Chrishell Stause is showing off her washboard abs

Chrishell Stause is doing Pilates – in her sports bra and leggings. In a new social media post the Selling Sunset star gives her followers a glimpse of her reformer Pilates routine, showing off her washboard abs in the process.

Chrishell works out with Ocho, a personal trainer and the founder of fitness studio Power 8 in LA. "A week of workouts for Chrishell can vary," he told Women's Health. "Her schedule is very hectic, so we get in what we can, and HIIT training is one of the most efficient ways she can build muscle and burn fat at the same time."

She also lifts weights. "We do heavyweight and plyometrics, as well as HIIT, so that her body is always moving and so that she never gets bulky, but still gains strength," Ocho told Women's Health.

Chrishell told Women's Health that she is a breakfast eater. "What I love for breakfast is eggs," she said. "My favorite thing is scrambled egg whites with cheddar cheese and pepper." When she is busy she will get a quick fix. "Lately it's probably been more of a protein bar," she admitted. "When I'm busy, I normally either grab a banana and peanut butter, or a protein bar. I'm obsessed with peanut butter."

Chrishell is a fan of Italian food. "I haven't really met a pasta that I don't like, but I guess my favorite would probably be bucatini with cracked pepper and Parmesan cheese," she said. "I love fish. I also love sushi and pizza." She also likes to cook. "One dish I'm proud of is my spicy shrimp pasta. It's so good and has a little kick to it," she told Women's Health. "I'll do it with whole-wheat noodles, sautéed shrimp, red pepper chili flakes and a spicier tomato sauce."

Chrishell "practices Pilates once or twice a week to lengthen, stretch and recover," Ocho adds. "It's low impact and allows her to reset, while still getting a good workout in." According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Shelley Hennig shows off her amazing body

Shelley Hennig is heating up the Obliterated trailer – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the former beauty queen shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit in a promo for her Netflix series. "I like being called 'baby girl' just fyi," she captioned the clip on her Instagram account. "This looks amazing baby girl I'm excited," commented one of her followers, while Chrishell Stause commented with a bunch of fire emojis.

"I work out at a place called Cardio Barre with Molly Burnett (Melanie). I try to go four or five times a week. There's a ballet bar, and they play music. What you're doing is fast ballet movements. So it's a lot of cardio work and ballet form, which I love," Shelley told Soap Opera Digest about her favorite workout. "It's an hour long, and there are 30 people in the room. We all have our own space working at the ballet bar. You get to stretch at the end. If I ever decided to start dancing professionally again, I could do it in a heartbeat, thanks to this class. I have my strength back now, as well as my flexibility."

Shelley maintains that she is forced to workout due to her love of eating. "I do [laughs]! I love to eat. I'm from New Orleans. I eat like nobody's business. So to find a workout that I actually look forward to is a lifesaver," she told the publication.

Shelley is a big proponent of the workout buddy system, as it makes sweat sessions more enjoyable. "It's always fun to work out with someone," she told Soap Opera Digest.

Hennig loves to dance. "I'm a dancer," she told Buddy TV. "I was always teaching younger girls dancing, and I've always had so many younger girls look up to me. That's also been my motivation. I just want everyone to be safe, and happy, and do the right things, and go for what they believe in, and shoot for the stars."

Shelley enjoys kayaking. In this photo she goes for a row. "If you stop rowing you can relax," she captioned the Instagram snaps. Kayaking is a great workout. Not only is it great for building upper body strength and helps reduce stress, but can burn up to 400 calories per hour, translating to 1,600 calories in four hours of paddling.

Emma Hernan enjoys a beach vacation in Mexico

Emma Hernan took a mini vacation in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico this week and documented her good times on social media.

The 31-year-old reality TV siren wore a very skimpy bikini that made the most of her cleavage and tiny waistline as she sunbathed by a swimming pool in images shared to Instagram on Tuesday.

The bathing beauty was modeling a tiny leopard print bikini that was strapless and had a gold circle over the chest for added allure.

Her blonde hair was worn up in a messy bun and she added dark sunglasses with a beige frame as she splashed around in a swimming pool.

'Just put in my transfer request to relocate to the Cabo office✌,' wrote the real estate agent in her caption. Pal and Selling Sunset co-star Chrishell Stause, who was seen in Hollywood last week, gave her three fire emojis in the comment box.

Emma has been South Of The Border all week as she soaked up the sun while enjoying mimosas and power walks on the beach.

Emma was seen doing her best Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover model pose in her white two piece that displayed her toned and tanned body very well.

The siren was also seen in a green two piece with a lace cover up coat as she stood in the outdoor area of the resort, and before that she was in a maroon number with tinted sunglasses.

Emma was born and raised in the beach town of Scituate, Massachusetts.

The blonde also works as CEO of her plant-based empanada company, Emma Leigh & Co.

Hernan has worked for the Oppenheim Group since 2017 and joined the team formally a year later after getting her license.

Emma told Nylon: 'When I signed on to do the show, I was definitely... not hesitant, but I didn’t know exactly what I was signing up for, and to be honest, it’s been very second nature to me.

'I’m very comfortable with the cameras around. I’m 100% myself, whether it's on camera, off camera and I think it's important to stay genuine to who you are.'

But Emma has only recently entered the bigger spotlight.

