Ciara Miller shows off her fit figure

Ciara Miller is heating up social media – in her swimsuit. In a few new social media posts the Summer House star flaunts her amazing figure in bathing suits while on the Bora Bora Tarte influencer trip. "On island time," she captioned the Instagram pic. "Damn, that's my friend," commented Madison LeCroy. "It's not fair," added Taylor Strecker. "My mom swears I threw a fit in the store for my first bikini, and refused to even consider a one-piece. So I just wanted to say I am sorry and some people do change," she added in the caption of another photo, wearing a one-piece.

"I try to incorporate some type of exercise into my weekly routine. This looks very different from week to week," Ciara told Authority Magazine. She enjoys cardio and running. "It's really up to me and what I feel like my body needs at the moment."

Ciara loves going on retreats. "At the end of 2022, I took a two week trip to a Costa Rican Wellness/Yoga retreat. I needed time to unplug from the vigorous life of New York City, and time to connect with myself. I wanted to start the year off with a clean diet and a lot of exercise. I originally did it for my body, but quickly realized that this was for my mind, body and soul," she told Authority.

"My other tool for helping my body thrive is stretching," Ciara told Authority. "I carry my mental stress all throughout my back, neck and shoulders. I have found it very helpful to stretch every day. I get to (try) and increase my flexibility, and I can keep my muscles limber and prevent them from building up stress week after week. Overall, movement is my personal secret to helping my body thrive."

Pilates and yoga are Ciara's "saving grace," she told Authority, and she practices at least one daily. "One thing I love about yoga is that it allows me time to exhale. Who knew breathing could be so important? Starting my day off with a calm breathing exercise allows me to set an intention for my day, and organize my thoughts appropriately. It's hard to find time in the middle of the day to take a breath, so starting my morning off with exercise and intention is helpful, it's also great for the body. The mind and heart play off of each other, and when I can calm my mind I feel like I'm more productive, and creative," she told Authority.

"You only get one body in this lifetime, one mind, and one heart. It's vital to take time for yourself, clear and or alleviate your mind from the stress of everyday life. When you take time for yourself and focus on your physical, mental, emotional, environmental, and spiritual health you begin to thrive. Why wouldn't you want to engage in self-care ? Personally, I love taking that time for myself. I feel better about myself, which reflects how I interact with other people and how productive I am in my work. You can't give from an empty cup, they say," Ciara says about why self-care is crucial.

Madison LeCroy is living her best life this summer

Madison LeCroy is living her best life this summer in her swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts the Southern Charm beauty goes boating in her bathing suit in her hometown of Charleston, South Carolina. "Keepin' it reel," she captioned the Instagram post shared with her followers.

At home, Madison uses an infrared sauna. She is also a fan of using a sauna blanket when she is on the road. "You guys know that I have the one out in the garage, but this one you can travel with," she said in an Instagram Story. According to the star, the blanket is "mood-lifting" and activates "glowing skin." There is also a towel that goes with the sauna that "goes on underneath" for a "dry brushing" and provides a "full-body detox."

Madison is open about going under the knife. "After giving birth to an 10-pound baby eight years ago, I no longer felt confident in my own skin," she revealed in an Instagram photo. "I've always been fitness obsessed and aware of what I was eating but sometimes, no matter how much you diet and exercise, there are areas that don't quite bounce back to where they were originally." She went to doctor, Patrick O'Neill, who "gave me my confidence back and transformed the parts of my body that I was most self-conscious about. Women should never be shamed for doing anything that makes themselves more confident or love themselves more. If it makes you feel better about yourself, do it!" she said.

Madison is one of the many stars who is obsessed with cold plunging. "Have you guys ever done cold plunge!? If not go see my friends at @sweathouzmtpleasant @sweathouzwestashley but if you aren't local find one near you @sweathouz," she captioned a recent post.

Madison does healthy cleanses. One 30-day eating and drinking plan she was on eliminated alcohol as well as "artificial" carbs and sugar. "I just started to feel really bad," she said about why she was inspired. "I just said, 'This has got to stop, so I'm gonna make these foods and I'm gonna eat this kale salad and eat grilled chicken and broccoli four days a week, or whatever it was, and no alcohol for 14 days.' That kind of thing was very tough," she added to Bravo.

Madison has a yo-to approach to diet and exercise. "It's definitely been a struggle. I go back and forth. I'm good for a week and bad for a week," she said about her eating habits. "I try to work out at least four days a week, sometimes it's three days. It's all generally mental health for me, I crave it. I definitely feel that it makes me a little bit less on edge… I love working out with other people, all ages, all sizes, because when the girl beside me is giving me a run for my money, you know I'm running fast. I'm like, 'OK, girl. Let's go.'"

"Southern Charm" star Madison LeCroy turned heads as she partied in Miami Beach, Florida

The reality TV star is celebrating her 31st birthday this week and danced it up with friends at the Fontainebleau hotel.

Madison LeCroy shared a few snapshots from the festivities. "I see straight through the bullsh*t," she captioned the pic of her posing for the camera while rocking a two-piece and sunglasses.

Missing from the scene seemed to be her new mystery boyfriend. The makeup artist went public with the unnamed man on social media in June and said she was "in love" with him while on vacation in Park City, Utah in July.

LeCroy made headlines earlier this year for reportedly being embroiled in an alleged cheating scandal with Alex Rodriguez.

LeCroy and Rodriguez were supposedly texting and talking but the baseball alum's rep denied the rumors.

"I'm not sure who's looking to benefit from these types of rumors and false stories. They are factually incorrect. Alex is busy concentrating on his businesses and his family,' A-Rod's representative Ron Berkowitz told.

The “Southern Charm” star was snapped poolside at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach Hotel over the weekend looking to be having just a lovely time. Dressed in a black fishnet tunic and bikini, LeCroy sipped on cocktails and did what comes naturally for tourists: hang out, drink and pose.

Being that Monday was the terrible day the Internet broke, the Bravo star seems to have luckily gotten her sexy swimsuit snap online before The Great Shutdown.

Back in July, soon after Jennifer Lopez shocked fans by getting back together with her ex fiancé Ben Affleck, Madison LeCroy joked about being a possible cause for the jaw-dropping reunion. Gossip watchers may recall the 30-year-old mother of one was rumored to be Facetiming with JLo’s other ex fiancé, Alex Rodriguez, while the power couple was still hot and heavy in Miami. LeCroy reportedly signed an NDA about their online flirtations.

Madison's pic with the little piggy was likely snapped during a visit to Big Major Cay, an island that has become renowned for its swimming pigs. A number of other celebs have taken trips to watch the piggy paddlers in action.

Madison sort of coordinated her bubblegum-colored swimsuit with her photogenic friend's au naturel look. However, the pig's skin was more black than pink.
