didn't want to continue eating or using any animal products because we just don't need to, and there's so many ways and options for us to sustain ourselves."
Camille loves riding horses. On a recent trip to Mexico, she went on a ride in her bathing suit. "Didn't have my boots, still a cowgirl nonetheless," she captioned the post. Keep on rocking !" a third chimed in.
Jasmine revealed in an Instagram post that she struggled with her weight. In July 2022 she claimed she was her "heaviest 134 pounds," she wrote. She is now 119 pounds, her "ideal" weight. "I was basically eating very badly most of the time," Jasmine admitted.
Jasmine revealed in an Instagram post that she struggled with her weight. In July 2022 she claimed she was her "heaviest 134 pounds," she wrote. She is now 119 pounds, her "ideal" weight. "I was basically eating very badly most of the time," Jasmine admitted.
Jasmine started lifting weights, which she claims was "the key" to her fitness transformation. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
Jasmine explained in a post that "nutrition and physical activity go hand in hand. What we eat before and after exercise, as well as on a regular basis, can make a large difference in how we feel and how we perform during activity," she said. She strives for the "right balance of macro and micronutrients," which may vary depending on your fitness level and the type of activity you perform. "Consuming adequate amounts of macronutrients—carbohydrates, protein, and fat—to fuel our bodies is imperative for optimal exercise performance," she added. "But if I want a burger, I eat a burger, no regrets," she previously said.
Jasmine recently started taking yoga classes. "I'm always open to welcome new life experiences with a heart full of gratitude. I just started new yoga classes and I'm loving this so much. I also love getting to know new people and making new friends. Embracing all the new without forgetting where I come from," she captioned a post.

According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. more...Ted Lasso star Fleur East is clearly feeling positive and grateful, judging by her social media posts. East, who played Jaylah Vivienne on the show, shared an Instagram video of herself wearing a swimsuit and enjoying the high points of life with friends and colleagues. "Life in recent times…grateful ❤️," she captioned the post. "Makes my heart burst with pride watching you do you!!! ????", commented friend Kimberly Wyatt.
East works out as part of a healthy lifestyle. "I don't think if you're purely trying to look a certain way that that should be your primary motivation, it should be something that's part of an all-round lifestyle rather than crash diets or just one month of intense and then the rest of the year nothing else," she says. "I think you should just work it into your lifestyle, part of your routine. [My exercise regime is] a mixture because I have a lot of choreography so I dance a lot. I do a lot of circuit training in the gym, so a lot of cardio, some weights, and I've just now started doing reformer classes which is really hard."
East follows a balanced, healthy diet with plenty of vegetables. "I don't really follow a particular diet but in general everybody knows what's good for them," she says. "I tend to eat healthy anyway, and every now and then I'll have a treat day where I'll have a pizza or something, every now and then. I don't deprive myself, but then to be honest I think I'm quite lucky in that I don't crave those things very often, I actually really like healthy food. I like chicken, grilled chicken and salad and fish and things like that." East is most careful about her diet when she's on the road. "I think that's probably when I am at my most strict because it's harder to eat healthy when you're on the road. The meal times are so messed up because you don't really have a schedule, you're just in rehearsals for so long, you get really tired and you're doing a lot of shows. I try to eat quite light as well, especially on the day of a performance because I don't like to eat heavy and then go on stage. I keep things quite light."
East goes easier on the cardio workouts these days. "Everything I had done before was cardio-driven," she says. "With weights I started seeing different results – I was more toned than I'd ever been and I felt stronger. I noticed the difference mostly on my abs and my legs. I was in a lot of girl bands at the time and many of the girls were dancers – they were really fit, so I had some catching up to do. But soon as I started weight training, I was a lot more toned and felt like I was up to their level. I can now squat 80kg. Squats are my strength – people don't expect me to squat as heavy as I do."
East wants to dispel some common myths about what happens to women when they lift weights. "A lot of women believe that if you lift weights you are going to look like the Hulk and it's really not true," she says. "That's a myth that I'd really love to dispel. It actually promotes lean muscle and it all depends on what you are eating. Diet is 80 percent of the results so if you are eating lean proteins and counting your macros, then weight training isn't going to bulk you up. And you burn more fat weight training."
East loves doing home workout videos. "One of my good friends is the PT Kyle Maslen – we used to train together all the time so I have learned so much from everyone I've trained with and home workout videos," she says. "I have used Insanity, Jillian Michaels' The Shred, Les Mills on Demand. I have even done Joe Wicks's YouTube workouts – I love all of them, the 15-minute ab workouts, or 15 minute HIIT workouts. I've done some of them back to back when I really want to kill myself. I love doing things that are easy, that I don't have to leave the house for. You really underestimate how much of a sweat you can get from working out in your living room. Now if I ever go the gym, I do classes, circuits spin or yoga vinyasa flow. I like to mix it up because I get bored easily."

