Rosie Huntington-Whiteley Shares a Mirror Selfie

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is in vacation mode in her swimsuit! The supermodel mother-of-two flaunts her famously fit figure via her latest Instagram Stories. The catwalk stunner is currently vacationing in the tropics with her family, modeling a variety of swimsuits during their stay.

Rosie makes exercise a priority. "I make it a priority to get to the gym around three times a week. Exercise is a huge stress relief for me, and I always feel good when I leave a workout. Getting there, however, is another story!" she told Poosh.

Rosie swears by sleep. "It's rare I get a morning where I get to relax in bed with no disruptions, so sleeping in is definitely considered a splurge for me. I also love a good massage every Monday night with Anastasia from Anastasia Mobile Spa," she told Pooch. Some common types of massage include:

Swedish massage: This is a relaxation massage that involves long, flowing strokes to promote relaxation and improve circulation.

Deep tissue massage: This type of massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to release tension and knots. It can be more intense than Swedish massage.

Hot stone massage: This type of massage involves the use of heated stones placed on the body to promote relaxation and improve circulation.

Rosie is one of the many stars who does intermittent fasting. She tries not to eat after 6pm and only eats during an eight to 10-hour window. She starts the day with a matcha latte with oat milk. "It gives my body a chance to digest everything," she told The Sunday Times Style.

Rosie is constantly on the go. "Whenever my day allows it, I'll be at the gym by 9am. I'm always active – my mum was an aerobics instructor when I was young and she was always encouraging my siblings and me to be sporty. So despite the fact I have to keep fit for my career, I'm one of those people who genuinely loves exercise – what I do just depends on my mood or schedule," she told Women's Health.

Rosie rotates between a variety of workouts. "If I'm jet lagged or just fancy doing something gentler, I'll do a yoga or Pilates session with instructor Andie Hecker at Ballet Bodies in LA. She's a former ballerina so she knows how I want my body to look – long, lean and toned," she told Women's Healthy. "When I want something upbeat, I'll head to Tracy Anderson's studio and Simone De La Rue at Body By Simone. I love their mix of aerobics and dance – their classes are really intense and challenging. When I'm in London, I work out with my brother Toby at Workshop Gymnasium, or he'll come to my hotel and squeeze in a circuits sessions between my work schedules."

Rosie also makes sure to stay hydrated "Every morning, I'll get up and chug back a litre of water. I aim for at least three litres a day; since getting strict about it I've seen a massive difference to my digestion and my skin," she told Women's Health. How much water do you need? According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

It all sounds quite virtuous, but my strategy is to eat clean and simply at home so I can enjoy myself when I'm out," she told Women's Health. "That doesn't mean I don't stay mindful about what I'm eating – I'm certainly not going to chow down on a massive bowl of pasta the night before a lingerie shoot – but I never want to be the girl looking miserable pushing a salad around my plate or nibbling on a celery stalk. Life's too short and food is too good: French fries, cheese, bread, bacon…."

Myleene Klass looking gorgeous on Maldives Christmas break

Myleene Klass has proved to be the envy of her 417,000 Instagram followers as she's spending the festive season in celebrity favorite, the Maldives.

The TV star is sunning it up in the stunning location alongside her family and took to social media to share a series of festive snaps.

In one shot, Myleene, 44, dazzled in a red bikini, sunglasses and Santa hat as she lowered herself down on a ladder into the crystal clear waters.

Another photo shows the mum-of-three showcasing her impressive abs as she strikes a pose on dry land, with a row of beautiful overwater villas behid her.

The former Hear'Say singer captioned the Christmas Day post: “Sea-son’s Greetings! #MerryChristmas #maldives.”

Her fans were quick to gush over how fabulous she looked, with some labelling the star “gorgeous”.

Corrie actress Helen Flanagan replied with a string of fire emojis, as Denise Van Outen echoed similar sentiments.

