Holly Ramsay shared some new photos

Holly Ramsay is the daughter of chef and TV host, Gordon Ramsay. She is also the host of her own podcast, 21 & Over with Holly Ramsay, and has a large following on Instagram. This week, she shared some new photos of herself spending time outside. In the first photo, Ramsay is seen sitting by a pool in a black swimsuit. She captioned the post, "This week's camera roll."

In an episode of her podcast, Ramsay talked about how she has started to take care of her mental health. "I have three diagnoses and I've been hospitalized," she explained. "So I'm just trying to navigate a different path that isn't spoken about at all. Not many people I know have dropped out of university. Not many people didn't do that well in school compared to their siblings. So it's very much a journey. It's kind of navigating your own way through it."

On her podcast, Ramsay talked about how her family has helped her with her mental health and her struggles. "My family has been an amazing support," she said. "Having three siblings and now an extra one has been great. It's brought me closer to them in many ways and the same with my parents."

Ramsay wants to reduce the stigma around mental health. She said on her podcast that this is why she comes forward about her experience. "It's definitely a journey, but I hope by speaking out, I can help other people speak out or ask for help and even just talk to their friends and just and normalize the conversation around mental health."

Ramsay is sober, and opened up about this in an Instagram post. In the photo, she writes about her path to sobriety. "Today marks two years since I last had alcohol. Two years ago today I hit rock bottom, I was terrified. I certainly didn't think I'd be where I am today both physically and mentally. I've fought every day to get where I am today."

Ramsay loves to swim to stay in shape. She shares a bunch of posts on Instagram of herself in the water. Ramsay posted photos of herself in a pool, captioning it, "Pool party for 1." She also shared photos of herself at the beach in the Maldives. Ramsay captioned that post, "I'm back home now, but let's pretend I'm still here."

Holly Ramsay is living her best life on vacation in her swimsuit. Gordon Ramsay's influencer daughter shows off her incredible figure in a colorful bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts. "Winter in the sun on film," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps.

Holly is all about a morning pick-me-up. "Hello Paris," she captioned an early morning photo of herself enjoying a cup. Science continues to prove that drinking coffee is great for your health. In fact, a new 2022 study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death.

Holly chooses a sober lifestyle. "I chose to take a break from alcohol because it wasn't improving my mental health – which for me, comes first," she wrote at the end of 2021. "Living without alcohol has helped me feel better & be more present both mentally and physically."

Holly is very open about her mental health struggles, including the fact she was sexually assaulted twice. I was diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety and depression. Since then, I have been in therapy up to three times a week. I now have these diagnoses that I carry around with me," she said on her podcast. She even spent three months at a mental health facility seeking treatment.

Holly exercises to look and feel good. "What it does is allow you to process things. Whether it is cycling and chatting together, or running and having a cry on your own, you have to have that release," she said on her podcast about the importance of working out for mental health..

Another fun way Holly stays fit? Downhill skiing. Not only is the sport great for muscle toning, but per the Mayo Clinic, the average person can burn 314 calories per hour on the slopes. "Skiing gets you outdoors in the winter when we often end up on the couch and are passive," says physical therapist Scott Tremmel to the Cleveland Clinic. "We're just not as active when the cold weather sets in, but skiing keeps you moving to continue to build up your endurance."

The daughter of celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, 22, oozed confidence as she posed up a storm in a burgundy bikini for the throwback holiday snap after she returned to London.

Holly looked healthy and happy as she made her way out of the water clutching a snorkel in one hand.

The beauty beamed for the camera as she posed on steps that led to the ocean from her villa.

She captioned the post: 'I’m back home now but let’s pretend I’m still here'.
