Jessica Biel flaunts her killer abs

She's bringing sexy back! In her latest workout video, Jessica Biel shows how she gets her killer abs. Known for her love of fitness, the 41-year-old often posts about her wellness goals, and this time she reveals her core moves that help her get a toned tummy. A few weeks ago, the mother of two shared her newest gym video. Wearing blue spandex and a black tank top, Biel lays on a mat holding a medicine ball straight up while bicycling with her legs.

In the same video, Biel switches things up and lowers the medicine ball while raising both legs. She then alternates each leg, touching the medicine ball, and does several reps.

After she's done with the medicine ball, Biel does sit-ups, but only does a few in the video, because her husband, Justin Timberlake, interrupts her workout, something he loves to do. He pretends to put his foot on her stomach and she laughs. She looks at the camera and says, "That was my man."

Biel is very mindful of what she eats and consumes lean proteins, whole foods, and fruits and vegetables. She posted a delicious salad she made with apricots, cucumber, tomato, sunflower seeds. mozzarella balls, basil, and brown rice.

Biel typically sticks to a well-balanced and clean diet, but she does allow herself to indulge. "A big cheat day in my world is very full on," she told InStyle. "When I'm going for it, I'm going for it. I'm going to have a million cups of coffee in the morning and then it's going to be wine for lunch, pasta for lunch. There's going to be another aperitif after lunch and a dessert and then probably more coffee." It doesn't end there. "And then a dinner that's going to last for a million hours that's just pasta, pasta, pasta, maybe an affogato, maybe another pasta. A lot of wine. More after-dinner drinks. Just really go for it," she said.

Jessica Biel enjoyed a romantic beach day with her husband Justin Timberlake in Tuscany

The Summer Catch star, 40, put her hot body on display in a cheetah print bikini as she basked in the Italian sunshine alongside her hunky husband, 41.

The couple were enjoying themselves at the Pellicano Hotel at Monte Argentario, where they splashed around in the water and relaxed on the beach over drinks.

Jessica Biel and Justin will be celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary in October, having gone public with their relationship in 2007 and marrying in 2012.

The A-listers started dating after Jessica ended things for the last time with Chris Evans and Justin's relationship with Cameron Diaz came to an end. They became engaged in 2011 and married in Italy the following year.

The power couple now share sons Silas, seven, and Phineas, two.

While the duo keeps them out of the spotlight, they occasionally post photos of their children without showing their faces.

The 24-year-old gorgeous and talented star wrote: “i’m real tired of hating my body.

Putting her thru hell to try and look like the girls on my feed. feeling insecure every time i put on my swimmie and my belly’s a bit bloated. or that my arms aren’t toned enough blaaah blah blah.

i’m tired of it. why do we do this to ourselves? what’s the point?” She goes on to encourage women to “love the skin they’re in!”