more...A former Wimbledon finalist sent pulses racing as she showed off her svelte figure in a set of bikini snaps – as she let slip about a racy new career venture.
Eugenie Bouchard, 29, from Montreal, became the first Canadian-born player to reach the final of the British Grand Slam in 2014. These days, the star has been seen swapping the courts for clubs, partying and hanging out with A-listers.
Now, fans have hailed Eugenie the “world’s sexiest tennis player” and on Wednesday evening, the blonde beauty lifted the lid on how she’s going to leverage that accolade even further.
Eugenie treated her 2.4 million Instagram fans and left little to the imagination as she slipped into a tiny pink and red bikini as she lounged on a sunbed during her Caribbean getaway. And when one fan quipped about making a racy career move, the tennis star had a surprising response.
“When’s the OnlyFans coming?” a follower asked. And Eugenie’s one-word answer was all that was needed to excite her horde of thirsty fans, as she replied “Soon!”
Another person added: “You know a lot of peeps are gonna hold on to this comment lol.”
Others took a moment to hail the gorgeous sports star, with a third adding: “You are so beautiful.” A fourth wrote: “This is the most beautiful female tennis player in the whole world.”
After turning pro aged just 15, Eugenie burst on the Grand Slam scene in 2014 and instantly became a household name. In that year, the Canadian reached the semi-finals of both the Australian Open and the French Open, as well as nearly taking home the Wimbledon title.
But after bouts of injury and years of declining form, the tennis ace’s chances of being a serious contender on the ATP Tour dwindled. But there was a silver lining. As her sporting career began grinding to a halt, her modelling life began to take off.
Eugenie posed for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in 2018, and she has garnered millions of followers across social media.

In a recent social media post, the Nashville star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while opening up about how social media doesn't always tell the full story. "2023 has been the second worst year of my life. Including the fact that I lost my favorite zebra print sunglasses. I'll tell you about the bigger stuff sometime. Social media is a lie," she captioned the series of snaps.
Chaley maintains that skincare is a great form of self-care. "Taking care of my skin has become almost ritualistic. I love taking time in the morning and evening to complete my skin care routine. It's quiet, self improvement time," she told Nicole Pence.
Chaley spends a lot of time hiking. When she is in Los Angeles, she hits Runyon Canyon. "I used to think I hated hiking. But turns out, I just hate hiking with other people," she wrote on social media. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:
Building stronger muscles and bones
Improving your sense of balance
Improving your heart health
Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems
Boxing and kickboxing are part of Chaley's stay-fit routine. "Posting these again because I feel like I need to hit something (or someone) today. Anyone wanna volunteer to get punched in the face?" she captioned a post. Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.
Chaley reaps the benefits of kayaking. Not only is it great for building upper body strength and helps reduce stress, but can burn up to 400 calories per hour, translating to 1,600 calories in four hours of paddling.
Chaley bikes to get around. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

In a new social media post the High School Musical alum shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while honoring her sibling on her special day. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY @stellahudgens ???? words will never be able to fully express how much I love you but you make everything better. Literally everything. I couldn't be more grateful to have such an intelligent, beautiful, fun, loving, sassy womb mate. You're everything to me and always will be. Love you," she captioned the Instagram snap.
"I try to avoid an alarm if I can. Once my eyes are open, the first thing that I do is give gratitude. I feel like that's such an important thing to do and it really sets the tone for my day," Vanessa told Marie Claire about how she wakes up in the morning.
Vanessa (tries) to prioritize hydration. "I'm also a big advocate of hydrating, but I'm not a big water person. I'm terrible with water—I hope I'll grow out of it. So for now, I just reach for Caliwater, my cactus water brand," she said.
Vanessa likes a hearty breakfast. "I love eating and I love breakfast. My breakfast normally consists of some form of eggs, avocado, and an oat milk latte," she continued.
"After I eat, I'll take my supplements," Vanessa added. "Right now, I'm just using Ritual's Synbiotic+. I travel so often, so it's really important for me to do what I can to boost my immune system. It's funny, but a huge portion of your immune system is actually in your GI tract, so the stronger the gut, the stronger the immune system. It's also great that it doesn't need to be refrigerated since I'm always on the go."
Then, Vanessa tries to squeeze in a workout. "It's honestly hard for me to have a daily or even weekly workout routine because I'm never in one place for long. But whenever I can, I love to get a pilates or yoga class in," she said.
"Nothing centers me more than being with nature. Whenever I'm feeling a bit chaotic, I'll go for a walk outside or a hike. It always does the trick," Vanessa said.

