Kate Lawler a fitness expert likes wearing bikinis

Kate Lawler first made waves as the third winner of the hit reality series, Big Brother. She has done a lot since. Lawler is a DJ, a fitness expert, and has a strong presence on Instagram. She just shared a stunning new reel. In it, she posed in a new swimsuit, her figure on display. She captioned the post, "HoMyGosh am I the only Mama who's always wanted to wear matching swimsuits with their little one?"

Lawler shared some of her workout tips in a Facebook post. She says that she likes to do at-home exercises. "I honestly couldn't be arsed today but got the mat out, googled '20 minute workout' and exercised for free in the comfort of my own home. It was difficult but that's mainly because Baxter and Shirley were trying to snog my face and stand on my chest."

In her Facebook post, Lawler talked about what exercises she likes to do. She says that she does a variety of things to stay in shape. "I get a lot of questions about my exercise regime," she says. "And the truth is I power walk 60 minutes every day with the doggies, do a boxing, HIIT or hot yoga class when I can or if I'm feeling lazy like today, 20 minutes on the mat."

Lawler opened up about her approach to eating in her Facebook post. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy. One thing she did was go vegan for a period of time. "I'm also feeling the benefits of having done a mostly vegan diet for two weeks," she writes. "It really does help you eat less sugar and opt for healthy snacks like nuts and fruit. I'm going to treat myself to halloumi tonight though as it's the weekend!"

Lawler makes sure to workout regularly. She says in an interview that one thing she does is go on walks. Specifically, she walksA her dog every day. "Exercise for me is crucial to remain fit and healthy," Lawler says. I'm guilty of pigging out and because I sometimes binge on junk food, I make sure I go to the gym at least once a week and do at least 60 minutes of power walking every day. Luckily I have a dog which gives me an excuse to walk."

In her Facebook post, Lawler writes that she doesn't like to make excuses for not working out. "I'm guilty of making excuses, but let's be honest, there are no excuses when you don't have to pay or leave the house to work out. It's also not difficult to find just 20 minutes after work or before if you wake up a little bit earlier, right?"

Kate Lawler shows off her incredible six-pack

The former Big Brother star, 42, shared a selection of photos during the break with new husband Martin Bojtos and their daughter Noa.

Kate and her husband are currently in France to enjoy their second honeymoon after tying the knot in June.

Sharing a glimpse into the holiday, the mum-of-one firstly shared a snap of herself sunbathing on the grass.

Flashing her incredible six-pack in a black bikini set, Kate accessorized the look with a pair of sunglasses and a dainty gold necklace.

She also shared a snap alongside her husband Martin, as well as a group shot featuring their one-year-old daughter Noa.

Captioning the post, Kate Lawler shared: "Anyone seen my suntan? I could go on holiday to the Middle East for a month and still come back as white as the bed sheets you’re sleeping on.

"My family rinse me all the time as I’m always so pale but I do try to tan! I’m just careful with my face, neck, and chest and wear SPF50 every day. This trip I’m wearing factor 15 on my body and my legs look like they’ve not seen the light of day since 1985. Anyone else?"

She added: "Anyway, here’s some snaps of today. A lovely long walk to the beach in Le Touquet, brunch, and then home as it was cloudy and windy, and guess what? As we walked through the front door the sun came out."

Kate was previously left worried the family wouldn't make it to France after stumbling across some paperwork issues.

Kate Lawler looked sensational on her honeymoon

The former Virgin Radio host, 42, wed Martin Bojtos – whom she affectionately calls Boj – in London last week and has been keeping updates on their glamorous getaway in Italy.

Soaking up the glorious sunshine in Lake Como, Kate showed off her incredible bikini body.

The mum-of-one sported an animal print co-ord which showcased her trim physique.

Kate Lawler opted for minimal makeup and kept her blonde tresses loose before scraping it back into a messy bun.

Showing off her sunkissed glow, Kate looked happier than ever as she enjoyed quality time with her new hubby.

The star then enjoyed a spot of sunbathing and a snack, while Boj was seen lying next to her, also topping up his tan.
