Blanca Blanco poses for Valentine's Day

Eye For Eye actress Blanca Blanco has posed in a heart-print bikini for Valentine's Day.

The Washington native was seen in the little swimsuit while by the beach during a tropical vacation as she let her abs do the talking.

The TV and movie star wore her long chocolate colored locks down in natural curls and had no makeup on but added earrings in images taken in the Caribbean by DailyMail.com.

The Tale Of Tails star also shared her most recent diet hack with DailyMail.com which involves indulgent desserts.

'I love sweets, I could eat something sweet every single day,' the Breaking The Mold author told DailyMail.com.

'So a friend told me about this incredible hack that I have been using. And it works!'

She said it is all about replacing ingredients.

'I often make chocolate chip cookies at home, it is my favorite ever since I was a child. I used to add in all the ingredients on the package.

'Now I use other ingredients.'

Blanca said that instead of using sugar, she uses zero calorie sugar like Stevia.

'There are many options these days and it feels a bit like cheating but there are some really healthy options like Stevia and they taste great.

'I also use gluten free flour, low salt, very pure, organic vanilla extract, Keto Chocolate Chips and unsweetened apple sauce.'

Another hack? 'I love backed apples and I used to use real sugar, but now I use Stevia and cinnamon. It is a great treat and not very fattening at all.'

Last month she shared her diet hack.

'On days I feel lazy I break up my workouts to two 10 minute workouts a day,' she shared. 'I know it sounds silly but if you run on the treadmill for 10 minutes you do work up a sweat. So I do that in the morning. Then later in the day I will do sit ups for another 10 minutes. So that is a 20 minute workout. It really does help and if you do it every day you can lose a pound a week.'

She said she is just like everyone else when it comes to workout burnout.

'A lot of people think I love to go to the gym, and the truth is I sometimes really don't, as in sometimes I would love to stay home and binge watch Netflix,' she told DailyMail.com.

'I usually work out for one hour a day, five days a week. I do it for my mental health, because it makes me feel so positive. Even those two 10 minute workouts rev me up and shoots up my endorphins.'

She added that there are other workouts she doesn't consider workouts.

'I walk around my neighborhood for an hour every day, and I know that burns calories too but I really don't consider that a workout,' said the siren who went to her first Emmy Awards this year.

'I do it to get away from my computer and TV, just to unwind and look at the trees and say hello to neighbors, it's very healthy. I don't know why more people don't do it. Just put on some sneakers and get out there and look at the sunset and let all that pressure from the day roll off you.'

Last year the star, who will next play therapist Alma Gomez in the movie Ash And Bone 2 - also shared with DailyMail.com her diet secrets for 2023 that saves her money.

The 40-year-old Tale Of Tails actress wore a stiped tiger print bikini and sheer white robe along with several necklaces and dark sunglasses while standing on the Italian shoreline.

The Teen Star Academy actress looked stunning as the wind blew through her sheer robe and brown hair while she showed off her long legs.

Blanca Blanco also seems to have taken some time off from filming her new movie to spend a few days in Italy as well. A Dog for Christmas is currently filming in France, and Blanco has a central role.

She spoke about she keeps such a trim figure. The actress said, 'It has been challenging with Covid to stick to a diet plan, but just remember moderation is key!'

Blanca Blanco is feeling festive in her newest bikini photoshoot

Taking to the scenic shores of Matador State Beach in Malibu, Calif. on Wednesday, the actress and model showed off her curves in a festive red two-piece bikini and a Santa hat.

Blanco, 38, flaunted her curves and her impressive abs by the water in the =lace bikini while avoiding direct eye contact with cameras.

Blanco has previously expressed anxiety over how she's perceived especially following the backlash she received at the 2018 Golden Globes, where she rocked a bright red gown to signify her stance against sexual harassment and assault scandals that plague Hollywood and other industries.

On attending the 2019 Golden Globes, Blanco told Fox News in January, “I did feel anxiety about showing up at the Golden Globes but at the same time, I attended because making a positive outcome in a stressful situation is stronger than the alternative.

“I will not allow fear [to] interfere with my decision-making as I don’t want to develop unhealthy habits instead I faced and accepted the fear and will continue to grow.”

Blanco told The Hollywood Reporter in January she received death threats and “tons of hate mail” after wearing the controversial dress during the 2018 ceremony while Hollywood’s biggest stars chose to step out in black outfits. “I’ve always done my own thing, but I didn’t think it would be a big deal for me to wear a red dress to the Golden Globes last year,” she admitted to the publication. “From what I had heard, only the nominees were going to wear black, and I thought it would be silly for me to show up in black.”