Lintz, who plays Maddie Bosch on the Amazon Prime show, shared highlights from her vacation, including a snap of her posing in a green bikini next to a beautiful palm tree, the ocean behind her as a backdrop. "Love the new Bosch: Legacy season. It's been amazing for us fans to watch you evolve your character and mature with such poise over the years. Proud of you, Mads," a fan commented.
Acting was inevitable for Lintz, as her whole family is in the industry. "Yes my entire family aside from my dad acts!" she says. "My mom took me to a commercial shoot she was working on when I was six and from that moment on I've been hooked! My parents have helped me so much, it's such a dream. The hours are long, but gratifying."
Lintz starred on The Walking Dead, which she loved. " I really enjoyed working on the show, I had an absolute blast, it was like summer camp with zombies. I'm very thankful that I got to be a part of a show that became so popular and gained such a dedicated following! It was very interesting to see the show rise in popularity, my family and I had no idea it was gonna blow up like that."
Lintz practically grew up on the Bosch set. "So much has happened in that time," she says. "I started on the show when I was 15, and I couldn't drive. Now I'm 22, and I have my own apartment, I can drink, I can drive. I've become an adult in that time, so what haven't I learned? I guess the main thing I learned is that it is possible to be able to work with passionate artists, and I can do this. This is what I want to do for the rest of my life. If you watch season 7, there are definitely some decisions that my character, Maddie—which is weird. It was confusing, because everybody just calls me Maddie on set, and sometimes actors think I'm being method in introducing myself as my character. But that's fine, it's my name, but there was a lot of confusion. Maddie is definitely going through it. She has some decisions she will have to make."
Lintz doesn't shy away from difficult storylines. "I love working with heavier material, personally," she says. "It allows for more character development. But, even with that being said, as an actor you have to take the precautions necessary to ensure that the heaviness and sadness do not stick with you! You have to have a thick skin in this business. There's a lot of rejection. Shaking things off has to be an actor's middle name!"
Lintz loves her job, even the hard parts. "I love the challenge of it," she says. "I love how exhilarating it can feel, even in seemingly mundane moments. I love being able to throw my heart and soul into every scene. I love how there's always more to discover about a character, one more element of a scene to consider. I love working with actors who are also passionate about what they do."

The singer, 30, showcased her phenomenal physique in a tiny brown bikini, which included a top with an asymmetric strap and matching bottoms.
The skimpy two-piece showcased her toned midriff and long legs as she posed up a storm beside a swimming pool on the sun-soaked trip.
Perrie revealed that she has been spending in Antalya, Turkey, where she now splits her time following her fiance's career move to the country.
The former Little Mix star, who is mother to her son Axel, two, wore her blonde locks in beachy waves and sported a pair of round sunglasses.
The bare-faced beauty accessorised her beach look with a simple necklace and a pair of hoop earrings, as well as a Van Cleef & Arpels bracelet, retailing for £3,950.
Perrie won the approval of her former bandmate Leigh-Anne Pinnock, who commented underneath the picture: 'Divine.'
Perrie recently followed in the footsteps of her friend Leigh-Anne by moving abroad.
The singer is planning to split her time between England and Turkey following her fiancé Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain's football move.
The footballer, 30, has joined Besiktas in a three-year deal after leaving Liverpool earlier this summer.
She previously packed up to live in Cheshire after Alex signed for Liverpool and has now planned to venture out even further.
Perrie, who has son Axel with the sportsman, will be flying out as much as possible so they can be together as a family.
A source told The Sun: 'It hasn't been an easy decision because Perrie and Alex have their young son Axel to think about and they don't want to live their lives apart.
'The deal was too good to turn down though so they are giving it a shot and are determined to make it work.
'They know it's not going to be straightforward but they love each other and want to support one another's dreams. That means making some sacrifices.'
Perrie's bandmate Leigh-Anne, 31, currently splits her time between the UK and Greece since her husband Andre Gray, 32, signed up for Aris FC in Thessaloniki.
