isele Bündchen celebrated the first day of the fall season on Sunday by posting a 'best of summer' slideshow featuring 11 never-before-seen snaps including a bikini-clad mirror selfie.

The 44-year-old CAA Fashion model - who boasts 35.1M social media followers - posted a rare picture of her 14-year-old son Benjamin Rein Brady paddleboarding with her boyfriend Joaquim Valente, who were pictured wearing the same exact shorts on June 17.

Gisele originally hired the jiu-jitsu 'professor' in December 2021 to instruct her children and herself in the martial art before they were pictured traveling to Costa Rica together in November 2022 - two weeks after finalizing her divorce from seven-time Super Bowl champ Tom Brady.

In March, Bündchen flat out denied having an affair with Joaquim to the New York Times as things reportedly only turned romantic in June 2023: 'This is something that happens to a lot of women who get blamed when they have the courage to leave an unhealthy relationship and are labeled as being unfaithful.'

Valente - who's also co-founder of VB Tactical - originally moved to Miami in 2007 to pursue a criminology degree from Barry University.

The sixth-generation Brazilian bombshell also posted a sunset beach snap of herself embracing her 11-year-old daughter Vivian Lake Brady, whom she also welcomed during her 13-year marriage to the 47-year-old Fox Sports commentator which ended in 2022.

Three of the pictures in Gisele's carousel were taken during her vacation to the lagoon and sand dune-filled Lençóis Maranhenses National Park in her native Brazil last July.

'Lençóis' is the Portuguese word for 'sheets' and it's one of the most fascinating and unique landscapes on Earth thanks to being sculpted by sand, rain, and wind.

Bündchen took a helicopter from the nearby São Luís–Marechal Cunha Machado International Airport to the 380K-acre national park, which is located in Maranhão state.

However, sources have also told UsWeekly that Brady and Nadir are merely acquaintances and have not 'hooked up.'

In a slideshow, uploaded to Instagram on Thursday, the mother-of-two, who split from Brady following 13 years of marriage at the end of 2022, could be seen leaping with joy on the beach in a tiny swimsuit.

In recent days, however, he has been spotted multiple times with Nader, including at billionaire Michael Rubin's annual Fourth of July party in The Hamptons.

Although Tom and Brooks are reportedly dating, an insider claimed to Page Six that the relationship was currently 'nothing serious.'

Bundchen told Harper's Bazar she is realizing how differently she and Brady parent now that they live separately.

"All those things that I learned as a kid are things that are in me. It doesn’t change. In many ways, it’s also what kept me safe, because my value system was so strong."

Brady and Bundchen share two children, 14-year-old Benjamin and 11-year-old Vivian.

"Today, being in the place where I am in my life and having access to all the different things I’ve had access to, I feel like the simple things are best because I keep trying to go back to those things," Bundchen said.

She dished: 'In this little house I have right now, the hallway is the only place I can fit my yoga mat, where I do my yoga and meditation.'

Gisele took her reduced living space on the chin, recalling her early days as a model and joking that she was 'Bringing my ’90s New York life back.'

Bündchen shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Vogue France. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy. "I think we are what we eat. And that food should be our medicine. It is very important to drink plenty of water and eat food that comes from the earth, like fruits and vegetables, rather than processed food. All of this is reflected directly on the skin."

Bündchen tells Vogue France that one of her biggest health and skincare secrets is staying hydrated. "Water is your best ally to have beautiful skin, so you need to drink plenty of it. I also rely on electrolytes, which help better absorb water and increase hydration tenfold. I take a drink with a lemon flavor which is a very good bonus.

Bündchen tells Vogue France that she struggles with anxiety and mental health. She says that she likes to do breathing exercises to help with this. "There is one breathing exercise that I did a lot of when I was prone to panic attacks that still helps me refocus today: alternate breathing. You just have to inhale, block the right nostril to hold your breath for a few moments and then exhale from the left nostril. Then, the same with the left nostril. You can continue the exercise for 1, 5, or 10 minutes depending on the time you have available, as soon as a need for calm is felt."

Bündchen shared some of her skincare secrets with Vogue France. She says that she likes to use coconut oil on her face. "I always remove makeup with organic coconut oil (the same one I use for cooking) because it is, in my opinion, the easiest way to remove all traces of makeup. I put it all-over on my face, remove it with a cotton ball and then rinse it all off with lukewarm water."

For Bündchen, skincare at night is extremely important. She broke down her routine in her Vogue France interview. "In the evening, on the other hand, I clean my skin, sometimes I exfoliate it, then I draw my serum, a moisturizer, from time to time a mask, an eye contour, and I'm ready to go to bed. It is very important to put on your moisturizer at night so that the skin has time to absorb it."

