Basketball star Cameron Brink shows off her incredibly fit figure

Cameron Brink is hitting the beach – in her swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts the Stanford basketball star shows off her incredibly fit figure in a bathing suit. "Could use another walk on the beach," the NCAA star captioned the set of Instagram snaps.

"There's always pressure," Brink told the San Francisco Chronicle . "I'm good at putting more on myself. Even last year, I was so afraid to lose and I think that was the wrong kind of motivation. This year, I'm putting it into wanting to win and finding the right kind of pressure."

Cameron keeps her loved ones in the loop when she is struggling. "Everyone has their way of coping," Brink told San Francisco Chronicle. "I'm really good about being vulnerable. Whenever I'm in a bad mood or not having a good day, people around me will know. Mental health should be seen as hygiene, like brushing your teeth every day; you should be checking in with yourself, so I haven't been afraid to share that I've struggled mentally."

Cameron is a golfer. "Get off the fairway," she captioned a cute photo of herself on the course. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

In a recent video, Cameron shows off her moves during a flow session. "Fueling my body, nourishing my mind, she captioned the video of herself recentering. "Self-care isn't selfish, it's self-love. So let's honor our bodies and minds, embracing the journey to optimal well-being."

Cameron reveals that she doesn't use vacation as an excuse to put fitness on the backburner. She walks on the beach. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Hailey Van Lith shows off her incredibly fit figure while vacationing in Italy

Hailey Van Lith is boating in her bathing suit. The NCAA basketball star shows off her incredibly fit figure in a purple swimsuit while vacationing in Italy, wowing her social media followers. "Ciao bella," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "Sheeeeeesh," commented Stanford star Cameron Brink. "id let you ruin my credit score," added another follower.

Hailey recently gave up most animal products. "I'm a pescetarian now," she revealed in a video. She eats "just fish and eggs" and "no chicken, no red meat," she said. "I eat dairy products, but not animals."

Hailey confessed to ESPN that she has a hobby in the kitchen – she is "addicted" to baking shows. "I'm a little baker," she said. "I watch all the shows.

Hailey chaulks her success up to a strong "work ethic," she explained to ESPN. "Results might not come now but they will come later. And I'm willing to work as hard as I need to." She has also said that she is "addicted" to basketball.

Hailey drinks coffee. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

According to one of Hailey's coaches, her training is "off the chart." She also gets her body ready for basketball with a rowing machine. "I watched her on a rowing machine and the thing was about to burn up. I've never seen a kid go so hard. It's just what she does," he told the Courier-Journal.

Cameron Brink is taking surfing lessons

American college basketball star Cameron Brink is taking surfing lessons from boyfriend Ben Felter, and giving him a shout out on social media. Brink, 21, shared pictures of herself wearing a red and white checked bikini at the beach with Felter. She also posted a snap of the two of them wearing matching black wetsuits. "The best teacher ??‍♀️?," she captioned the post.

Brink shares her workouts online. All that's needed is a basketball and space to move around. Her basketball core workout consists of the following moves:

Crunches (30 seconds)

Ball toe taps (30 seconds)

Ball pass throughs (30 seconds)

Ball twists (30 seconds)

Ball plank (30 seconds or until failure)

A typical breakfast for Brink consists of oatmeal, berries, and scrambled eggs. "There are many varieties of porridge oats, including rolled, quick and instant," says registered dietitian Victoria Taylor. "Regardless of the type, shape or size, all porridge oats are wholegrains and they all contain a soluble fiber called beta-glucan, which can help lower your cholesterol level if you have 3g or more of it daily, as part of a healthy diet."

Brink loves coffee for both socializing and the energy boost. Coffee is shown to benefit athletes when it comes to their performance. "There is a lot of research to say that a moderate dose of caffeine, equivalent to around 3mg/kg body weight can improve a variety of sports such as endurance activities and high intensity sports," says Dr. Neil Clarke, Principal Lecturer, School of Life Sciences, Coventry University. "There is also evidence to show that caffeine can reduce muscle pain during exercise and reduce perceived exertion during exercise."

Brink thrives under the right type of pressure, as it keeps her competitive and focused. "There's always pressure," she says. "I'm good at putting more on myself. Even last year, I was so afraid to lose and I think that was the wrong kind of motivation. This year, I'm putting it into wanting to win and finding the right kind of pressure."

Brink is honest about struggling with mental health, and sees a therapist twice a week. "Everyone has their way of coping," she says. "I'm really good about being vulnerable. Whenever I'm in a bad mood or not having a good day, people around me will know. Mental health should be seen as hygiene, like brushing your teeth every day; you should be checking in with yourself, so I haven't been afraid to share that I've struggled mentally."

And I'm happy I did."

Brink opened up to JustWomensSports.com about how her attitude changed after dealing with harassment. She says that she became more true to herself as a result. "Stop questioning yourself. Be authentically you. Don't change for others, and don't give others the power to make you feel small."
