Alongside photos of her multi-colored cake the Brazilian mum-of-two wrote on social media: “Thank you for all the love.”

Earlier this year she posed poolside in a shimmering blue outfit with front slash to promote her collaboration with Brazilian brand PatBO which is inspired by the US city’s “iconic style”.

Mum-of-two Alessandra shared images of her dancing in the sea in a pearl-laden dress under fireworks at night as she saw in the New Year with family.

And she wrote: “Cheers to closed chapters and hello to new beginnings!”

In February last year, the beauty was seen partying at the world-famous Rio Carnival, which returned for the first time since Covid in 2020.

Alessandra Ambrosio is getting her sweat on in a two-piece workout outfit. In a new social media post the supermodel flaunts her incredible figure in a sports bra and leggings. "Let's shake it off the jet lag," she captioned the Instagram Story.

Alessandra used to crash diet, but doesn't go to extremes anymore. "After having Anja I only had three months to lose all the weight [before doing the 2008 Victoria's Secret show] and I was on this 1,200-calorie-a-day meal-delivery service that I hated. I couldn't do that again," she told The Edit.

"It's important to break a sweat every day, and I love the way Pilates makes me feel long and lean," Alessandra told Glamour about her go-to workout. Research has found that Pilates exercises are designed to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and to improve posture and balance. Experts maintain that it is a great workout for leaning out.

"I love to do yoga as it centers me and also at the same time keeps me in shape," Alessandra told FOX News. "Since there is a lot to do around the house sometimes I don't have much time to work out, in which case I try to do some stretching and hold a plank for five to 10 minutes." Harvard Health explains why yoga is a great workout. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Alessandra works out daily. "In my family, no one ever worked out. It wasn't until I did my first Victoria's Secret show that I started exercising…now that it's a healthy, normal part of my daily routine," she told The Edit. She also works fitness into her family routine. "We love going to the beach, hanging in Malibu and playing volleyball… We like going rollerblading and biking, all kinds of things!" she added to People.

"Whenever I start to diet, everything goes downhill," she told The Edit. "So if I want a little bite of dark chocolate on a plane or a cocktail with friends on the weekend, I'll have it. In fact, I'll drink a glass of red wine with dinner most nights, and two or three times a week I'll have a cup of tea and a cupcake with Anja, who's as obsessed with red velvet as I am."

I would change into something comfortable, probably Alo Yoga activewear. After yoga I'd jump in the ocean wearing Gal Floripa swimwear followed by a long walk on the beach in my Pangaia sweats."

Ambrosio's favorite foods are grilled picanha and sushi, which she enjoys outdoors. "Lately, I have been researching brands like Bottletop that create sustainable products that look amazing," she tells Hello!. "When I'm not working, I like to let my skin breathe, so I would use Dr Barbara Sturm Sun Drops for SPF protection, and Beautycounter BB Cream after my morning exercise. Instead of heading somewhere else, I would stay in the same place, so I don't have to travel – and hopefully all of my friends and family will be there so we can play beach volleyball… Staying by the beach in Fernando de Noronha would be a dream afternoon; there is so much nature to explore and it has the most magical sunsets. In Brazil, nature is a huge part of our lives. We are surrounded by the oceans and the Amazon."

Ambrosio's wellness routine is focused around gratitude. "It's not easy, but I have my tricks," she tells Forbes. "I like waking up in the morning, doing my coffee, and then I have my diary next to my bed. It's a 5-minute diary – like a gratitude book. I just write a little bit about what I expect out of my day, what I'm grateful for, so just to start the day in a positive vibe. I have some things that I know how to calm me down, how to center, and how to be present in the moment that I do."

Ambrosio's workout includes resistance training and Pilates for a fantastic all-body exercise. She's also a devotee of the Tracy Anderson method. "I have been working with Tracy [Anderson] for last couple years, and what I love about her classes that it does not feel like exercise," Ambrosio told Bravo. "It's almost like taking a fun dance class that targets all of your muscle groups, and you get amazing results…she also has online classes, so when I travel, I am able to work out in my hotel room."

Ambrosio is proud of her time as a Victoria's Secret Angel. "Victoria's Secret was like a family for me and I learned so much with them and it was a brand that I admired," she tells Forbes. "It was a school for me of modeling because I was working every day. We got to go to so many different places, so it just really made me really comfortable in front of the camera. I don't know if I would change anything. I guess everything is about learning and when you're young – I started with Victoria's Secret when I was 19, so I was still kind of young, even if I thought I knew everything in the world (laughs). I was learning and if I did mistakes, even the mistakes, I think it counts to learn and not to do it again."

And, through the day, water, water, water — hydrate yourself," she added. "So I think water is one of the most important things that we can do for our beauty, inside and out, to feel good, to feel hydrated, to feel healthy," she says. "If there's one thing I don't like about water, it's when it [has a] taste. [This one, however,] was tasteless. That means that the pH of this water is the same as our body. It comes from the Alps, and it's bottled right there so it's fresh, yummy, full of minerals, and super healthy."

​​"At night, I like journaling," Alessandra added to TZR "I don't journal every night, I'm going to confess right here, but at least three to four times a week, I'm journaling what's going on with my mind. I think it's really important. I [also] love taking baths and putting a nice candle. I love doing a massage, sometimes, natural oils for my skin. So anything I can get my hands that is natural, I'll do it."