“10 out of 10,” said other follower, before another penned: “Merry Christmas Myleene and beautiful family. My word you look stunning."

Earlier on Christmas Day, Myleene shared a family photo, featuring herself, her partner Simon Motson, her two daughters Hero, 11, and Ava, 14, and three year old son Apollo all in matching swimwear.

Myleene shares Apollo with husband-to-be Simon, while her daughters are from her marriage to ex husband Graham Quinn.

As well as sharing a happy family snap, Myleene also shared a couple of photos with just Apollo as the pair donned matching Santa hats.

“A hop, skip and a jump…” she captioned the snaps, alongside a palm tree and Christmas tree emoji.

Their trip abroad comes shortly after Simon underwent a vasectomy last month.

The radio host said Myleene’s body “needed a rest” in light of the 44 year old having endured four heartbreaking miscarriages.

Opening up about his decision on Instagram, Myleene said: “If you’ve followed me for a while, you’ll know about my story to get my rainbow baby Apollo and the four heart-breaking miscarriages I suffered before I finally forgot to hold him in my arms.

“The amount of drugs, the toll took on my body, my head and my heart, the after effects, it’s a lot on the woman and men often admit to feeling helpless.

“Whilst childbirth is undeniably all on the woman, birth control should be on both parties. My doctor said my body needed a rest, so…”

She went on to label Simon as her “hero”, stating that “not all heroes wear capes”.

Khushali Kumar shows off her amazing figure

Khushali Kumar is thanking her fans in her swimsuit. The Indian actress shows off her amazing figure and shares gratitude with her followers in one of her latest social media posts, wearing a purple swimsuit on the beach. "Thank you for all the love," she captioned in a video.

In a YouTube video, Khushali detailed her approach to health. "I wish I could eat anything and get away with it, but there's a secret to it," she said. Yes, at times I do indulge and like everyone, I love eating and I have a sweet tooth. However, she maintains that it is all about moderation and the occasional cheat meal. "I guess for six days I'm on a strict diet. Like I would eat everything that is healthy and is good for your body," she said, adding that she cheats "once a week."

Khashali is "mostly vegan and follows "more of a gluten-free diet," she explained. "So my breakfast is going to be either gluten-free oatmeal, oats with almond milk, soy milk, with a lot of fruits and nuts on it. At times I'm going to have a green smoothie. And then for lunch it's basically salad with gluten-free pasta." She also might eat tofu with salty vegetables with rice. "And for dinner it is mostly light. I try to do salt free. Also, soup with salted vegetables." Her biggest meal of the day? Lunch. "I eat a good and a nice Olympic portion, and that keeps me full throughout the day." She doesn't eat after six or seven o'clock. "I just feel too heavy and bloated."

Khashali follows a morning ritual. "I start my day with breathing exercises," she says. "At times I will meditate also." Breathing exercises are exercises that focus on the process of breathing and are designed to improve respiratory function and overall well-being. These exercises can be helpful in reducing stress, improving lung capacity, and increasing energy levels. Try deep breathing: This involves taking slow, deep breaths in through the nose and exhaling slowly through the mouth.

Before Khushali eats anything she hydrates. "'ll have my two glasses of water," she says. "At times, I take apple cider vinegar vinegar with that." The amount of water an individual needs to drink each day varies based on a number of factors, including age, sex, weight, and activity level. In general, it is recommended that adults drink at least 8 cups (64 ounces) of water per day to maintain proper hydration.

Khushali also works out. "I usually prefer to work out in the morning, before my breakfast," she said. Prior to exercising, she might eat a banana. "That's the time when I usually prefer, but then again, you know, it's whatever my schedule permits." If she can't work out during the day, she will do light stretches or exercise before bed. "I would go in for a walk and try to complete my 10,000 steps."

Pia Mia Shares a Beachy Selfie

Singer Pia Mia, known for "Do It Again" and "Touch," says she gets antsy when she has too much time on her hands but she knows when to relax, too. Mia posted a selfie from the beach, looking happy and serene in bathing suit.

