Lisa Snowdon sizzled as she slipped into a racy bikini for a steamy Instagram post on Friday.

The TV presenter and model, 52, who is enjoying a half term holiday with her family, looked incredible in the skimpy two piece as she enjoyed a dip in the pool.

Alongside the video where she posed in the khaki number and jumped into the pool, she wrote: 'Body confidence on holiday for me always starts with good swimwear- the fit is crucial.

'I’m a different size up top to my bottom half and I find a lot of the bottoms go baggy and saggy and have too much material which I don’t think is very flattering - it’s not for everyone a more skimpy pair of pants but my suggestion is, try you might quite like it.

'I asked @bytaramatthews to design me a few bikinis and swimsuits that were cut with a more Brazilian shape on the bum.'

She added: 'Personally I think it’s so much more flattering as a cut on the butt - plus none of Tara’s swimwear digs in the top of the legs which is another issue I have with lots of bikini bottoms or swimsuits.

'My advice - Invest in good swimwear - a great bikini that supports your bust and fits your bottom as we are all shaped uniquely - and/or a swimsuit, that fits you so well you feel so confident on the beach or by the pool. Look after them- rinse them out each day- hang dry and they’ll last for years and years.'

The TV presenter went on to say: 'Get in touch with @bytaramatthews look on her website, so many styles to choose from - everything can be adapted and colours can be changed/ also a brilliant swimwear brand for anyone who’s had a mastectomy'.

She then revealed: 'Spoiler ‼️ some of Tara’s pieces are going to be featured in the new season of White Lotus in 2025! Soooo exciting!'

Bianca Gascoigne revealed she underwent a Brazilian bum lift last year after her body dysmorphia left her feeling like a 'fat, chubby kid'

Bianca Gascoigne proudly displayed the results of her procedure as she posed up a storm for a photoshoot in Marbella, Spain, earlier this week.

The glamour model who turns 33 on Monday sent temperatures soaring as she slipped into a gold barely-there bikini, complete with sequins throughout.

Bianca's outing comes after she discussed how mental disorder body dysmorphia contributed to having a bum lift back in November.

Appearing on Lisa Snowdon's Fabulous Magazine podcast, Things I Told My Daughter, the social media sensation said: 'It’s something I thought about for years and years and, like I said, I have this body dysmorphia.

'I have tried to get my bum how I wanted but I never really got there so I saw this as an option, but it really was a scary thing.'

Body dysmorphia, according to the NHS, is where a person spends a lot of time worrying about flaws in their appearance. These flaws are often unnoticeable to others.

Bianca flew to Marbella for the surgery, which is a specialized fat transfer procedure that augments the size and shape of the person's derriere without implants.

But Bianca's mum Sheryl was worried after researching the numerous health risks that arise with the surgery.

Sheryl told Lisa: 'I was exceptionally worried because it was literally a week after sadly someone passed away from the operation, I get annoyed that she doesn’t see how beautiful she is, she’s stunning and she doesn’t see that.'

After the surgery Bianca revealed she was unable to sit down for four weeks and even getting dressed now is hard for her.

My phone is usually attached to me, this trip I’m only allowing 20mins max a day, so if you’ve sent me a text, email or DM, I’m not ignoring you.... or maybe I am.”

Former I'm a Celeb star Lisa has recently opened up out what helps her feel confident and good on both the inside and out as she approaches the big 5-0 in her new campaign with supplements brand.

Lisa said: "I love to exercise, it helps me feel stronger and boosts my boost through releasing endorphins and raising the serotonin levels in your brain which helps you be positive and lower your stress levels.

"When you exercise you aren’t just taking care of your physical health but your mental health as well which is really important.

"I really believe in healthy body, healthy mind and vice versa so you have to look after one to look after one to look after the other.

"It’s good to have good habits, good routines, good diet and lots of water."
