Christine McGuinness dazzles in bikini display before opening up to fans about head being 'full'

Christine McGuinness left little to the imagination as she showed off her gym-honed figure during a recent holiday. The former model took to Instagram on Saturday (October 22) to show off her recent trip to Crete which she said combined 'business and pleasure'.

She shared a video to her main grid which showed her dazzling in a beige bikini that boasted a halter-neck design in a variety of different locations around the pool and in her hotel. The first clip showed the 34-year-old lounging on a hammock above the crystal clear pool.

Another showed her posing for a selfie, showing of her beach-ready blonde locks and holiday glow. Christine revealed she had already headed on the paid trip with Stella Island, a luxury hotel on the island, and returned back home to Cheshire. In other parts of the reel, Christine could be seen dressed up in an all-black ensemble which she wore under a casual white shirt as she explored the island.

"When business meets pleasure," the mum-of-three typed alongside the post. "That’s a fire combination." And she was quickly being flooded with compliments as the comments section became flooded with fire emojis. Gemma Atkinson was among the first to add some flames underneath the post while Loose Women star Denise Welch added alongside hers: "Stop it."

Nicola McLean added: "Nicest girl ever," while TV star Jenny Powell replied: "Boom!! [flame emojis] you go girl!!" Christine also shared the clips to her Instagram Story where she shared a video of herself cutting a casual figure alongside her 'CM' branded suitcase." Home time came so fast," she said.

But she added: "But look what I go home too," before pointing her followers onto the next slide. It showed a variety of pictures which had been painted by the children she shares with ex-husband Paddy McGuinness - twins Leo and Penelope, nine, and five-year-old Felicity.

"There's no place like home," the former Real Housewives of Cheshire star said as she showed off the coulrful artwork. Christine then decided to speak to her fans directly, praising her hundreds of thousands of followers for being "patient" with her.

Earlier this month, Christine vowed to be more active on the platform but admitted to being 'not fine' following the breakdown of her marriage.

Christine and Top Gear host Paddy announced they had separated back in July following rumours their 11-year marriage had come to an end. "So last week I said I was going to try be active on social media and I last two days," Christine said on her Instagram Story. Wearing a white hoodie as she lounged on a sofa, she went on: "Then I don't know, I just think I've got social media anxiety.

Jenny Powell will wear bikinis forever

Jenny Powell has said menopause left her on the brink of depression. But she is fighting back - by wearing bikinis until she is the age 70.

"I can't believe Christie Brinkley posed in a bikini recently and got slagged off for it because she's 67. She looked unbelievable. Whether or not 'I'm still allowed' to wear a bikini is just not something I would think about.

"They discussed whether women should wear bikinis in their 50s on Loose Women once. What a load of tosh! Will I still be wearing a bikini in my 60s and 70s? Hell yeah! I'm accepting of myself and I'm going to embrace my moments of feeling great and people can take it or leave it."

She shared: "My periods were awful, I'd have to change about five times a day and I lost that much blood I became anemic. I'd struggle to get out of bed and I couldn't wait to go back to bed at night. I left it too long to get it sorted, so in the end, had to have iron infusions in hospital."

She added: "Take it or leave it! Live your life the way you want to, and never mind what other people think! I tell my kids .. in life, there are ‘no rules,’ just guidance and if your gut is telling you otherwise then go with it. The menopause journey is an interesting one and I’m constantly tweaking and adjusting my approach to living with/through it."

Jenny Powell soaked up the sun in Turkey as she paid tribute to her late dad Leslie

The TV presenter, 54, showcased her figure in a bright two-piece as she reflected on on the significance of her holiday location to her father.

Jenny shared several photos of her dad as she explained she had 'taken him to Turkey for his 90th Birthday before he passed away' three years ago.

She shared a snap of Leslie beaming in front of a birthday cake and another of him next to a bed filled with balloons and the number 90 spelt out in flowers on it.

Jenny Powell wrote: 'My Dad loved loved the sun! He’d be that guy sitting on a rock .. no sun cream, no fancy sun bed, telling his daft stories and singing funny songs he’d made up to make us laugh!

'He came from South Africa and moved to the U.K. in the 1950’s and that’s where his heart and soul was.

'I’m so very glad I got to take him to Turkey ( where I am now) for his 90th Birthday before he passed away just 3 years later.. I have thought about him loads and smiled about him even more and when I leave this place soon .. just like the sunshine.'

She added: 'I’ll be taking the light and love of him wherever I go .. Enjoy your sunshine and make sure that the ones you’ve lost keep shining on you too.'

Jenny's father passed away at the age of 93 in 2021 and she broke the news in a heart-breaking tribute alongside photos of the pair.

The TV star is currently on day six of her lavish getaway with her daughter Constance, 21.

The television presenter, 53, shared a throwback snap from a Dubai holiday in which she could be see working some impressive angles on the sand.

The Hot Mess Mums Club podcast host held a mermaid yoga pose as she exercised in front of the beautiful blue water of the Persian Gulf.

She made the most of her ample assets as she donned a skimpy cream bikini.

Her defined stomach was visible from the side as she effortlessly pulled her sand-covered leg up towards her shoulder.