She has a difficult past with Sunset co-star Christine Quinn who share ex-boyfriend Peter Cornell. There were hints that they may have overlapped with Peter which played out on season four of Sunset.

Fellow cast member Fitzgerald told Cosmopolitan UK, 'I think the producers found out she had a history with Christine.'

Fitzgerald also hinted of the Season four drama is 'deceptive.'

She added: 'So, in season four viewers are going to have to pay attention to what’s happening and put the pieces together, because there’s a lot of crocodile tears.'

In August she said she suffered as a child.

Hernan's life was not always so easy, she told the chart-topping podcast Money Rehab with Nicole Lapin, which is produced by iHeart.

'I always try and take the high road, I have throughout my whole life and have dealt with... situations that weren't fun,' she shared on the show.

'Even in high school just being bullied by girls. I wasn't even allowed to go in the hallway at the same time... because they were gonna beat me up for no reason.'

But she ignored it.

'My biggest piece of advice for conflict is to take the high road. Normally if someone is coming after you nonstop it's an issue with them... it's not you,' she explained.

'Remove yourself from the negative energy and focus on the positive.'

Emma came to fame in 2022 when she celebrated her birthday at a beach resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

She was with her cast mate, 41-year-old Chrishell. The two ladies posed in matching white string bikinis by the swimming pool.

'ITS MY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!' Emma began her note on Instagram. 'Swipe to see my bestie and buns,' she added as she tagged her pal Chrishell.

Baby Mama Bre Tiesi Slips On Bikini To Hit The Sand With Their 5-Month-Old Son

Life's a beach for these two! Nick Cannon's baby mama Bre Tiesi is clearly unbothered by the news that the rapper is expecting his twelfth child.

On Thursday, November 17, the brunette beauty slipped on a Fendi string bikini and took their 5-month-old son out to the sand, sharing a few pics from their day on Instagram.

"Watching you see things for the first time is the most beautiful thing I have ever experienced ?," the mom-of-one, 31, gushed in the caption, with the pictures showing little Legendary Love Cannon in a matching khaki set.

"❤️ the cutest," commented Selling Sunset costar Heather Rae Young, while their other colleague Chrishell Stause wrote, "Awwww the cutest!!!"

Some of the model's pals were more focused on the new mom's figure, with one declaring, "The bounce back is astronomical ??."

"You’re a snack ?," echoed another.

Cannon and Tiesi welcomed their son over the summer, and though the comedian, 42, has welcomed a few more kids since then, she doesn't understand why the public has bashed him for having several children with multiple women.

"I'm not really opinionated in other's people business. That's not really my thing. When it first started happening I was just like, 'I don't understand why everyone is so concerned. Like, why are you upset about what happens in my household?'" she said.

"For me, it doesn't actually genuinely affect me," she insisted. "I understand people's side and they're used to their conventional relationships. That's what's instilled in us. Whatever you want to call this has been going on for years."

The real estate agent noted she has "pretty thick skin," and for her, it's most important that Cannon is an active and caring parent.

"To have the entire world have an opinion on your life and wish bad things on your kids, that was the hardest thing for me," she revealed of her scrutinized pregnancy. "Obviously, you [just] hope that your kids see enough from how well he treats you and see a great father figure."

The US estate agent, 40 — star of Netflix’s Selling Sunset — revealed how her unusual first name came about. Her mum went into labor at a Shell petrol station and was kept calm by a pump attendant called Chris until the ambulance came — so she mashed the two names together.

Chrishell Stause said: “But I was not born in a Shell station. I hate to disappoint people, but I made it to the hospital.”

As an actress, Chrishell is known for her roles on the soap operas Days of Our Lives (Jordan Ridgeway), The Young and the Restless (Bethany Bryant), All My Children (Amanda Dillon Martin), and Youthful Daze (Zoey Miller/Cynthia Castle), among others.

When not on a TV set, the gorgeous and talented Chrishell enjoys the great outdoors and often in a tiny bikini.

The 32-year-old reality star Christine Quinn showed off her bikini body in a two-piece 'Orange is the new black,' Christine wrote.

The Selling Sunset star accessorized with sunglasses and a scarf as well as a golden necklace, dangling earrings, bracelets, watch and rings.

Christine had her long blonde hair down below her shoulders.

Christine married entrepreneur Christian Richard during the season three finale of Selling Sunset.

The Netflix reality series documents the lives of real estate agents at the famed Oppenheim Group.

Selling Sunset also features Chrishell Stause, 40, who finished in eighth place on season 29 of Dancing With The Stars in 2020.

The Netflix series was created by Adam DiVello, creator of The Hills and Laguna Beach after he spotted the annual billboard Bret and Jason Oppenheim put up for the show's brokerage in the middle of Sunset Boulevard.

Selling Sunset will return for its fourth season later this year.

Chrishell Stause was ready to party with the cast as they hit the Newport Beach yacht club for a day of filming Selling Sunset on the open waters.

The 39-year-old Realtor looked incredible in a bright white bikini while co-star Christine Quinn was spotted heading into The Oppenheim Group office in West Hollywood.

The former Dancing With The Stars contestant looked svelte in a mesh cover-up which featured elbow-length sleeves and a collar.

She wore a cheeky pair of matching bottoms and showed off a full face of glam, with her dark blonde tendrils freshly blown out.