Mia is obsessed with seafood, including octopus, lobster, sushi, and sashimi. "Sushi can be a very healthy, green type of food — if ordered simply," says Maxine Smith, RD, LD. "If you have a craving for sushi, or if you enjoy that social aspect of eating sushi with other people, go for it. It can be a fun experience. You just want to be selective and do your research ahead of time, so that you can nourish your body well and make the best decisions," she adds. "With a little foresight, you can make healthy choices."

Mia enjoys avocado toast for a healthy, delicious meal. "Avocado toast is one of the healthier brunch options at many restaurants, but you do have to be careful," says Kylie Arrindell, wellness dietitian at Houston Methodist. "From how much avocado is used to what's piled on top, avocado toast can go from a healthy to a not-so-healthy choice pretty quickly. Avocado contains a lot of heart-healthy unsaturated fats, as well as a good amount of fiber. Plus, if you're eating at a restaurant, you have a lot of control of what goes on top of your avocado toast. You can say 'no cheese' or 'no bacon,' which you can't always do as easily in other unhealthier breakfast dishes."

Mia considers herself a work in progress, and doesn't stress about the next step. "Understand that, whatever career path you're taking, it's never going to be just a straight, 'Okay, this is what I want to do and now I'm having major success and I'm the best at what I'm doing and I'm reaching all these goals that I've set for myself.' It's always a work in progress, there's always work to do. There's always going to be ups-and-downs. You just have to remember if this is your dream and this is your passion, try to be present in the moment and enjoy the journey and appreciate the people that are around you and supporting you," she says.

Mia relies on cues from her body as to her diet—she eats whatever she wants and refuses to eliminate any food groups. "When you no longer have so much stress and anxiety surrounding food, you free up space to just be and enjoy the food – and the people – around you," says Alissa Rumsey, MS, RD, CDN, CSCS. "You can engage in social interactions more often and can put your attention on spending time with friends and family, rather than worrying about your diet."

Mia uses purple shampoo to maintain her hair whenever she goes blonde. "I normally just wash it with purple shampoo once a week and that keeps the tone cute," she says. "I try to keep heat off of it as much as I can. I use It's a 10 Miracle Daily Conditioner, and I always comb out my hair before I take a shower so I don't have to brush it when it's wet because then it just becomes a mess."

Nina Agdal shows off her world famous figure

Nina Agdal is striking a pose in a blue bathing suit via one of her latest social media posts, striking a pose on the beach with her hands caressing her scalp. "Loves a scalp massage," she cheekily captioned the Instagram post.

Nina has a holistic approach to health and even created her own method. "I wanted to create The Agdal Method to start spreading the word that it's not about how long you spend in the gym, going to a workout for 60 minutes and torturing yourself, or only drinking green juices and eating lettuce," she told W. "What's going on in your personal life, and your relationships, your finances, has to do with what's going on your plate and how much exercise you're getting in on a weekly basis."

Nina makes sure to move on a daily basis. "I think we have to all give ourselves a little bit of grace when we're traveling. It's really hard keeping up with any sort of workout schedule when you're thrown off your routine and not in your normal environment. When I'm traveling, if I just get that 15 or 20 minutes in, (on the mat or on a towel or going for a jog outside to see where I am) it's always extremely helpful for me mentally," she told W.

Nina emphasizes the importance of music when it comes to exercise. "The most important thing I always tell people is to create great playlists that make you want to move," she told W. "I always tell people, 'Don't bother bringing [equipment] with you. You can always use water bottles, you can use towels, you can go outside and use a chair.' But just make sure you have your playlist ready."