Bündchen is all about positivity. "Even more essential: surrounding yourself with positive thoughts, having constructive conversations, reading and watching inspiring things," she tells Vogue France. "Because beauty is not limited to what you put on the surface of the skin, but also what you decide to bring to your body and your mind. And then there is love, the love that we have for ourselves and for others."

Bündchen shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is go biking. She shared a biking video on her page, captioning it, "We all have our fair shares of trials. The Brazilian supermodel is back in her home country with her children for the holidays, spending time in her bathing suit at the beach. "Recharging with my little ones in the country of my ❤️!" she captioned one of her most recent Instagram posts.

Gisele maintains a very active lifestyle. "Gisele is more of an athlete than a model," Nonna Gleyzer, a Pilates instructor in Beverly Hills, Ca, who has been training her for several years, reveals to Everyday Health. "She is the most physically active person I know and is constantly moving her body."

Gisele starts every day with hot water and lemon, a "detoxifying" beverage that is great for the immune system, as it is packed with vitamin C, says Gleyzwer. Should you drink water before eating your first meal? According to one small randomized controlled trial published in the journal Obesity, it may promote weight loss. Researchers found that individuals who drank water before eating low-calorie meals lost 44 percent more weight over a 12-week period than those who followed the low-calorie diet alone.

Gisele also prioritizes hydration. In addition to drinking water, she "loves coconut water," says Gleyzer. "She drinks it from real coconuts." According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

Gisele told Marie Claire that her diet is a healthier version of the traditional 80/20 diet. She eats mostly organically grown fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, and legumes 80 percent of the time and grass-fed, organic, antibiotic- and hormone-free lean meats and wild-caught fish or seafood the remainder. "At our house, we try to eat organic foods that are in season and locally grown," she added. "We believe that by buying locally, we'll have a better chance at getting foods that are fresh and also support local farmers. We eat mostly a plant-based diet."

Gisele also takes care of her mental health. "Meditation has been an incredible gift in my life. Just 10 minutes of practice a day can change your day–and creating a regular meditation practice can change your life," she wrote in an Instagram post. "It has transformed mine! If meditation is challenging for you, perhaps you can start off with a guided meditation, or with some nature sounds, or mantras. Whatever works best for you."

Gisele also does yoga for her body and mind. "Many years ago, after going through one of the most difficult times in my life, I immersed myself in the very deep process of getting to know myself better," she wrote on Instagram. She added that as a result of her practice, she "came out of that period stronger and happier, and knowing that no matter how difficult challenges appear in the moment, they always bring with them an opportunity for transformation.

"I love any type of exercise that I can do outdoors; horseback riding, biking, and skiing are some of my favorite ways to stay active and connect with nature," Gisele told Marie Claire. "Not only do these activities help me stay in shape, but they help in giving me clarity and perspective. Being active fuels my body, mind, and soul. It just makes me happy."

Gisele cheats on occasion. "I'm not super strict and believe everything is OK in moderation," she told Marie Claire. "My ultimate guilty pleasure is dark chocolate." With a supermodel career and a Kardashian-Jenner status, Kendall seems to have it all. The star grew up being filmed on her family’s hit reality show, although the conception that Kendall’s modeling career just landed in her lap would be an incorrect one.

Talking to Vogue Australia this year told that her name was not always in her favor.

“I’ve always been a hard worker: that’s in my blood. My parents raised me and my little sister to be that way and the rest of my sisters, too. A lot of people assumed that because I came from a ‘name’ that it was a lot easier for me to get to where I got, but actually it’s the completely opposite,” she told.

It looks like Kendall managed to make it to the top regardless. This model is now the highest paid in the world, having overtaken Victoria’s Secret legend Gisele Bundchen.

Kendall also fronts some of the world’s biggest brands, being a spokesperson for Calvin Klein, Adidas, Tiffany & Co., plus skincare brand Proactiv.

The Victoria’s Secret mode Gigi Hadid seems ready for the sunny setting

The Victoria’s Secret model and “it” girl might not have a following on Kendall Jenner’s level, but she’s getting there.

As a high fashion model, Gigi frequently walks the runway for designers such as Max Mara, Marc Jacobs and Chanel. There’s a lingerie career that’s proving more popular, though. It’s called being cherry-picked by the underwear giant, Victoria’s Secret. Alongside Jourdan Dunn, Kendall Jenner, Lily Aldrige, and Gisele Bundchen, Hadid forms part of the Victoria’s Secret “squad.”

Gigi seems ready for the sunny setting. While usage of the captioned “SPF” isn’t evident, it’s safe to assume that this model has lathered on the sunscreen. The swimwear snap comes after a string of snowy pictures showing Hadid’s recent mountain locations.

Cleavage galore seems to be the “OOTD,” which less fashion-centric individuals might want translated as “Outfit Of The Day.”
