Holly Ramsay showed off her incredible figure in a bikini as she posed for stunning Instagram snaps during a lavish holiday in Greece on Sunday.

The newly-engaged influencer, 24, looked amazing as she showed off her toned abs in the eye catching triangle top which she teamed with a pair of denim shorts.

Leaving her long brunette tresses loose, Holly placed a pair of sunglasses on top of her head and layered two gold necklaces.

The daughter of chef Gordon Ramsay seemed in good spirits as she flashed her smile while posing in front of a swimming pool.

She penned: 'Soaking up the last of the summer sun'.

It comes after Holly returned from a lavish trip to Dubai with her fiancé Adam Peaty earlier this month.

The couple, who have been dating for three years, got engaged earlier this month while on holiday in Mallorca before jetting off to Dubai.

On returning from Dubai, Holly took to social media to share snaps from a relaxing weekend at WHITE Beach Club in the United Arab Emirates with Adam, 29.

Holly displayed her enviable figure in a fuchsia pink triangle bikini, with a white mesh cover-up over-top.

Earlier that day Holly revealed she had landed back in the UK as she took to her Instagram Story to share that she had started wedding dress shopping.

Holly shared a snap of Browns Bridals - a luxurious designer wedding dress store, which most recently dressed Faye Harris, the daughter of Iron Maiden bassist Steve Harris as she wed Rolling Stones guitarist Ron Wood's son Tyrone.

Among her snaps from her and Olympian Adam's Dubai trips was one of the swimmer sat topless by a pool.

Getting back to reality, Holly shared a video of her baby brother Jesse - who her mother and father Tana and Gordon welcomed late last year.

'A very helpful assistant,' Holly captioned the video, as Jesse, 10 months, crawled around on the floor.

Showing off her dazzling yellow diamond ring, Holly, 24, flashed her taut midriff in swimwear and smiled for a mirror photo.

In other snaps, the could looked as loved-up as ever, with Olympic swimmer Adam, 29, resting his head on the content creator's chest.

Holly Ramsay looked stunning in a tiny plaid bikini as she soaked up the sun on holiday.

The daughter of celebrity chef Gordon was all smiles in a series of snaps shared with her 376,000 Instagram followers.

The model and influencer, 24, showed off her curves in a baby blue cut-out bikini.

She wore her brunette locks down as she relaxed on a sun lounger beside a hilarious inflatable seal.

She joked in the caption: "Just two girls catching a tan."

It comes days after she was pictured catching some rays on a wholesome family break.

She previously shared some sweet moments as she splashed around with brothers Oscar and Jesse.

Holly's followers flocked to the comments to compliment the model's look.

Her swimmer beau Adam Peaty gushed: "So beautiful."

Another follower wrote: "Wow, just incredible."

A third added: "Sublime body."

A fourth put: "So pretty!"

A fifth weighed in: "You look absolutely stunning."

We told how Adam Peaty was reportedly been given Gordon's blessing to marry Holly.

She went public with the Team GB ace on Instagram in June 2023.

They first met when Holly's younger sister Tilly was competing alongside Adam on Strictly Come Dancing in 2021.

The 2023 season saw Adam take a break from swimming to prioritise his mental health after admitting he’d been suffering from depression and alcoholism.

In a July 2024 interview, Adam paid tribute to the Ramsay family's part in his return to the pool, saying: "Gordon just inspires me to be successful.

"Holly is obviously part of the core team every single day. She is on this journey with me.”

The swimmer also lifted the lid on how his girlfriend contributed to Team GB's success.

Holly Ramsay is the daughter of chef and TV host, Gordon Ramsay. She is also the host of her own podcast, 21 & Over with Holly Ramsay, and has a large following on Instagram. This week, she shared some new photos of herself spending time outside. In the first photo, Ramsay is seen sitting by a pool in a black swimsuit. She captioned the post, "This week's camera roll."

In an episode of her podcast, Ramsay talked about how she has started to take care of her mental health. "I have three diagnoses and I've been hospitalized," she explained. "So I'm just trying to navigate a different path that isn't spoken about at all. Not many people I know have dropped out of university. Not many people didn't do that well in school compared to their siblings. So it's very much a journey. It's kind of navigating your own way through it."

On her podcast, Ramsay talked about how her family has helped her with her mental health and her struggles. "My family has been an amazing support," she said. "Having three siblings and now an extra one has been great. It's brought me closer to them in many ways and the same with my parents."

Ramsay wants to reduce the stigma around mental health. She said on her podcast that this is why she comes forward about her experience. "It's definitely a journey, but I hope by speaking out, I can help other people speak out or ask for help and even just talk to their friends and just and normalize the conversation around mental health."

Ramsay is sober, and opened up about this in an Instagram post. In the photo, she writes about her path to sobriety. "Today marks two years since I last had alcohol. Two years ago today I hit rock bottom, I was terrified. I certainly didn't think I'd be where I am today both physically and mentally. I've fought every day to get where I am today."

Ramsay loves to swim to stay in shape. She shares a bunch of posts on Instagram of herself in the water. Ramsay posted photos of herself in a pool, captioning it, "Pool party for 1." She also shared photos of herself at the beach in the Maldives. Ramsay captioned that post, "I'm back home now, but let's pretend I'm still here."

Holly is all about a morning pick-me-up. "Hello Paris," she captioned an early morning photo of herself enjoying a cup. Science continues to prove that drinking coffee is great for your health. In fact, a new 2022 study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death.

Holly chooses a sober lifestyle. "I chose to take a break from alcohol because it wasn't improving my mental health – which for me, comes first," she wrote at the end of 2021. "Living without alcohol has helped me feel better & be more present both mentally and physically."

Holly is very open about her mental health struggles, including the fact she was sexually assaulted twice. I was diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety and depression. Since then, I have been in therapy up to three times a week. I now have these diagnoses that I carry around with me," she said on her podcast. She even spent three months at a mental health facility seeking treatment.

Holly exercises to look and feel good. "What it does is allow you to process things. Whether it is cycling and chatting together, or running and having a cry on your own, you have to have that release," she said on her podcast about the importance of working out for mental health..

Another fun way Holly stays fit? Downhill skiing. Not only is the sport great for muscle toning, but per the Mayo Clinic, the average person can burn 314 calories per hour on the slopes. "Skiing gets you outdoors in the winter when we often end up on the couch and are passive," says physical therapist Scott Tremmel to the Cleveland Clinic. "We're just not as active when the cold weather sets in, but skiing keeps you moving to continue to build up your endurance."
