Isabelle Mathers knows how to stay fit and glowing, whether she's posing for a camera or tackling her morning routine. In a recent Instagram post, she showcased her toned physique in workout attire, promoting the latest in her "im x @csb lineup." Her approach to health isn't just about fitness – it's about finding balance in diet, exercise, and self-care. She starts her days with a few yoga-inspired stretches, followed by a cup of coffee for a quick pick-me-up before her morning strength training session.
Isabelle understands the importance of stretch. "I love to start my days by stretching for 5-10 mins after I wake up, " she tells Women Fitness. "For stretching, I love a downward dog, froggy stretch on the floor & anything yoga related, following a yoga flow in the morning is something I love to do." "Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints," says Harvard Health. "Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage."
After she stretches, Isabelle enjoys a cup of coffee before hitting the gym. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
Isabelle does "an hour training session in the early morning," she tells Women Fitness. "For me, I only incorporate about 10 minutes of cardio at the beginning of my work out as a warm up, I really like skipping," she says. "I love weighted hip thrusts, squats, lunges & core exercises." According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

Manage chronic conditions
Sharpen your thinking skills
Isabelle divulged details about ehr diet to Women Fitness. "I prefer to train of a morning on a empty stomach, although I do have my coffee before working out to wake me up. After training, I love a big meal, 2 pieces of avocado toast with eggs & a protein shake. Definitely don't have any secrets to maintaining a slim torso. Eat well, exercise regularly & your body will love you for it!" she said. "My favorite meal of the day would definitely be dinner, yummmm. My top 3 healthy snacks would be: 2 handfuls of baby tomatoes, some brown rice crackers with dip & carrot with hummus! Something I love to follow with my diet is eating healthy throughout the week & on the weekend eats whatever you want whenever you want! 80-20 rule is great!"
How does Isabelle prep for a big shoot? "Oooo, definitely a slight change in diet for the 2 days before the shoot, sticking to low calorie/low carb meals. I like to make sure I work out at least 4 times in the week before a swim shoot. Taking care of your skin & drinking plenty of water!" she says. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

In a series of sexy snaps posted to Instagram, the 24-year-old showed off her incredibly toned body.
'Island girl forever,' she captioned the photos taken at Qualia Resort in the Whitsundays, Queensland.
She wore a brown bikini, which she teamed with a shell necklace while posing barefoot.
Isabelle ran her hands through her brunette hair for the photos, then adjusted her bikini in between shots.
She opted for minimal makeup, allowing her sun-kissed skin to take centre stage.
Isabelle's post comes after she revealed her surprisingly easy lower-body workout during a session with her trainer Rachel Dillon.
The statuesque model gave fans an insight into her fitness routine in July by filming herself demonstrating a muscle-building workout at the gym.

“Saskia and I use to do shoots together before we joined our agencies but because we are both different looks with different agencies it is hard to get noticed now together.”
“I love that my best friend can do exactly what I’m doing and when Sas gets jobs and does a big shoot, it’s nothing but excitement from me,” added Isabelle, as her friend also spoke highly of her in return.
Mathers also opened up about misconceptions people have sometimes about her modeling career. Because while it may look easy to have an incredible social media presence and a modeling career, it takes a lot of work behind the scenes.
“In saying that, it’s still not an easy job and a lot of people overlook modelling as a bludge or a nothing job but it is so much more than that.”

"I obviously only show the good and positives on my socials so I guess it’d be hard to see that I’m just an average 19-year old girl.”
“Aw, thank you! I’m usually working three to four days a week and if I’m not working I like to go to the beach, spend time with family and friends and eat yummy food,” she added, when congratulated on her Maxim shoot and asked about what she likes to do in her free time.
“I grew up on the Gold Coast so I’ve always lived close to the beach,” added Mathers, while describing her upbringing and family members.

more...Isabelle Mathers previously worked with Sports Illustrated and in one of the newest posts, Isabelle was spotted in a white bikini as she stood by a black sports car. The top was strapless, while the bottoms had a very high cut. The shot was zoomed out in order to accommodate the car, and while it was hard to see Mathers’ face. The car was parked on pavement, but right behind it was a white sandy beach.
Mathers previously opened up to Bond Gold Coast News about her modeling career, noting that a typical work week means she’s working around 35 hours.
“Other weeks I only work 12-15 hours, it’s good because even though it’s a full time job, you get days off and cruisy weeks along the way. In saying that, it’s still not an easy job and a lot of people overlook modelling as a bludge or a nothing job but it is so much more than that.
"It’s hard not to get defensive when people say the usual ‘all you do is stand in front of a camera and pose’.”
And undoubtedly, it took a lot of work and effort to build her Instagram modeling career. Considering there’s a ton of competition, it seems that Isabelle has carved out a space for herself. It doesn’t hurt that she has a fan base of over one million people on Instagram, either.

“My typical diet is a coffee with either fried, scrambled or boiled eggs in the morning. For lunch I make a salad or get sushi and I have a piece of meat with salad or veggies for dinner. I don’t avoid any foods, I generally just eat whatever I crave.”
Olivia was much more outspoken during the interview, as she also talked about her off days.
“There’s definitely those bloated and bad skin days I find myself searching for some back up confidence. Jumping in front of the camera for a whole day when I feel like I’d rather be doing anything else has got to be one thing about modeling that’s not ideal.”
The sisters have both amassed an impressive set of loyal followers on social media, and their fans would hardly ever imagine that they could have bad skin days.

In addition, the native Australian says this about her personal life.
“I grew up on the Gold Coast so I’ve always lived close to the beach. I have an older sister and younger brother and I graduated from high school two years ago. I’ve been working full-time as a model ever since.”
Around the time of the interview, she was looking forward to moving to Los Angeles for a short work engagement.
For now, however, it appears that Mathers is enjoying Australia to the fullest. The weather appears perfect right now for bikinis and fun at the beach, as the model posted a series of photos earlier in April. One Instagram photo, in particular, showed her sitting in front of an amazing vista. In the backdrop, you can see the ocean as she sat in the foreground. Isabelle wore a bikini, but was partially hidden in the shadows.
