Ashley Tisdale is really, truly, absolutely living her best life on vacay. The High School Musical star, 37, shared a post on Instagram from a recent getaway to Los Cabos, Mexico, and she totally nailed her hang-by-the-pool outfit.

In two photos she posted, Ashley was rocking a navy bikini top with a matching top and shorts set from Casablanca, which showed off her super strong core and toned legs. Of course, Ashley also accessorized with brown sandals and shades, pulling the whole 'fit together for a truly iconic beachy vibe.

"You were absolutely stunning as usual @lasventanasalparaiso ❤️ it’s been 14 years and you are still my absolute favorite place," she captioned her post.

And clearly, her followers are loving her look. "A beautiful goddess ❤️?❤️?," one wrote. A second commented, "ashley, i’ve been in love with all your outfits omg ?." There were also more fire emojis than I could count.

ICYDK, Ashley welcomed her daughter Jupiter in March 2021, and credited personal trainer (and celeb fave) Harley Pasternak for helping her learn how to support her physical and mental health, keeping both strong while working through the postpartum phase.

"Getting back with my trainer @harleypasternak has changed my body tremendously and honestly it's all about getting your steps in," she said on Instagram in November 2021, per People. "His method isn't hard and my body isn't left feeling like I tortured it. I can't believe what my body has gone through over the last year and a half. I'm so grateful for it and honestly can't believe how strong I feel."

Ashley added that she was walking 14,000 steps per day, noting "All I do is walk lol but it's effective."

Pasternak also has Ashley doing low-impact workouts, and shared one of the workouts they do together with Shape in January 2022. ""Because the heart rate doesn't get too high, there is a lower rate of perceived exertion," he told the mag. "In other words, the workout doesn't feel too hard, even though it's getting everything done we need to get done. We can even carry on a conversation the whole time while her butt and hips and arms get totally demolished—in a good way."

Ashley Tisdale is heating up Hawaii in her swimsuit. The High School Musical graduate shows off her toned body in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts, while vacationing with her family in the tropics. "Best girls trip ever! Had so much fun in Maui with my mom and little lady. Thanks @fsmaui for making it so special," she captioned the Instagram snaps.

Sometimes the simplest workouts are the most effective. Ashley maintains that walking helped her get into her best shape ever. Her trainer, Harley Pasternak changed her body "tremendously and honestly it's all about getting your steps in," she said in an Instagram Story. "His method isn't hard and my body isn't left feeling like I tortured it. I can't believe what my body has gone through over the last year and a half. I'm so grateful for it and honestly can't believe how strong I feel." Wearing a Fitbit, she aims for 14,000 steps a day. "All I do is walk lol but it's effective," she said."I'm only sharing this because after months of working hard and trying everything, these small changes in the last three weeks is what have done the most," she continued. "It's the difference of how I feel.

It's all about moving, finding ways of walking. Taking the dogs out with the baby for a stroll, taking meetings while walking vs. sitting." She also claims it is good for her mental health. "It's honestly what has helped my mental health as well," she added. "Having the extra energy from anxiety, just taking a walk and putting on a walking meditation always makes me feel better."

Tisdale, has "borderline thyroid disease," so she focuses on doing low-impact workouts to help her condition.

Ashley mixes up her workouts, doing group classes on her own and hitting the trails. "I've worked my butt off. Whether it's hiking, Pilates, riding on my Peloton," she wrote on Frenche.

She also revealed on Frenche that diet is a big part of the equation. "While I haven't mastered his recipes yet, I'm excited to dive deeper into them. He always says, 'you can't out-walk a bad diet,' and I'm trying to live by that too," she said about Pasternak's plan. "In the past, I practiced yo-yo dieting that wasn't sustainable instead of focusing on making lifestyle changes. That's ultimately the opposite of Harley's methods. He emphasizes the importance of fueling the body with food rather than depriving it of certain foods. My entire point is that while it's easy to get caught up in wanting fast results from your diet and exercise regimen, it's not a healthy mindset to have. It's not a race; it's a lifestyle, so I'm sure the more I do it, the better I'll get at it."

"Skin never looked so good," Ashley said in an Instagram video about ditching dairy. "I would love to say it's just the products I use but I've been dairy free for 5 years and I swear it changed everything with my skin. I barely break out," she added. "I know it's hard to give up something but when you do, after awhile, you barely crave it and I feel healthier." She has also revealed that she avoids gluten.

The 36-year-old singer and actress Ashley Tisdale has been enjoying a luxurious holiday in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico this week as she posted many images from the beach while in a skimpy bikini.

The former High School Musical star was sipping a cocktail as she enjoyed her exclusive resort.

She only welcomed her daughter Jupiter a year ago.

The relaxed wife and mom of one enjoyed a cocktail and some sunshine as she danced around her patio wearing a nude toned two piece and dark sunglasses.

She is relishing time off with her husband, Christopher French and revealed she had been nervous about flying since the beginning of the pandemic, but that she really needed a getaway.

Thanks to post, we know that the nervous flier and her family traveled to Cabo San Lucas in a private jet, and have been enjoying delicious food and drinks during their stay.
