Kayla Simmons, a volleyball player, dazzled admirers with her most recent Instagram picture.

The American is now referred to as the “World’s Sexiest Volleyball player” after becoming a social media hit in recent years.

The volleyball player shared a video from her most recent vacation.

She also seems to have been enjoying some surfing during that vacation.

In response to her most recent post, a fan commented, “common Kayla W”

Someone else said, “Gorgeous.”

A third person said, “Amazing view ??❤️”

The American, 28, was formerly a volleyball player for Marshall State University.

But after making a job change, she began modeling and influencing social media, and today she is extremely successful.

She currently has an incredible one million Instagram followers.

Her most recent post follows one in which she teased a return to volleyball by sharing a video of herself playing.

However, during the practice match, she suffered a troubling injury to her knee.

Her knee seemed to give way when she landed on the ball after striking it.

Her friends instantly gathered her as she fell in a heap.

“Well there goes my knee,” was the caption she wrote on the video.

Supporters expressed their continued worry for Kayla’s injuries by leaving the comment “How’s the knee?” on her most recent post.

Kayla Simmons stunned fans by posing in a tiny bikini while sunbathing on the beach.

Dubbed the "world's sexiest volleyball player", she has accumulated one million followers on Instagram after ditching the sport to become a model.

And her latest post sent fans wild as she wore a revealing bikini on the beach.

Kayla shared an Instagram story which showed two images of her in the outfit which was accompanied by a cap.

She smiled in one of the photos, before pouting in the other.

And Kayla matched those snaps up with another of her in an open shirt and jeans with the bikini underneath.

She also added the caption: "Perfect day."

Kayla was labelled the world's sexiest volleyball player after competing for Marshall University.

She then launched her social media career which has ultimately proven to be a huge success.

The influencer now boasts a massive following on Instagram - with her fans regularly treated to racy snaps from her life.

She recently suffered a wardrobe malfunction while attending an NHL match.

Kayla also showed off her bum in another post earlier this month while soaking up the sun during a trip to the beach.

And two weeks ago she shared a picture of her reading a book alongside a brief caption that read: "Cozy".

Kayla Simmons is starting the week off with a swimsuit selfie. In one of her latest social media posts the volleyball star flaunts her amazing body in a black bathing suit with a plunging neckline. "Happy Monday," she captioned the post with her followers. "Your gonna break the internet!" commented Nicole Pedra. "You are absolutely perfect," commented another follower.

Kayla is a water baby and can often be found in the ocean. Two of her favorite activities are swimming and snorkeling. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits of putting on a mask and fin may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Kayla is a surfer. There are many health benefits of the sport including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthen from the paddling, and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," the Australian government's Better Health says.

"Being a former college athlete & growing up around sports has taught me to push myself to the limit," Kayla said in an interview. "College athletics was a great experience for me, but it also taught me some valuable lessons. I was told by my school administrators that the pictures I post are inappropriate because of my body, I was even asked to delete my Instagram at one point. I was torn bc I felt I couldn't embrace my body & play the sport I love. I've since learned that you can't let other people affect how you feel about yourself." She added to The Post in July 2019 that she hopes younger fans "know that it's okay to just be yourself and feel confident."

Kayla also enjoys hiking. "Hawaii has my heart," she captioned this photo from one of her hikes. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Simmons, who has been dubbed the "world's sexiest volleyball player," addressed plastic surgery rumors during a Q&A on YouTube. "I got zero silicone. I'm all natural, I'm sick of answering that one, but yeah," Simmons responded when asked, "How much silicone did you get?"

Sports Illustrated Swimsuit has opened up its casting calls to anyone with a social media profile in recent years.

Kayla Simmons, a former college volleyball player at Marshall, is attempting to get in next year’s issue. The volleyball player-turned-model submitted her application this week.

“Being a former college athlete & growing up around sports has taught me to push myself to the limit. So here I am, chasing my @si_swimsuit dream!” she wrote.

“College athletics was a great experience for me, but it also taught me some valuable lessons. I was told by my school administrators that the pictures I post are inappropriate because of my body, I was even asked to delete my Instagram at one point.
