Jenni Falconer looked incredible as she enjoyed her Spanish holiday with her husband James Midgley.

The 48 year old presenter flaunted her enviable abs, wearing a chic black two-piece bikini alongside her hubby, 49, aboard a yacht.

Along with an impressive snap of her diving elegantly into the sea, the Scottish star wrote: "Diving into the weekend....", which caused Ruth Langsford to comment: "WOW! Olympics here you come!!!"

Complementing her sun-drenched escapades were further posts reading "Sun, Sea, Espana..." and she teased "Red-y to go...." when she switched into a vibrant red frock for an evening in Marbella.

Fans made sure to compliment Jenni on her figure with comments reading: "What a body, you look amazing!!!" and: "You are such an inspiration Jenni , I have just started to get back into my running because of you so thank you and have a fab holiday."

Jenni's fitness is down to her hard work and last year she shared that she hasn't had chocolate or crisps for an impressive 34 years, and never once indulged in McDonald's.

The voice of Smooth Breakfast has sworn off all fast food and unhealthy snacks, having dedicated herself to a life of wellness.

For over twenty years, Jenni's presence has been a staple on TV and radio. She rocketed to fame hosting GMTV's Entertainment Today right from its 2000 inception until 2008.

Rising before dawn for her radio gig, she's committed to maintaining healthy practices, not just for her physique, but for her mental well-being too.

Speaking to Mail Online, Jenni confessed: "I am quite good with my discipline to be honest. I have a strict work schedule in the week, I am up at 4am, I juggle a few jobs, I'm training for the marathon, I go to the gym and play golf so when I meet my friends on the weekend, I do allow myself a margarita. But I am the type of person that if you challenge me, I will absolutely stick to it."

The star was previously challenged by her mum when she bet that Jenni couldn't go a week without snacking on crisps.

Jenni revealed: "When I was 14 my mum bet me £1 that I couldn't stop eating crisps and chips, which were two things I loved, and so I did it... I quit them... and now it's 34 years later and I still haven't eaten them.

"Since I quit crisps, there has been Pringles and Kettle Chips, they weren't even around when I quit crisps. I never have fries... I have never had a McDonald's."

Jenni showcased her toned physique in the snap as she shielded her eyes behind oyster shell sunglasses.

Beaming for the camera, the presenter accessorized with a set of acrylic alabaster earrings.

Speaking about her love of the sport Jenni told a magazine in 2020: 'About two years ago I announced to my family that I wanted to play golf, it totally shocked them because they all play and I've never shown an interest'.

'My Dad then took me to the driving range and I absolutely loved it, but the only problem was that I didn't know how to get started.

'I don't think it's an easy sport just to start out of the blue, especially as a girl who lives in London with family in Scotland and doesn't have any golfing friends'.
