Reality TV wonder Heidi Montag has a new pop song out called Wet Hot Summer.

And on Monday the 37-year-old TV star promoted the up-beat tune on social media.

The blonde beauty - who came to fame 18 years ago with her reality TV show The Hills with Lauren Conrad - was seen in a skimpy string bikini that made the most of her lean figure.

The Dior two piece suit was blue and white, matching her towel.

'It's a Dior Wet Hot Summer,' wrote the wife of star Spencer Pratt in her caption as she posed in a lounge chair and in a hot tub.

This comes after Heidi said she refused to take 'shortcuts' in her weight-loss journey.

The star has managed to drop 22lbs through a combination of hard work and healthy eating - rather than using Ozempic, the controversial weight-loss drug that's also used to treat diabetes.

Heidi told DailyMail.com: 'I think in this society everyone is looking for a shortcut and a lot of people are taking a shortcut.

'If anybody looks at my life and my journey, it's about hard work and it's not about short-term effects - it's about long-term, healthy effects.'

Heidi maintains an 'all encompassing lifestyle' that includes a regimented workout routine and a strict diet.

The TV star insisted that her weight-loss achievement is a reflection of her hard work and dedication.

Heidi shared: 'People can say whatever they want. They always have about me, they always will.

'But if they know and see what I'm doing on a daily basis, they see it as a lifestyle of working out, eating healthy, and incorporating Hydroxycut.'

Earlier this year, Heidi admitted that her beauty standards have evolved over time.

The reality star explained that her idea of the perfect body has changed markedly over the years.

She told Us Weekly: 'I used to want skinny legs and the gap in between the thighs - I thought that was such a staple of being fit. Now my opinion of what's sexy and what's healthy is so different.'

Heidi also revealed that she now feels better than she has in years.

Heidi - who has been married to Spencer Pratt since 2008 - shared: 'I love how strong and toned my arms are. It's been really fun to flex for my husband. I'm like, 'Yeah, look at these!' This is the best I've ever felt.'

“Currently somewhere between ‘Get this baby out of me!’ and ‘Stay in there kid! We still have so much prep to do!’” the Hills alum, 33, captioned the Instagram post.

In the social media upload, the former reality star looked down at her budding belly while wearing flip-flops, a patterned cover-up and a white bathing suit.

The L.A. Candy author announced in April that she and her husband, William Tell, are expecting their second child together. “It’s been hard to keep this one to myself!” the California native captioned a baby bump pic at the time. “Very excited to share that our family will be getting a little bigger this year.”

She and the musician, 39, welcomed their son, Liam, 2, in July 2017. During a May episode of her podcast, “Lauren Conrad: Asking for a Friend,” the Laguna Beach alum opened up about why struggling to breast-feed her son made her feel “like a bad mom.”

“I felt like I was failing at something that should come really naturally and it was really difficult for me,” Conrad explained, adding that she felt “ashamed” when she couldn’t do “the most natural, beautiful thing in the world.”

She went on to describe her early days with Liam, saying, “When you’re not sleeping, that’s a form of torture. You’ll literally lose your mind to the point where I was like, ‘I don’t know if I’m qualified to watch a baby right now. I don’t know if I should be left alone with my child. I haven’t slept in three days. I’m so tired.’”
