Mexican actress Sandra Itzel is used to being the center of attention—and she's clearly comfortable in front of the camera. Itzel shared a picture of herself posing in a neon pink bathing suit, with her hair in braids. "I think of you every night," she captioned the post.
Itzel never skips her cardio, which is the ultimate de-stresser, experts say. "Not only that, but it combats depression, improves your self-esteem and releases tension-fighting hormones like serotonin, dopamine and norepinephrine," says clinical exercise physiologist Erik Van Iterson, PhD, MS. "Try getting in a 30-minute workout five or more days a week that raises your heart rate for the duration of the activity. Or try three, 10-minute workouts, five or more days a week."
Itzel is an amazing dancer. "The everyday life of cell phones, laptops, and screens can result in a shrinking back and in, rather than an expanding up and out," says choreographer and artistic director Kristin Sudeikis. "The dance floor offers an invitation to unapologetically practice taking up space while also acknowledging the people around you—which is something we could use more of in the world, don't you think?"
Itzel loves using the sauna, which can offer many health benefits (but make sure you consult a doctor first). "Evidence over the past few decades shows that sauna bathing has an immediate positive effect on blood pressure," says UCLA Health. "But for a bigger benefit, combine your sauna bathing with exercise. Recent research finds that using the sauna for 15 minutes after a workout, three times a week, results in a more significant improvement in blood pressure than exercise alone."
Itzel enjoys long baths. "Taking baths has great physical and mental health benefits," says family medicine provider Amy Zack, MD. "Baths help many people sleep well. They also create a good environment for meditation, thought and escape from everyday stressors."
Itzel loves fresh coffee, which can be very good for you. "Coffee may help some people maintain alertness and energy levels thanks to its caffeine content," says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. "When coffee is consumed, it is absorbed into the bloodstream and travels to the brain where it 'fires up' certain neurons which may improve memory, mood, energy and cognitive function, if consumed in moderation. Other reports suggest drinking coffee before exercise may reduce rates of exertion and potentially improve athletic performance."

Smith doesn't just turn to professional help with her fitness. She also likes to turn to help for her diet. In her Instagram stories, she says that she works with a nutritionist to help her stay healthy. "Also @francisdiet has helped me to understand food and maintain a healthier lifestyle," she says. "I've actually never eaten so much."
Smith shares a lot of her favorite workouts. One thing she likes to do is high-intensity interval training, or HIIT. Smith appeared in this workout YouTube video for The HIIT Company. "There are four rounds with a brutal finisher," she describes at the beginning of the video. Ace Fitness states that HIIT has a lot of benefits. "Anaerobic interval training uses the body's reserves of energy and, after a workout, metabolism stays elevated and continues to burn calories for hours after the workout. This is due to something called the excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC) effect. With HIIT, you not only burn a lot of calories during the workout, but because of the high intensity you will continue to burn calories as your body replaces energy and repairs muscle proteins damaged during exercise."
Smith uses a lot of equipment when she works out. One thing she likes to use are boxes and platforms. In her HIIT video, Smith is seen doing all her exercises with a platform on each side. She is seen doing traditional workouts like box jumps, squat jumps, and lateral twists. She also uses them for burpees and sprints.

Holly is all about a morning pick-me-up. "Hello Paris," she captioned an early morning photo of herself enjoying a cup. Science continues to prove that drinking coffee is great for your health. In fact, a new 2022 study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death.
Holly chooses a sober lifestyle. "I chose to take a break from alcohol because it wasn't improving my mental health – which for me, comes first," she wrote at the end of 2021. "Living without alcohol has helped me feel better & be more present both mentally and physically."
Holly is very open about her mental health struggles, including the fact she was sexually assaulted twice. I was diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety and depression. Since then, I have been in therapy up to three times a week. I now have these diagnoses that I carry around with me," she said on her podcast. She even spent three months at a mental health facility seeking treatment.
Holly exercises to look and feel good. "What it does is allow you to process things. Whether it is cycling and chatting together, or running and having a cry on your own, you have to have that release," she said on her podcast about the importance of working out for mental health..
Another fun way Holly stays fit? Downhill skiing. Not only is the sport great for muscle toning, but per the Mayo Clinic, the average person can burn 314 calories per hour on the slopes. "Skiing gets you outdoors in the winter when we often end up on the couch and are passive," says physical therapist Scott Tremmel to the Cleveland Clinic. "We're just not as active when the cold weather sets in, but skiing keeps you moving to continue to build up your endurance."

