Alex Scott has left her fans gushing after showing off her incredible figure in a pair of bikini snaps.

The former Arsenal defender also shared a loved-up picture with partner Jess Glynne in her latest Instagram photo dump.

Scott gave a glimpse into her life of late with the post, which she captioned: "Have I told you lately..."

Alongside several candid and wholesome snaps, she included a picture with the popstar.

The couple looked loved-up as they smiled and laughed in matching black outfits.

Meanwhile, Scott showed off her abs in a pair of bikini snaps.

She flaunted her figure in a mirror selfie before posing for the camera next to a swimming pool.

Her followers were left in awe in the comments section, with one writing: "Abs are abbing."

Another added: "Those abs!"

A third fan also commented: "Definition of abs."

Scott's followers also loved her latest picture with Glynne as one said: "Loving the pic of you and Jess. You look so happy together."

The couple have been dating since last year and have regularly wowed their fans with loved-up snaps on social media.

They have also joined each other on the red carpet at several events, including at the Brits earlier this year.

Scott, who has become a pundit since retiring in 2018, put on a leggy display in an elegant black dress last month.

Jess Glynne shared photos saying follow that dream

Life's a beach for Jess Glynne in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the singer and her girlfriend, Alex Scott, show off their amazing bodies in bathing suits while enjoying a tropical vacation. "​​Follow That Dream. 2024… I hear you're serving greatness," she captioned the Instagram post with her followers.

Jess drinks a lot of water. "As a singer, it's so important to be healthy and have a great stamina, and be hydrated," she told Glamour. The Mayo Clinic explains that hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Exercise is a non-negotiable for Jess – even while she is traveling. "If I'm on the road, I make sure I get up in the morning and go for a jog or do some stomach stuff," she said. "Or when we're doing a sound test, do something around the venue. I can't always be that strict, but I try as much as I can. But after everything that's been going on [with the surgery] – I want to be fit and healthier."

Jess doesn't drink. Why is sobriety a great option? Aside from the potential addictive nature of alcohol, beer, wine, and other spirits are usually high in calories and can damage your health in other ways. "I don't really enjoy it," she says.

Jess doesn't seriously restrict herself when it comes to food, but she tries to eat healthy most of the time. "100% conscious of my diet. But I love chocolate," and maintains a balanced diet. "I'm not one of those people who says, 'I don't drink, and I just drink water, and I only eat green.'"

Many celebrities have their fitspiration in the form of another star. However, the singer maintains her fitness hero is a little closer to home. "My dad is obsessed with fitness to this day. He goes to the gym every single day. He goes at stupid o'clock in the morning as well. And he's 62," she told Female First. "He's amazing and super healthy. Since I was a kid he's always wanted me to be an athlete, he wanted me to be in the Arsenal team. I've grown up loving all kinds of sports. I was on the football team, netball team, basketball team, all of that, I've always tried to maintain that kind of fitness."

Glynne talked about the process of writing her new album and how she's evolved as a person with OfficialCharts.com. "I've evolved as a human and as an artist. Five years is a long time, I've grown as a woman; I'm very different now in my mindset and self-security. I'm a little bit more emotionally intelligent. It doesn't sound like my [previous] two records; it's definitely more emotional…It's definitely a more vulnerable album. I've been doing a lot of work on myself over the past few years, I've been through a lot in my career and personal life. It's taught me a lot. I've grown, and I think the songs show what I've been through a little bit."