Nina doesn't promote diet culture. "In terms of wellness, I think diets are such a lie. I don't believe in the word 'diet,' or diets at all, for that matter," she told W. "I made my own 'diet soup' once, which was basically water, chicken broth, celery, and tomatoes. I had one spoonful of it, and I never had it again. I thought it sounded like a great idea, but it wasn't pleasant," she added to Coveteur.

Nina prioritizes hydration. "I drink at least eight cups of water a day. I also drink a lot of iced or hot green tea because I love the taste, plus it gives me energy and can speed up your metabolism—or at least I believe so! I always try to start my day by drinking an entire bottle of water while taking my vitamin supplements. In the morning, I get a large Americano, and in the afternoon, I'll get an iced soy macchiato," she told Coveteur. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

Nina nourishes her body with food. She starts her day with coffee, and either scrambled eggs or Greek yogurt for protein. "If I'm cooking for myself, I try to keep it simple so there's not too much cleaning to do afterwards. My go-to is an omelette with vegetables like broccoli, asparagus, bell peppers, chili flakes, and Parmesan cheese. Or I'll do a steak with a tossed salad," she told Coveteur. She also likes to eat dried mango, hummus with celery, green juice with kale, celery, parsley, ginger, apple, and Greek yogurt. "Or half an avocado smashed with a little bit of salt and chili flakes on a piece of whole-wheat toast. The chili flakes add just enough heat. I also love a good burger or a steak with a little béarnaise sauce. After a week of hard work, I'll reward myself with that and an ice-cold beer."

Fernanda Flores in Bikini is excited to start a New Year

Fernanda Flores is getting ready for 2023 – in her swimsuit. The 90 Day Fiancé star shows off her incredible figure in one of her latest social media posts, wearing a bathing suit. "I am so excited to start a new year, but even more excited to finish this two weeks strong! Organize and clear in my intentions and 2023 resolutions ? what are yours? I want to run a maratón," she captioned the Instagram post.

Fernanda is an avid exerciser. On 90 Day Fiance and on Instagram the star is often found in the gym, getting a workout in. Jump roping, lifting weights, stretches, and squats are some of her go-to moves.

Fernanda also runs. "Monday indoor Run with @voozhydrate How many miles do you think I ran?" she captioned a recent post of her cardio workout. Running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss, per Mayo Clinic. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

Fernanda loves to box. She met her current boyfriend, Noel, a boxer, at a gym in Miami Beach. "I started training boxing there and one day, in the middle of my training, this tall handsome guy walks in and starts eating pizza in front of my hungry tired face LOL. We exchanged very strong looks [then] the rest [is] history…" she told InTouch. During a recent episode of 90 Day Diaries, Fernanda revealed that the two started a business together. "Noel and I came up with the idea of creating a fitness course focusing on boxing for people that show interest on my social media," she said.

Fernanda understands the importance of taking care of her mental health, recently revealing that she goes to therapy. "It has helped me so much," she admitted. "I am really happy to be in a such [a] better emotional place where I can have a healthy relationship without any of the toxic patterns of my past. However, I am still working on myself [and my] growth. Always trying to be better not only for myself but for the people around me."

Fernanda believes in the workout buddy system. Her favorite one? Her boyfriend. "As many of you know we share a strong passion about fitness and our healthy lifestyle, we really enjoy to workout together," she captioned a post.

Aside from running on the treadmill, Fernanda also enjoys cycling. "I will leave you here a BIKE CHALLENGE!!! Let's start our week right? Do you accept the challenge? ??⬇️ 20 Min Bike Workout!" she captioned this video. She does interval training to maximize the burn, which involves one minute sprints at a high intensity followed by one minute rest at low intensity, repeating ten times.

Fernanda swears by a 30-minute full-body stair climber workout. "Take this Stair Climber workout for example, I did a variety of movements on just one machine only 30 minutes. I was able to pass the time easily. It's great for cardio. (You will feel the burn in your quads when you squat and climb.)" she captioned this post.