In one of her Instagram posts Ina revealed that she works out a whopping five times per week. "My goal for next year is to bring the same discipline. I just want to be more fit & healthy," she added. How often should you be working out? Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
Ina is very motivated to stay in shape by her husband. "I was able to marry someone who's super fit. My Canadian husband, he's my 'fitspiration' and you as well.
I started working out when I had my first child because I gained so much weight. It was then that I thought I had to have a change in lifestyle," she told Inquirer.
Ina revealed in her Instagram post that she eats "clean" most of the time. "I just eat healthy food, like vegetables, fish and chicken. It's achievable. Anyone can eat simple food like those," she added to Inquirer.
Ina loves taking dance classes, including Zumba. She also brings her friends a long to make fitness fun. "Start your 2023 right..move, move, move! Thanks @jesrylblack for taking us, mamas, out of our comfort zone. #inaszumba," she captioned a clip of her workout. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.
Ina is all about discipline. "You need to talk to yourself, you need to commit. You need to have discipline," she told Inquirer. "Most people have been there — wanting to make healthier choices or start an exercise program, maybe needing to lose a little weight," says the Mayo Clinic. "You start out with good intentions, finding the willpower to exercise more and eat less. But after a while, old habits return and a goal is missed. Maybe you even put on more weight. Sound familiar? You're not the only one. If you want to be more active, park farther from the door. If you want to eat healthier, replace the candy bowl at work with a fruit bowl."

She isn't just the younger sister of Sistine and Sophia Stallone. But she's also starring in the Paramount Plus series, Tulsa King. Stallone shared a set of photos on Instagram this week. She captioned the post, "Rushing."
Stallone has a famous family. And she likes to workout with them. In 2020, not long after her 18th birthday, she was spotted working out with her dad and two older sisters. They were seen working out with weighted bags. Working out with others can help you stay motivated, and having loved ones there just adds extra motivation. Family members can also help remind you to workout, and it makes it harder to cancel on them.
Stallone and her sister, Sophia, work with trainer, Kevin Mejia, to keep themselves in shape. Mejia shared what it is like working with the duo in a 2020 interview with HollywoodLife. He says that the Stallones have a good work ethic. "Our sessions are filled with jokes and a good time, coupled with the great intensity, and they bring it every time we workout," he says. "They conquer some of the toughest exercises in the gym with ease…I always remind my clients, as long as you bring intensity you'll conquer your goal in the gym and that guides my work with them."
Mejia shared some of the exercises he likes to do with Stallone and her sister in a session. He says that to warm them up, he will have them do workouts that activate their muscles. "For a standard workout, we'll start out with some type of activation exercises," he says. "Such as bridges or monster walks, because a great workout always starts with a great warm up."
Mejia tells HollywoodLife that he likes to do one-sided exercises with Stallone. "After activation work, we'll go into single sided work like, ankle weighted rainbow kicks," Mejia said, explaining, "This allows for a mind muscle connection, which a lot of people lack in the gym — but it later helps people contract or squeeze the right muscles."
Mejia likes to do muscle-building exercises with Stallone. He shared some of his favorites to HollywoodLife. "It's a set or two of wide stance squats and chest presses into flies," he explained, calling it "straight core work." Mejia also explains why he likes these workouts. "Exercises like hanging knee raises are one of my favorite exercises to give them — and to most of my clients, because it lengthens the body and targets the lower abs along with improving grip strength."

