Carmen Electra was all about getting the day off to the right start as she stripped down to swimwear in her August 2021 share. Flaunting her bombshell curves, the model and actress thrilled her rising Instagram fanbase with a bikini snap to wish everyone a "good morning," and she more than proved popular in the comments. Sizzling at 50+, the Baywatch star reminded fans of her famous figure as she rocked a Barbiecore look, also injecting major chill vibes as she struck a pose from a poolside area. Fans rushed to hit "like" as Carmen earned herself over 32,000 likes.

Covering up a little via a white, mesh-knit cardigan with short sleeves and a flowing kaftan feel, Carmen completed her summery look with a pair of white-rimmed shades as she wrote: "Good morning."

Adding heart emoji to her caption, Carmen opted out of tagging any brands, something that would take on a whole new meaning in 2022 as mogul Kim Kardashian signed her to be a SKIMS face. "Good morning," one fan replied. "Adorable," another said. Carmen made headlines approximately one year after her poolside share as she posed both solo and with Jenny McCarthy for skimpy bikini looks while plugging 2019-founded brand SKIMS.

Posing with Jenny in this photo, Carmen made it a twinning affair as she flaunted her eye-opping curves and toned legs while rocking high heels. The image was shared to Jenny's IG, with a caption reading: "A little BTS from our @skims photoshoot with @carmenelectra That high heel class I took really paid off."

Of her former costar, Electra stated: "Being reunited with Jenny for this Skims campaign was such a dream,” adding: “Not only does she still look incredible, she also brought the best energy to set and was my biggest cheerleader. I’m so happy we’re able to share in this iconic moment together." Meanwhile, Jenny gushed: "The energy on set was incredible, especially shooting alongside Carmen, who looks amazing. A sun-drenched shoot brought out the best of Carmen's curves as she dropped it low from a terrace spot and rocked loud pink pants and a tiny halter top to match. Carmen Electra is showing off the strong, toned physique that comes from years of dancing and enjoying a healthy diet. The 50-year-old actress shared a picture of herself posing by a pool in heels and a white two-piece swimsuit. "VIPs only," reads the text over her sultry snap.

Electra starts the day with a fruit and veggie-packed smoothie. "Smoothies help you incorporate more fruits and veggies into your day, which the majority of people (90%, according to the CDC!) are lacking," says Chelsea Gloeckner, a registered dietitian with a master's in nutrition. "The fiber from fruits and veggies can help keep you full and satisfied, feed the healthy bacteria in your gut to support a healthy immune system, provide antioxidants to reduce inflammation in the body, and help keep you hydrated to provide that much-needed energy boost."

Electra loves seafood and says sushi often gets her through the days. "Sushi can be a healthy choice, but it depends on the type you choose and the ingredients used," says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. "Oily fish, such as salmon, provides omega-3, which is an essential fatty acid and has to be obtained from your diet. The World Health Organisation recommends eating 1-2 portions of oily fish a week, so sushi may be a delicious way to help reach these targets."

Electra has a background in dance, and says it helps her stay disciplined about her physical fitness. "The social aspects of dance help to make it very attractive for an increasing number of people versus, say, an elliptical training machine," says Polly de Mille, exercise physiologist at the Women's Sports Medicine Center at Hospital for Special Surgery. "Scientific studies are now also telling us that many things make dancing an excellent fitness regimen with attractive benefits."

Electra's health and wellness philosophy is to keep things simple and straightforward. "Having a healthy lifestyle isn't that complicated—you need to exercise, eat right, stay hydrated, get the right amount of rest, and, most important, try to live as stress-free as possible," she says. "One of the sexiest qualities you can have is to be confident in who you are. You have to accept yourself for who you are, flaws and all. Always be yourself."

Electra swears by drinking plenty of water to keep her skin looking and feeling beautiful. "My skin routine starts off with my SkinCeuticals Facial Cleanser, then a light scrub," she says. "If I've had a lot of makeup on that is not coming all the way off of my skin easily, I use Albolene Moisturizing Cleanser. It really gets all the makeup off while keeping the moisture in. I live for this product and highly recommend it. I also love the oxygen facials at Ole Henriksen and constantly drink water all day long to keep my skin hydrated. As far as my hair, I really don't do anything special to it because it's naturally straight. I like to lighten my hair because it gives it more texture and helps hold waves and curls better."

Carmen Electra's fans joked that they were "starving" after she shared a sizzling snap showing her barbecuing in a bikini.

The snap posted on Twitter showed the Baywatch star grilling burgers in nothing but a teeny tiny peach two-piece that left little to the imagination.

Her curves were poured into the plunging top, which tied sexily in the middle, while the high-cut bottoms showcased the star's killer abs and endless legs.

Carmen's blonde hair fell over her shoulders and down her back in beachy waves and her skin glowed with natural-looking make-up.

Perfectly groomed brows and plenty of black mascara highlighted the Scary Movie beauty's piercing blue eyes.

Smiling at the camera as she balanced a burger on a spatula, she asked: "BBQ anyone?"

The saucy snap went down a storm with the 50-year-old's army of fans on Twitter.

Carmen posed sitting with her shoulders thrown back and her left side facing the camera. One arm was extended behind her and she leaned back, resting her weight on her palm, which displayed a small tattoo on her wrist.

The angle of her body showed off an enticing amount of her bust in the low-cut yellow swimwear, which featured a V-shaped neckline that revealed most of her right breast and the shadow of her cleavage. The section on the outside was also unusually scant, and exposed the bare outer curve of her other breast.

Carmen's face and decolletage were kissed by a beautifully diffused light that shined through a thick wall of trees behind her. A highlight ran down the top of the thigh furthest from the camera. Her knees were bent, with one slightly higher than the other, and she placed her ankles together and pointed her toes. She also draped her right hand over her shin.

The swimming pool next to her had a dark blue lining that resembled small stones and created the same hue in the water it contained. A collection of larger rocks created what was seemingly a trickling fountain that was visible one the other side of the structure. The yard was lined with a secure wooden fence and an array of full, leafy trees to create privacy.

The 52-year-old actress, who played lifeguard C.J. Parker on the hit show from 1989 to 2001, revealed that she still fits into the tiny one-piece, and likes to bring it out to surprise her houseguests.

“I jump in the shower with a bathing suit and then jump on them wherever they are in the house, soaking wet,” she told the New York Times.

As for the lookalike suits fans often ask her to sign? “Some people bring me bathing suits to sign autographs on and they are these big bathing suits and I say, ‘Listen, my bathing suit was tiny. It just stretched and pulled onto your body,’” Anderson said.

Rather than keep her “Baywatch” suit in her lingerie drawer like Anderson, co-star Carmen Electra has more of a museum-like approach to her maillot. “I have my suit framed and when people come over to the house, they get really excited,” Electra told the Times. “It just has this effect on people. It was empowering.”