Fernanda also enjoys yoga. "As I get older I realize how important is to work on my flexibility, meditate and connect with my body. Yoga has been key in my healing process and healthy lifestyle. Have you ever tried yoga before?" she captioned the post.

Gisele Bundchen is spending some time at the beach

Gisele Bundchen is getting her energy back in Brazil, in her swimsuit! The Brazilian supermodel is back in her home country with her children for the holidays, spending time in her bathing suit at the beach. "Recharging with my little ones in the country of my ❤️!" she captioned one of her most recent Instagram posts.

Gisele maintains a very active lifestyle. "Gisele is more of an athlete than a model," Nonna Gleyzer, a Pilates instructor in Beverly Hills, Ca, who has been training her for several years, reveals to Everyday Health. "She is the most physically active person I know and is constantly moving her body."

Gisele starts every day with hot water and lemon, a "detoxifying" beverage that is great for the immune system, as it is packed with vitamin C, says Gleyzwer. Should you drink water before eating your first meal? According to one small randomized controlled trial published in the journal Obesity, it may promote weight loss. Researchers found that individuals who drank water before eating low-calorie meals lost 44 percent more weight over a 12-week period than those who followed the low-calorie diet alone.

Gisele told Marie Claire that her diet is a healthier version of the traditional 80/20 diet. She eats mostly organically grown fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, and legumes 80 percent of the time and grass-fed, organic, antibiotic- and hormone-free lean meats and wild-caught fish or seafood the remainder. "At our house, we try to eat organic foods that are in season and locally grown," she added. "We believe that by buying locally, we'll have a better chance at getting foods that are fresh and also support local farmers. We eat mostly a plant-based diet."

Gisele also takes care of her mental health. "Meditation has been an incredible gift in my life. Just 10 minutes of practice a day can change your day–and creating a regular meditation practice can change your life," she wrote in an Instagram post. "It has transformed mine! If meditation is challenging for you, perhaps you can start off with a guided meditation, or with some nature sounds, or mantras. Whatever works best for you."

Gisele also does yoga for her body and mind. "Many years ago, after going through one of the most difficult times in my life, I immersed myself in the very deep process of getting to know myself better," she wrote on Instagram. She added that as a result of her practice, she "came out of that period stronger and happier, and knowing that no matter how difficult challenges appear in the moment, they always bring with them an opportunity for transformation.

"I love any type of exercise that I can do outdoors; horseback riding, biking, and skiing are some of my favorite ways to stay active and connect with nature," Gisele told Marie Claire. "Not only do these activities help me stay in shape, but they help in giving me clarity and perspective. Being active fuels my body, mind, and soul. It just makes me happy."

Gisele cheats on occasion. "I'm not super strict and believe everything is OK in moderation," she told Marie Claire. "My ultimate guilty pleasure is dark chocolate." Namrata Malla works hard to maintain her toned physique

Bollywood star Namrata Malla works hard to maintain her toned physique, regularly sharing videos of her dance workouts with fans. Malla posted a video of herself wearing a pink bikini top and white shorts on a boat in Dubai, captioning the post "It's showtime!" Another video shows her frolicking in the ocean in a red bathing suit.

Malla is part of a dance troupe and enjoys many dance-based workouts. "As dance raises your heart rate and works your body, it also releases certain chemicals in the brain," says psychotherapist and professional dancer Raven Gibbs. Malla is very focused on ab workouts. "Want more-defined stomach muscles? Core exercises are important," says the Mayo Clinic. "While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles."

The core muscles, which include the muscles of the abdomen, lower back, and pelvis, play a vital role in maintaining proper posture, balance, and stability. Here are a few exercises that can help to strengthen your core muscles:

Planks: Planks are a simple but effective exercise that can help to strengthen your entire core. To perform a plank, start by getting into a push-up position with your hands directly under your shoulders. Hold this position for 30 seconds to one minute, keeping your body straight and your core muscles engaged.

