It´s clear model Bregje Heinen has got her teeth into serious gym work — ahead of marrying Vampire Diaries star Michael Trevino.
The 31-year-old has been showing off her fitness regime online after getting engaged in December to her beau — Tyler Lockwood in the US teen drama.
Her latest clip shows her skills in squats, lunges and skipping.
That’ll get the blood pumping.
Bregie has already modelled for the likes of Victoria’s Secret and Prada and Versace.
She also made a cameo appearance in the music video for Maroon 5’s 2012 hit single Payphone.
Bregje is also an occasional actress and has a cameo role in big-budget flick Babylon, starring Margot Robbie.
In Babylon Margot plays Nellie LaRoy — a controversial rising star based on original Hollywood It-Girl Clara Bow.
Bow bathed in champagne at lavish parties at a time when alcohol was outlawed in the US and slept with her co-stars.
The film also stars Brad Pitt, 58, and Olivia Wilde, 38, and was directed by Damien Chazelle.

more...Bregje Heinen spent her holidays getting engaged and wearing swimsuits. In a few new social media posts, the stunning model, who celebrated her engagement to The Vampire Diaries star Michael Trevino on Christmas Eve, looks incredible in a few bathing suits, driving her followers wild. "Literal dream girl," one of them commented. "Absolutely breathtaking," a second chimed in.
Bregje chalks her hot body up to genetics. "I don't really work out that much. I don't go to the gym," Heinen confessed to Huffington Post. "My mom is really skinny, too. I got it from her."
Heinen's main form of exercise is walking. "I do like to walk a lot. Mostly in New York. When I'm going somewhere, I'd rather just walk there," she says about getting her steps in. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
"I like to go dancing, maybe once every other week," Bregji told Into the Gloss about another calorie-blasting activity she enjoys. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.
Bregje loves to order out. Her "favorite is Mexican takeout from Mad Dog & Beans," she said. "Right now, I'm trying to be healthier because I have a casting in four weeks so instead of takeout, I'll make chicken and vegetables. But I really love unhealthy food. Candy, chips, chocolate, everything…Sometimes my boyfriend and I will go to Shake Shack before we go out to a movie or something. So good."
Bregjie is all about supplements. "I also take a lot of vitamins for my hair. There's Ester-C and Fish Oil, and I also take Viviscal twice a day for my hair. It really makes your hair and your nails grow much faster, thicker, and stronger," she says.
Heinen told FOX News that she has started doing some other workouts. "I do a lot of boxing," she said. "Which is basically the only thing I enjoy, because I don't like the gym very much. It's good to find that one thing you do enjoy and really try to stick with that." She might also do strength training. "I'll also do some leg and ab exercises, along with cardio in between. So it's 15 minutes of boxing, another 15 for abs, and then another 15 for legs. It's getting a full body workout, while keeping it fun."

Heinen has also appeared in Maroon 5's video for "Payphone." She also appeared in the film, Babylon. Heinen shared a new set of swimsuit photos on Instagram this week, captioning them, "Sun kissed."
Heinen shared some of her wellness and beauty secrets in an interview with Into The Gloss. She says that she takes a lot of supplements for her hair. "I also take a lot of vitamins for my hair. Heinen shared some of her diet and exercise secrets with FOX News. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy. When she has a shoot, Heinen says that she is especially healthy. "A couple days before a shoot I like to eat clean and drink a lot of water. And especially for lingerie shoots, I try to stay away from sweets, which is my biggest guilty pleasure. I love, love sugar and anything involving sugar, cookies, whatever — I love it all."
Heinen shared some of her favorite exercises in her FOX News. "I do a lot of boxing," she said. "Which is basically the only thing I enjoy, because I don't like the gym very much. It's good to find that one thing you do enjoy and really try to stick with that." Harvard Health reports that boxing can help with balance, hand-eye coordination, and cardio.
Heinen likes to mix up her workouts. When she does a fitness session, she likes to do multiple things for the day. She took FOX News through a typical workout. Heinen tells FOX News that she doesn't like to limit herself. "I don't have one set goal. I just hope that my career gets bigger and bigger… but in the future, I definitely want to focus on my art and interior design, eventually. But that's down the line, not anytime soon. I really want to volunteer at an animal shelter, but it's so hard because of my schedule. But that's still on my mind. As for modeling, I love it and I can't wait to see what the future holds."
