Kayla Nicole Heats Up Instagram With Bikini Workout On The Beach

Kayla Nicole has been catching a lot of heat on social media in 2024, so she finally decided to get back to doing what she does best: keeping her body in tip-top shape.

Nicole, who previously dated NFL superstar Travis Kelce before his relationship with pop sensation Taylor Swift, commented that somebody brought up how she was known for fitness and hasn’t been posting about it.

Kayla Nicole wrote, “Someone commented on my page recently saying, ‘I thought this girl was into fitness and toning.’ LMAO Can’t lie, it struck a nerve. But I had to interrupt that intrusive thought and remind myself that I work out to FEEL good. ‘Looking good’ is just an added bonus. Also that everyone’s idea of toned/fit is subjective, and I don’t have to subscribe to it.”

Nicole continues:

“For years, I hesitated and resisted being in the wellness/fitness space because I felt I wasn’t good enough. So here I am, posting this reel! Me and my perfectly imperfect ‘fit’ body, with MY workout equipment from MY wellness brand @tribetherepe. Because I’m in the business of feel good fitness babe. And proud of it.”

Nicole could be seen walking down steps to a beach in her two-piece black bikini workout set as she gets set to do her workouts for the day.

Over 48,000 people have liked Kayla Nicole’s video, so it’s safe to say it was a success.

“Whoever that commenter was is a HATER! Bc the body is TEA!! Period,” wrote one person.

The first picture captured the model reclined against an outdoor wall, with the leaves of a palm tree blurred in the foreground and obscuring part of her head and neck. She lifted her arm over her head and looked at the camera, her bikini-clad body glistening in the light.

In the second snap, Kayla sat upright, again staring into the camera with a sultry look as she spread her legs apart and rested one hand on her knee. Kayla gazed into the camera for the third shot as well, which showed her leaning back in a seated position to give viewers a good glimpse of her washboard abs and well-toned arms and legs.

The picture was posted not long after the end of a big night for Kayla’s famous ex, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce. The two had been dating for close to three years.

It wasn’t clear if Kayla’s sultry bikini pictures posted late on Thursday — around the same time the Kansas City Chiefs wrapped up their season opener — were meant to steal his thunder a bit, though some people took note of the timing of her post.