"I love cupcakes and French fries. Months leading up to the show, I usually don't only eat both of these foods — only once or twice a week." Ambrosio also says that she makes other changes to her diet leading up to the show as well, and indulges afterwards. "I just make sure to eat healthier versions of the food and smaller portions… Usually after the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, all of us girls get together and eat pizza. Our pizza parties have become a tradition."

When Ambrosio works out, she isn't always alone. She tells MLHamptons.com that she works out with some of her friends. "There are a bunch of women supporting each other and I think that's very important," she says. "It makes it fun. Sometimes, you're just, like, 'I really don't feel like going,' and then you have all your friends texting, 'Get your ass over here!' They don't accept 'no' for an answer. We are always pushing each other."

Ambrosio recently began working with a personal trainer. She tells MLHamptons that she decided to start this because of lockdowns. "I also have a trainer because last year we couldn't go to the gym," Ambrosio explains. "So I found a private trainer. … It's a lot of glutes and abs. I try to keep [my workouts to] three or four days a week."

Ambrosio tells MLHamptons that she makes sure to eat a balanced diet. "I just try to be conscious about what I eat, of course. There are a few days that I'm just like, 'I want to have dessert.' I try to be healthy. I'll try to have salad for lunch. I'm not going to have a lot of carbs for lunch and dinner—so I'll choose one. If I had carbs for lunch, then for dinner I'll have more veggies and protein. I try to keep it balanced."

Whether it's in her adopted home of Los Angeles or in her native Brazil, Alessandra Ambrosio knows how to turn any location into her personal runway

The longtime supermodel, 40, caused a stir while rocking a tiny tie-dyed bikini on Praia Brava beach.

This go-around the mother of two struck a number of poses under the glorious sunny skies just feet from the incoming waves.

Ambrosio, 40, gave plenty of titillating looks and stares as she strutted her stuff on the gorgeous beach in the peach, yellow and white two-piece.

She pulled her long brown tresses into a bun and accessorized with a pair of mirrored sunglasses.

The model has frequently been updating on the latest happenings in her life since arriving in Brazil just before new year's.

It hasn't been all play for Ambrosio, who has been busy filming for her new show, The Cut, for which she serves as the host.

The competition centers on 12 of the best hairdressers in Brazil as they compete for the title of most talented.

The HBO Max show debuted on November 25th.

Alessandra Ambrosio frolicked in the ocean water over the weekend while on vacation in Hawaii.

The 40-year-old model showed off her beach body in a red polka-dot bikini which highlighted her long legs and muscular abs. She accessorized her beach look with sunglasses and gold jewelry.

Ambrosio was enjoying the surf and sun with her boyfriend Richard Lee, 57, also a model. The pair confirmed their romance back in March 2021.

The former Victoria's Secret runway star was previously engaged to American businessman Jamie Mazu with whom she share two kids: 13-year-old daughter Anja and 9-year-old son Noah.

Back in 2020, the Brazilian beauty spoke about how anyone can kick off their fitness goals at home as gyms were closed amid the pandemic.

"It's OK to lack motivation during this time – we are all feeling it – but it is important to make some time for ourselves and working out is a great way to center yourself and stay fit," she said at the time.

According to Ambrosio, one of her go-to workouts is yoga.

"I love to do yoga as it centers me and also at the same time keeps me in shape," she explained. "Since there is a lot to do around the house sometimes I don't have much time to work out, in which case I try to do some stretching and hold a plank for five to 10 minutes."

The model admitted that while she’s committed to eating clean on most days, she’s made a few exceptions.

"I have always eaten healthy and that has not changed during the quarantine. I try to eat fresh, organic fruits and vegetables, but since I had multiple birthdays during this time there is an occasional piece of cake incorporated in my diet," she said.

Plus, the model said that as long as you are staying active, "there is no reason to not treat yourself with a dessert here and there."

The siren, 40, has been in Trancoso, Brazil with her model boyfriend Richard Lee for a week and has been soaking up the sun on the shore.

The leggy wonder did her best to show off her toned fame as she paraded down the beach with her female friends then hopped on a boat.

Alessandra Ambrosio is a native of Brazil and often visits her home country though she lives in Los Angeles with her two kids.

The stunning model was displaying her curves in a beige and black two-piece swimsuit. Alessandra's halter top piece was held together with wide straps and a thin string.

Her thong bottom piece consisted of a skimpy triangular panel of fabric held up on her hips by a single strand of string.

The mother of two wore rounded sunglasses, and had several necklaces layered on her chest including a pendent. Her lovely brown hair hung down over her shoulders, blowing back in the ocean breeze. Later she tied it up.

Lais Ribeiro has her latest Sports Illustrated photoshoot all tied up

The Brazilian star posed in a pink bikini top and briefs, knotted at the side, for the famous swimsuit edition of the magazine.

Lais, 30, celebrated her fourth outing in the edition at a party in Hollywood with her basketball star fiancé Joakim Noah, 36.

The couple, who started dating in 2018, got engaged at Burning Man Festival the following year.

Lais has featured on campaigns for Victoria's Secret since 2010.

Not only did she star in the 2011 Christmas advert, she also promoted the 2012 Valentine’s Day collection with supermodels Candice Swanepoel and Adriana Lima.

After spraining her ankle during the rehearsals for the 2012 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, Lais had no option but to step down from the role.

To make up for her injury, the iconic lingerie company cast her in the Birds of Paradise segment the following year.

Following her extensive contribution to the brand, she was finally made a Victoria’s Secret Angel in 2015.

Just like her fellow Angel Alessandra Ambrosio, Lais came from humble beginnings.
