Danica Taylor shows off her fit figure in a bikini

Danica Taylor is heating things up on social media – in a red swimsuit. In a new post the Love Island star shows off her fit figure in a bathing suit and sweats. "Cooking up a st⚡️rm," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "Gorgeous ??" commented one of her followers. "Right there is Perfection, easily 11 out of 10. That is all," added another.

Danica is a dancer. "Umm this is my kinda cardio baby, if this didn't make you want to get up and join in I'll be very disappointed," she captioned a post of herself dancing in her bathing suit. What makes it a great workout? It helps build strength and promote flexibility, and also can help you lose weight. It can even be beneficial for heart health. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Danica Taylor shared a stunning new set of swimsuit photos

Danica Taylor recently made her mark as a contestant on Love Island. She also has become a strong presence on social media. Taylor recently shared a stunning new set of swimsuit photos on her Instagram. In them, she lounged in a chair by the pool and drank water. Taylor captioned the post, "Stay hydrated."

Taylor is very outgoing, and she's grateful for a lot of the support she's received. She talked about this in an interview with On Demand Entertainment. "I just love being a people person. Like, I love talking to people, seeing people, and I think it's just so nice, you know, like the people that have actually supported me and they've got to know and love who I am to see them like wanting pictures and everything. It's just, it's just so nice."

Taylor spends a lot of time by the water. She shares a bunch of posts on Instagram of herself either at the beach or the pool. In a post, she is seen lying by and getting out of the pool. Taylor captioned the post, "Me not being able to accept it's now in fact winter. Beach babe for life." She also shared a photo of herself walking on a bridge in Mauritius.

Danica Taylor is best known for being a contestant on Love Island. However, she's also made waves as an Instagram influencer. Taylor shares a lot of gorgeous photos on her page. She just posted one of herself in a red swimsuit, her figure on display. Taylor captioned the post, "On my worst behavior."
