She is known for her dedication to health and fitness.

And former Bachelorette star Ali Oetjen showed off the fruits of her labour as she did cartwheels and handstands on a beach on the Sunshine Coast in a tiny yellow bikini over the weekend.

The reality star flaunted her rippling abs and biceps in the skimpy swimsuit.

Working on her tan in the sun, the blonde bombshell went for a run on the sand before cooling off in the ocean.

She accessorised only with a simple gold chain necklace and sports watch.

She also showed off her new body art - a new underboob tattoo of a snake with wings.

With her golden locks twisted up into a high bun and her face fresh and free of makeup, Ali waded through the gentle waves as the water dripped from her body.

At one point, she bonded with a young relative who came running up to her through the surf, picking him up and throwing him into the water in good fun.

The young boy then chased her out of the water and onto the shoreline as he tried and failed to tackle her to the ground.

Ali then decided to have a little fun on her own and twisted her body up into a perfect cartwheel.

She walked further up the beach toward the dunes where she pushed her figure up into a steady handstand.

Once more, the young boy ran up to play with her. With a big smile, she picked him up and swung him around by the ankles before placing him back on the ground.

It comes after Ali sensationally claimed to have supernatural powers, saying she had somehow 'transported her cells 40 kilometers away' without actually moving her body.

This has absolutely tripped my mind!' she wrote next to a close-up photo of a sports watch on her wrist which showed she had walked 40 kilometers.

'Driving in the car from the gym to the beach, I was imagining transporting my cells and heart from the gym to the beach instead of driving,' she continued, explaining that after she parked, she switched her watch into walk mode only for it to she she had already walked a great distance.

The fitness influencer insisted that despite how strange it sounds, her watch is proof the mind has untapped abilities.

Ali Oetjen stripped down to a white string bikini for her leisurely walk in the sun, showing off her washboard abs and rippling muscles.

Her floral print two-piece featured a triangle top and matching V-shaped bottoms.

Ali showed off a deep golden tan and secured her blonde hair in a low braid.

She accessorized with a pair of vintage-style sunglasses and a beige sun hat.

Ali, who celebrated her 36th birthday this week, is in Palm Cove on a mini break with friends.

'Every year keeps getting better and with less effort! My 36th year on earth,' she wrote 'Cultivating more peace, awareness, and love. It's pretty simple. To be grateful for everything and live a purposeful existence of service to self and others.'

Ali, a meditation and yoga teacher, is known for her passion for health and fitness.

She previously outlined her at-home workout routine, which includes 160 burpees in a single session. She also performs 80 air squats, 70 sit-ups, and 60 tricep dips.
