Amelia Hamlin is a very successful model. She is also the daughter of actors Harry Hamlin and Lisa Rinna. Hamlin shared some stunning new photos on Instagram this week. In them, she posed poolside, wearing a black swimsuit from Victoria's Secret, and a cowboy hat from Miu Miu. She received a lot of compliments in the comments section.

Hamlin has a busy schedule, but she always makes time for herself. She opened up about this in an interview with Vogue. "I am an extremely introverted person, which is of course a blessing and a curse. After a shoot, it is very important for me to mentally recharge, as I probably have another one the following day. I need to decompress from the character(s) that I have been putting all my energy into all day so that I can master a new one tomorrow!"

Hamlin believes in the importance of kindness. She tells Vogue that this is something she learned from her parents. "My parents taught me how important kindness is. I truly live by the idea that the most beautiful woman can walk in the room and quickly become the ugliest simply by how she treats others."

Hamlin tells Vogue that she wants to inspire other people. "I have so many dreams. A lot of that involves of course covers of magazines and campaigns. But, at the end of the day, I want to be known as an artist that inspires people. I want to represent unapologetic and unique beauty from the inside. I want to embrace my flaws and insecurities to inspire others to love themselves for who they are. Everyone deserves to feel beauty and confidence. I hope I can play a role in that."

Hamlin talked about her career in an interview with V Magazine. She says that she works hard, and that her parents taught her the importance of doing so. "My mom has given me the best advice ever. My mom and my dad's work ethic was really ingrained into me. She would never let me give up. There were times—and there probably will still be times—where I feel like I should. But she helps me keep going."

Hamlin likes to walk to stay in shape. She tells V Magazine that since she lives in New York City, walking is something she does a lot of. "I really like to just walk around. I'm still getting to know the city. I could not tell you left from right yet here, so I try to walk around as much as possible and get a feel of the city and learn the streets and the grid system—whatever that means."

Amelia Hamlin flaunts her fit figure

Amelia Hamlin is grabbing attention in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the model flaunts her fit figure in a deep red bathing suit. "Hi," she captioned the sexy modeling pic. "Hi my youngest child," her mother, Lisa Rinna commented. "Beautiful angel," added another.

Amelia opened up about her eating disorder to Glamour. "When I first started struggling with anorexia, I loved when friends would comment on my weight. I have a distinct memory of running into a friend at the mall, right outside Victoria's Secret. She put her hand on my waist and was like, 'Oh, my God, Amelia, you're so skinny, you need to stop!" I loved those comments. They felt amazing, as psycho as that sounds. It was this feeling that fed my eating disorder," she said.

Amelia also has to treat an autoimmune disorder. "In the wake of my anorexia, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease, an autoimmune disease that screws with your thyroid," she also told Glamour. "My body was reacting to being starved for so long. With Hashimoto's I'm going to have to take two pills every single morning as soon as I wake up, maybe for the rest of my life. Obviously that's not the worst thing in the world, but it's hard knowing I did this to myself."

"All of this has made it so important to me to nourish my body. I used to hear all the time, 'Your body is a temple!' but I really didn't care. I didn't care how many nutrients my body was getting," she told Glamour. "Learning about how to nourish my body and how to fuel my body with the foods that make my body happy and energized makes me feel good. Despite all the bullshit and the hard parts of recovery, that's been a really fascinating part of this journey: I've come out of it with such a different passion for health."

"She's the reason I am who I am. I am so lucky that that is the woman that raised me," Amelia told People about how her famous mom has influenced her. "To be exposed at such a young age to unapologetically love yourself with zero shame has just made me who I am today."

Amelia trains at The Dogpound, a bicoastal gym boasting strength training and HIIT style workouts. There is lots of research backing up the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and mental health. It is also time effective.

Amelia is no stranger to the spotlight — her mother Lisa is a Real Housewives of Beverly Hills icon and her equally beautiful older sister Delilah Belle Hamlin has previously been seen in a couple of magazines.

Amelia’s own modeling career has been heating up this year, as she was seen in a jaw-dropping pink latex minidress during Fashion Week in Milan, back in February. The outfit, complete with gold Versace hardware, matching jewelry and bag, and platform heels hit all the right notes, but it was Amelia’s confidence that really made the outfit.

Amelia, who previously dated Scott Disick, has come a long way in her journey. She spoke out in 2020 about her past battle with anorexia, and how her family intervened in order to help. “For me, it was whatever day, waking up and looking in the mirror and being like, ‘Holy guacamole, you are really skinny, and it is very scary,’” she told, adding that her parents and sister picked her up and took her to UCLA for treatment one morning.

“And I was like, ‘Oh my God.’ And at that moment, I was like, ‘I’m going to rebel, like, they’re crazy. I don’t have an eating disorder,’” continued Amelia. “We show up, it’s like this really scary old man’s office. …He looked at me and – I took this man seriously, he was very legit scary – he looked at me, and he was like, ‘so yeah, basically at this rate in about four months, you’re going to be 45 pounds, and you’re going to be dead.’ And I just remember, ‘wait, what? That’s humanly possible?’”

Despite being near death, Amelia made her way back to health and is looking every bit at the glowing supermodel these days. “I just snapped out of it,” she said. “Like I was so lucky that I was just like, ‘Yeah, I don’t want to be 45 pounds.’”