Sit-ups: Sit-ups are a classic exercise that targets the muscles of the abdominal region. To perform a sit-up, lie on your back with your knees bent and your hands behind your head. Lift your upper body off the ground and touch your knees with your elbows, then slowly lower yourself back down.

Cardi B loves her curves

Cardi B loves her curves and is all about ensuring she doesn't lose them again. She's not a fan of looking rail thin, but admitted to her followers in an Instagram Live video following the birth of her daughter Kulture in 2018, that she got too skinny without trying. "I've been very depressed because I cannot stop losing weight," she told fans. "I don't like looking too skinny." The WAP singer revealed she had "no appetite" and said, "After I gave birth, I was so thirsty to lose all the baby weight and now it's so hard for me to gain weight and I hate it," she admitted in the IG live. "I used to look too skinny as a teenager and I used to hate it and I hate it now. It's been really depressing me, making me sad, my weight," she explained. She has her curves back and looks amazing.

Robbie has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She tells Vogue that skincare is something that she prioritizes. "I don't do too many steps because I genuinely don't have that much time, but I'm anal-retentive about having really clean skin. Especially with my job, where they just layer make-up on and on and on."

Robbie revealed some of her favorite skincare products to Vogue. She says that she always remembers to take makeup off, and she has a favorite makeup wipe to do it. "When I'm traveling on a plane, I'll take my makeup off with a wipe and then I'll use Peter Thomas Roth Complexion Correction Pads. I honestly stumbled across them, and now I can't live without them. Your skin is better after. They're really strong."

Robbie tells Vogue that she likes to use face masks to keep her skin healthy. "One brand I'm obsessed with right now is this brand Skin111, which my make-up artist Patti Dubroff got me hooked on. They have these sheet masks, they're made out of a jelly sort of stuff and the serum they're soaked in is so good. So when we're getting ready for an event she'll put one of those on while she's doing my hair."

And Ashley Roberts made no exception as she hit the beach in South Africa on Wednesday, showing off her incredible physique in a tiny bikini on Instagram.

The Pussycat Doll, 40, looked sensational during the sun-soaked impromptu photoshoot where she posed on some rocks in Clifton, Cape Town.

She wore her blonde hair in tousled waves with her full fringe falling in front of her eyes.

The singer was beaming during her winter getaway, as she captioned the snaps: 'Santa betta sail.'

It comes following the news that Ashley will be spared from facing her alleged stalker, who repeatedly showed up to her home and workplace claiming to be her girlfriend, at his trial after a court heard of her concerns about being in the same room as him.

Lewis Langley is accused of repeatedly claiming the former Strictly Come Dancing star was his partner and loitering outside the radio station in London where she works.

The 47-year-old also 'regularly' turned up outside a flat believed to be her home address and asked staff working in the building for his belongings back, prosecutors say.

At a pre-trial hearing on Friday for which Langley was not required to be present, Croydon Magistrates' Court heard an application for the singer to give evidence about the alleged ordeal remotely from her workplace.

Prosecutor Alex Alawode said: '(Ms Roberts) has expressed concern about having to come to court and be in the same room as the defendant.

'It is said the defendant believed he was in a relationship with Ms Roberts, so much so he would regularly attend accommodation believing she lived there... and waiting around the Heart radio studios in Leicester Square.'

Sam Gilmour, defending, contested the application, arguing that the radio show host should not be given 'special treatment' because of her status as a celebrity.

Ms Gilmour said it is a 'stalwart of the justice system' that defendants face their accusers at trial and questioned 'why (Ms Roberts) should be given treatment that is special as opposed to victims of domestic violence that have to turn up to court'.

She added: 'She was a Pussycat Doll back in the day - why she should be given preferential treatment on that basis I know not.'

But District Judge Polly Gledhill granted the application on the basis that it is likely to improve the quality of Ms Roberts' evidence.

Tracee Ellis Ross is living it up on vacation.