Nabilla told Gulf News that doing makeup is "like therapy" for her,"a way to gain self-confidence, to express who I am," she said. "Beauty is a bit like the school of life; we experiment, we learn, we make mistakes, we start over, we create a personality, then we assert ourselves, and finally find ourselves. I want to give everyone the chance to try it and have the freedom to just be themselves!"
Nabilla loves to ski and goes on regular vacations to the mountains with her family. Research has linked downhill skiing to a number of health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress and the occurrence of memory deficits declines.
Nabilla understands the importance of hydration. Here she is drinking out of a coconut on the beaches of Brazil. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.
Nabilla, who spends a lot of time at the beach, loves paddleboarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.
Nabilla loves soaking in hot water, in a hot tub or bath. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

I love the beach; my husband loves the beach. It's weird, I grew up in California and I've only surfed, like, once. I kind of grew up half my life in Hawaii as well; there's not really big waves on the side of the island that I lived on so it was never really like a thing that I started," she told Elle.
Riley relies on an occasional pick-me-up. "I'll drink coffee; I'll drink matcha green tea. I can't have too much because I'm like already anxious in general so if I have a bunch of coffee I'll tweak and then like, have anxiety. And then I'll crash. So if I have a long day I actually won't drink caffeine," she told Elle.
Riley revealed to The Blonde and the Brunette that yoga is the only exercise she likes. "It's the only thing I enjoy that's active, I absolutely hate working out," she confessed. "Yoga trains the proprioception and visual systems to improve balance. Depending on the pose, cues are sent to focus, for instance, on the foot rooted to the ground. By concentrating in an attempt to maintain contact, the big toe, little toe and heel form a tripod of sorts, which in turn helps focus the proprioception portion of balance," says the Mayo Clinic.

Keough explained to InStyle that she considers herself a spiritual person, describing her pull towards her career path as "a deeper kind of sense of knowingness," and a "kind of a spiritual thing." She doesn't identify as a Buddhist, but studies the religion and considers it being a "participant of this world and whatever we're doing here." She added to Mr. Porter: "It's really important for me to be connected, somehow, spiritually," she says. "I spend a lot of time doing things that are grounding. My body is really important to me because I have Lyme disease, so I'm trying to take care of myself."
Riley tries to "not be an anything-oholic" and approaches things with moderation. "I'm really consciously trying to be present, and not use anything as any kind of escape, and be cognizant of when I'm doing that," she told InStyle.
"I'm just generally trying to be grateful for everything at the moment, trying to operate in love, and keep my heart open, and give and receive love. And not in a woo-woo way, because I definitely have hard days, and all kinds of pain and suffering and all that. But I think when you realize that's part of it, and your expectation isn't to just be feeling joy, that's been a real shift for me in finding those moments and things to smile about," Riley told InStyle.

De Moras shared a new set of photos of herself lounging by the pool on Instagram. In it, she wore a navy bathing suit with light blue flowers. De Moras captioned the post, "Last days of summer 2023!"
De Moras revealed some of her favorite foods in an interview with La Cuarta. "My breakfast is super healthy," she says. "Vegetable smoothies, vegetables and fruits. Around 9-10 am, already in the morning, I eat a pan of three scrambled eggs alone (without bread). And before that I ate a pita bread with turkey ham and avocado."
De Moras tells La Cuarta that her diet is based on how much exercise she does. "You eat much more, but you have to be more aware, because since you're hungrier sometimes you walk around and say 'I'll eat anything', and that's when you say 'no'. Hopefully what I'm going to eat has a large portion of protein, with carbohydrates, like a turkey sandwich; if there is not, it can be a yogurt. But it is no longer the pecking of the cookie. And about the gym, every day I go for at least one hour and go jogging."
De Moras posts a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do to stay in shape is weight train. She shared a video of herself in the gym. In it, De Moras is seen doing squats with a barbell and squat jumps with handweights. She captioned the post, "An intense week is coming, let's go with everything!"
De Moras doesn't skip leg day. In several of her workout videos that she posts on Instagram, she is seen doing different lower body exercises. De Moras posted a video of herself doing a session at the gym. In it, she is seen doing squats with a machine, lunges with a barbell, and bridge raises. "I feel better than ever, and I guess you can tell," she captioned the Instagram post of herself walking on the beach.
Kinga is very serious about her yoga practice. "Yesterday. Insane beach and magical sunset – I couldn't resist… ?? ♀️ The best thing about practicing yoga is that you can do it anywhere, at any time, without special equipment, without fancy clothes. All you need is an impulse. There is no competition in yoga, you can only be a better version of yourself every day. Yoga is not gymnastics, it's a conversation with your own body and soul, from which you can learn a lot about yourself. However, fortunately for me ?, there are no shortage of challenges here. In order to stand on one leg (on barefoot, on an uneven rock, with the wind from the sea) and raise your hands up, you need focus and a balanced, deep breath. If you can still close your eyes and stay in this position for a few minutes, magical experiences are guaranteed ?? . Would recommend!" she captioned a recent post.
Kinga also makes sure to hydrate. In her latest post she carries a coconut around. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.
"I stay active, do extreme sports, have tons of energy!" Kinga reveals in her most recent post. One of her favorite sports? Skiing.
King also enjoys surfing. "Surfing is a massive dose of adrenaline and definitely the most difficult (most risky) sport I've ever done (and I have a few extremes in my resume?)," she captioned a post. "In surfing, coordination and general fitness are one thing, technique and strength are another, experience is third, but here comes intuition and the ability to 'read; the ocean and this is a higher degree of insideration," she continued.
In her most recent post, Kinga also reveals she is a vegetarian. "I've been meat free for years and I'm okay with that?! #dzienbezmiesa. I also don't drink cows milk, don't eat butter or other animal products. My diet is well balanced because I replace the animal protein with a plant based one (lentil plants)," she said. "Giving up meat is an individual decision. I initially cut back on meat significantly, then I finally gave up on it completely. Never been attracted to it since, never "missed" its taste, never regretted the change."