The Black-ish star took to Instagram on Monday to show off a collection of photos from a trip to Jamaica. In all the photos, Ross is posing in a floral string bikini. Alongside the waterside photos, she captioned her Instagram simply with the Jamaican flag.

The 50-year-old actress and producer also showed off her natural hair, wet from a recent swim. She kept her overall look simple and fresh to enjoy her time in the tropical location — no makeup, no glam, just natural beauty.

Claudia Ciardone in Bathing Suit is on "Fire"

Claudia Ciardone is a successful actress, model, and fitness superstar. She posts a lot of stunning photos on her Instagram page. In a recent photo, Ciardone is seen sunbathing in Potrerillos. She wore a bathing suit and cowboy hat, showing off her figure.

Ciardone makes sure to workout on a regular basis. She even has three different Instagram story highlights dedicated to different workouts. One of her highlights is a set of ab and core workouts. Better balance and reduced risk of falls. Weight loss."

Another type of workout Ciardone likes to do is cardio. Her third Instagram story fitness highlight is dedicated to cardio exercises. In it, she is seen jumping rope for ten minutes and circuit training. The American Heart Association recommends doing cardio and aerobic workouts on a regular basis. "Get at least 150 minutes per week of moderate-intensity aerobic activity or 75 minutes per week of vigorous aerobic activity, or a combination of both, preferably spread throughout the week."

Ciardone likes to use different pieces of workout gear when she's exercising. Sometimes when she's doing lower body and leg workouts, she uses a resistance band. In her leg workout Instagram story highlight, Ciardone is seen doing lateral squat walks and squats with the band by her knees. Using a resistance band while working out can make your muscles work harder.

Ciardone likes to weight train as a way of staying in shape. She uses weights when she is doing certain exercises. In her leg Instagram story highlight, she is seen doing deadlifts with hand weights. In her ab highlight, she is seen doing crunches with an arm extension with hand weights. The Mayo Clinic reports that using weights can be very helpful. Tiffiny Hall Says "Every Body is" a Beach Body

Tiffiny Hall is sharing a message of self-love – in her swimsuit! The fitness founder and entrepreneur shows off her incredible figure in an orange bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts, sharing some encouraging words with her followers. "I've said it before and I'll say it again… every body is a bikini body," she captioned her Instagram pep talk.

Tiffiny stresses the importance of meal prepping. "My day on a plate – if I do say myself – is straight-up delicious. I make sure I have enough nourishing meals packed with wholefoods in my fridge by doing a batch cook-up every Sunday to leave guesswork out of the equation and healthy taste front and center," she told Body & Soul. "I really can't stress just how much prepping for your week and portioning out meals helps when you still have 50,000 things on your to-do list at dinner time."

"Time and time again I hear the myth that long stretches of steady-state cardio is the best way to drop kilos," Tiffiny told House of Wellness. My mantra is that you don't need to train long, you need to train smart. HIIT or high intensity interval training is the best way to accelerate fat loss and increase fitness and also has 'the after burn effect' so it burns calories all day long." And, don't worry getting too big if you are lifting heavy weights. "Here's the happy truth – when you pick up heavy things, your muscles will get stronger but not necessarily bigger. Paired with the right diet of healthy foods, resistance training can help women burn fat fast and creates long and lean muscle and is a really effective way to lose weight. And that is something that has stayed with me for life. If I'm on a shoot or on a job, I remind myself that I'm here to show who I am and to make my mark on the world. I don't know how I have the confidence to do that, but I somehow do. I'm just trying to do things my way. I want to make my own name. I enjoy everything I do and I'm so thankful for the work and opportunities I get."

Keating was a contestant on Dancing with the Stars. She opened up about her experience on the show to Gossie. "It was amazing, I had the best time! It was one of the most exciting, enjoyable things I've ever done. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity. I love dancing, I've loved it since I was a kid, and I got to learn styles that I never even knew existed. It was so cool, interesting and fun. I also loved the glitz and the glam!"