Luisa takes care of her body and mind with regular yoga sessions, which boast many health benefits, per Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."
When Luisa is exercising, you will always find a bottle of water close by. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.
Luisa enjoys drinking coffee, which is great for your health in moderation per science. A 2022 study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death.
Luisa goes for regular walks, which can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
Luisa also enjoys running. "After a birthday dinner you just have to run," she captioned a photo of herself stretching before hitting the pavement. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

Amber maintains an Ayurdvedic-inspired diet to help keep her skin clear. "I always had pretty good skin until this period in my late 30s where it got really angry. I think it was a hormone change or something—I just kept getting these really awful bumps, one after another. Finally I saw an Ayurvedic doctor who told me 'You need to cut out this, this, and this,' sort of like a cleanse. The whole process was really tailored—she looks at your eyes and your tongue and she said I had too much fire in my system. I had to cut out all spicy foods. I'm still pretty much on that diet, but I'm not as strict as I should be—I'll have dairy and drink coffee. But cutting things out cleared my skin up a lot," she told Into the Gloss.
Amber believes that physical health starts from the inside. "I try to meditate and pray," she told Allure. "When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress," says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:
Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations
Building skills to manage your stress
Increasing self-awareness
Focusing on the present
Reducing negative emotions
Increasing imagination and creativity
Increasing patience and tolerance
Lowering resting heart rate
Lowering resting blood pressure
Improving sleep quality
Amber's diet is simple, healthy, and nourishing. "I eat really clean and really simple: brown rice, a quinoa bowl, grilled fish, veggies, a big salad. I appreciate fine foods, but that's not how I eat day to day," she told Allure.
Amber spends a lot of time outdoors, hiking and walking. "Sunrise play in the Petrified Forest National Park in AZ with my road trippers @teddycharles35 , Bella and Milla," she captioned this post. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.
In a video for MindBodyGreen Amber revealed that she has been sober since she was 25. "I'm coming out to you today, and I'm not coming out the way you think," she said. "I'm coming out to you as an addict. I suffer from a disease called addiction, and I've had it for as long as I can remember." She reveals that he addiction went from sniffing glue as a child and smoking marijuana later on to cocain and alcohol. "I was in a business where drugs were accepted, and they were given to me," she said. "I had a multi-million-dollar deal, and I showed up the first day to shoot this campaign high and drunk. I didn't care. And that's to just show you addiction takes you to the worst places."