Keating tells VIP Magazine that she works hard, and that this helped her on Dancing with the Stars. "I'm a very competitive person, just with myself. I get really annoyed in rehearsals if I can't get it right. And I will just work and work and work until I can get it perfect. I want to listen and take it in and do that and be the best version of myself I can be. It's going to be fun and I know it'll be a great way to start the year."

Keating makes sure to support causes that are important to her. She recently took part in Pretty Little Thing's collaboration with Girl vs Cancer. She modeled a piece from the collection in this Instagram post. Keating captioned the post, "Time to tackle the taboo. Despite thousands of women going through surgical treatment for breast cancer each year, women are still left with unflattering options when it comes to post surgery underwear."

Chloe Sims Shares a Special Selfie

Chloe Sims is looking anything but basic in a black bathing suit! The TOWIE star flaunts her famous figure in one of her latest social media posts. In the video shared to her Instagram Stories, she wears a black bathing suit that perfectly accentuates her curves.

Chloe battled an eating disorder for many years. "I was a size 10 but I wanted to be a size six. The gym was my way of losing weight the right way, but I just worried that I was going to ruin it all when I got home," she told Reveal magazine. She survived on a diet of Go Ahead yoghurt bars, a banana and a tin of mackerel and was also making herself sick after meals. "I was soon doing it (being sick) most days. I'd starve myself to the point where I had to eat and then I got the food out straightaway, even if it was something really little." Eventually, she started to look sick. "I looked at at one picture and thought, 'F**k, I look anorexic.' I looked so ill and I knew I had to put on weight."

Chloe has undergone multiple plastic surgery procedures, including two boob jobs, fillers in her face, Botox, lip fillers, a Brazilian bum lift, and veneers, per New! Magazine. However, she doesn't discuss them with her daughter, Madison, explaining "it's not something she needs to be aware of." Oti Mabuse is currently on vacation in her home country of South Africa, and is enjoying the lovely weather

Oti Mabuse is a Latin ballroom dance champion. She is best-known for her many seasons as a professional on Strictly Come Dancing, where she became the second pro dancer to win two seasons. Mabuse was also a judge on The Greatest Dancer. She's currently on vacation in her home country of South Africa, and is enjoying the lovely weather. Mabuse shared a new photo on Instagram of herself posing by the pool. She wore a pink one-piece swimsuit, showing off her figure. She captioned it, "Blue skies, white clouds, that African sun."

Mabuse revealed some of her favorite meals to Women's Health. She says that she makes sure to eat a healthy breakfast. "I love to recycle and use old glass jars," Mabuse says. "So I'll have porridge with some nuts, a teaspoon of peanut butter and just healthy stuff like fruit. I'll have that or three eggs and a nice salad."

Mabuse follows a keto diet. She tells Evening Standard that she got into keto through one of her Strictly partners, Bill Bailey. "The Keto thing, we started doing it. I was introduced to it by Bill actually. He is really healthy. Well it was more his wife, but when we were working together she was making all these healthy meals and she would bring them in for us, so I kept it up. I felt much better about myself. It is really good for me."

Mabuse revealed some of her wellness secrets to Express. She says that she likes to do a lot of cardio to stay in shape. "I do 45 minutes on the treadmill when I have time," she says. "I prefer to actually just dance and run, because that's more fun." Mabuse says that she avoids weight exercises for this reason.

Mabuse tells Express that she eats pretty healthy. She says that she doesn't cut any food out or restrict herself. "I don't restrict myself in any way," she says. "I feel like if my body wants something, I should give it that. I would never advise anybody to take anything out of their diet."

Mabuse tells Express that she likes to take supplements and vitamins. She revealed some of her favorites. "I do take vitamins and minerals like magnesium and iron, parsley and omega 3, just stuff to keep my muscle memory strong, to keep going and to feed my brain."