The celebration took place last Friday, and the Canadian star looked to join in the festivities by sporting the iconic Irish green. Bouchard was seen posing in the swimsuit whilst taking a rest on a tree in the sunshine, and sitting by a pool.
The Canadian shared the Paddy's Day snap to her 2.3 million followers on Instagram, as her swooning fans flew to the comments to pay their compliments to the former SW19 finalist.
Along with the photo, Bouchard added the caption: "Annual green bikini pic in honor of my fav holiday." In the comments section, one adoring fan described the tennis star as a 'dream woman', whilst another added: "That's certainly made my st paddys day here in Ireland."
The compliments did not stop there for the Canadian national, with another fan writing: "Wish it could be St Paddy’s day everyday," whilst a fourth follower commented: "Waited all year for this!"
The post comes two months on from her last appearance on the WTA Tour, where Bouchard headed to Melbourne for the opening Grand Slam of the year at the Australian Open. It was not to be for the Canadian, after she was defeated by world No. 144 Ashlyn Krueger in qualifying.
Bouchard has struggled for form over the last couple of years, with her career being hampered with fitness problems. The 29-year-old spent nearly a year-and-a-half out on the sidelines, after a problem with her shoulder ruled her out between March 2021 and August 2022.
During her time away from competition, the Wimbledon finalist was required to go under the knife, after having keyhole surgery on her subscapularis muscle. After 17 months out, Bouchard returned to the court at last August's Vancouver Open in preparation for the US Open.

Geraldine loves to play tennis. "Tennis is a great addition to any workout regime because it improves metabolic function, muscle tone, strength and flexibility," says fitness expert Sonakshi Bagla. "It also boosts aerobic capabilities. Tennis also helps increase your reaction time and attention span."
Geraldine incorporates squats and lunges into her workout routine. "Lunges work multiple larger muscle groups at the same time," says celebrity trainer Jillian Michaels. "They build lower body strength and help to maintain muscle mass and bone density in the lower body."
Geraldine uses the stationary bike for convenient cardio. "Riding a stationary bike is an excellent way to improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance, plus your stamina, with less risk of injury," says Anthony O'Reilly, CPT. "Let's be honest, whether you're an avid runner or into strength training, we all want the ability to exercise for more extended periods without fatigue. Quality training equals better results for performance, muscle-building, and overall health."
Geraldine lifts weights and practices resistance training when she's at the gym. "A good training program should be well-balanced and focused on strengthening all musculature," says personal trainer Aroosha Nekonam. "You should always be lifting at an effective intensity for growth, progressive overload and effective recovery, regardless of gender."
Geraldine plays golf, which experts say has many health benefits. "We know that the moderate physical activity that golf provides increases life expectancy, has mental health benefits, and can help prevent and treat more than 40 major chronic diseases such as heart attacks, stroke, diabetes, breast and colon cancer," says Dr Andrew Murray from the University of Edinburgh. "Evidence suggests golfers live longer than non-golfers, enjoying improvements in cholesterol levels, body composition, wellness, self-esteem and self-worth. Given that the sport can be played by the very young to the very old, this demonstrates a wide variety of health benefits for people of all ages."

Abbey is an avid reader. "People think i'm a party girl bc I'm very outgoing and absolutely brimming with energy. But i have a limited social battery. I can 1000% be the wild card but I also read 250 books last year. A lil nuance is always fun," she revealed during an Instagram Q & A. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.
Abbey also revealed that she does HIIT – high intensity interval training – workouts regularly. There is lots of Research backing up the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and mental health. It is also time effective.
Abbey also loves hitting the pavement or the treadmill and running. "To be honest I'm a cardio bunny through and through and ik that's not everyone's cup of tea but I'm addicted to the endorphins," she revealed during the same Q & A. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.
Abbey also gets her zen on. "When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress," says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:

Building skills to manage your stress
Increasing self-awareness
Focusing on the present

Abbey, who suffers from celiacs, maintains a healthy diet. "I eat intuitively and i live my life by the rule 80/20," she revealed during the Q&A. "If you have celiac disease, eating gluten triggers an immune response in your small intestine. Over time, this reaction damages your small intestine's lining and prevents it from absorbing some nutrients (malabsorption). The intestinal damage often causes diarrhea, fatigue, weight loss, bloating and anemia, and can lead to serious complications," says the Mayo Clinic.
