Nadia Bartel enjoys "Last Bit of Sunshine"

Nadia Bartel is a successful model and clothing designer who keeps her followers updated on her wellness and lifestyle. Recently, she shared a photo of herself enjoying a sunny walk on Instagram, captioning it, "Last bit of sunshine before I head home." Bartel's approach to fitness and mental health reflects a balanced, healthy lifestyle. Here's how she stays in shape and keeps a positive mindset.

Bartel shared some of her favorite ways to stay in shape with WHO. She says that she does a variety of different exercises. "I love Pilates. I have a beautiful Pilates teacher Sara, I have been seeing her for years. I also love to walk with the boys and squeeze in some high intensity weight training. I am always on the go; I get bored if I sit down for too long."

Bartel shared her secrets for maintaining a positive mindset and a good body image with WHO. "I think sometimes it's only natural to have those little negative thoughts that creep into your head, I know I have had them over the years, but I am lucky that I had a really supportive and balanced upbringing from my mum and dad and the way we looked or what we ate was never a focus. Instead as a family we always kept very active together as we were always outdoors playing every chance we could get. I think that helped to create a positive mindset from a young age."

Bartel said to WHO that she believes in moderation when it comes to her diet. "I am pretty relaxed with my diet, as I am a big foodie and love eating out at restaurants. I do try to stick to a diet filled with lots of vegetables and protein. I eat a lot of fish and I love tuna. I also live on nuts, eggs and cheese. I also love my carbs and have pasta a couple of nights a week. I really believe in everything in moderation, so you don't crave anything and binge. I also have a bit of a sweet tooth – soft lollies like Chicos or anything sour is my weakness."

Bartel likes to give back to charities. She tells Women's Health that breast cancer is a passion for her. "I am so passionate about raising awareness for breast cancer. I have also done some ambassador work with Pink Hope in the past, which do great work in this space. I think we all know of someone that has been affected by breast cancer- it is such a huge issue in Australia and is the second leading cause of cancer related deaths in Australian women."

Bartel revealed to Women's Health that she likes to practice meditation. "It is so important to remove negative thoughts, stress, worries and anxiety. It has been such a huge difference to my mental health and wellbeing once I started doing it regularly. It can be hard to start, but there are so many apps around like Calm or Headspace which can help."

Rebecca Judd is on holiday with AFL star husband Chris Judd at a private island resort in Indonesia.

The 41-year-old stretched out on an outdoor lounge, showing off her fit and toned figure in a skimpy blue bikini.

Wearing sunglasses and minimal makeup, Bec insured her ripped tummy was on display as she relaxed by the water.

'Perfect Day,' she wrote in her caption, and her good friend Nadia Bartel was quick to respond.

'Oh sooo good,' she wrote in the comments underneath the image, which Bec had shared to Instagram.

Earlier that day, Bec revealed that she and Chris are on a child-free getaway alone together.

The resort features exclusive bungalows set on the water with incredible sea views all around.

Bec explained that she and Chris took a seaplane to reach the property and have left their four kids at home.

'We've been gone two nights but it feels like two weeks without kids,' she said in her caption on her Instagram Stories post on Tuesday.

Bec also showed off her incredible hut and delicious food she was indulging in during the getaway.

It comes after news that Bec is set to make her long-awaited return to the Brownlow Medal this year, 20 years after soaring to fame with her iconic red carpet look.

The Australian model famously kicked off her career by wearing a now-famous plunging red dress while storming the awards ceremony back in 2004.

Her head-turning looks have since become a staple at the glitzy event but Bec has been notably absent from the red carpet ever since 2018.

However, it has been revealed that the wife of AFL star Chris Judd will finally be returning to Brownlow after a six-year absence, according to the Herald Sun.

Bec is expected to once again wear a creation from Melbourne designers J'Aton, who have been responsible for many of her iconic looks over the years.

Nadia Bartel shows off her insane bikini body

Nadia Bartel's Dancing With The Stars training has well and truly paid off.

The fashion designer, who already had an incredible figure, showed off her insane abs in a striped Triangl bikini as she continued her romantic trip to Bali with boyfriend Peter Dugmore on Friday.

The mother-of-two's ripped abs were on display in the two-piece as she modelled the swimwear in her hotel mirror.

The Henne owner accessorised with chic sunglasses and her Rolex watch.

The couple are currently staying at a boutique hotel in Uluwatu.

The getaway comes just days after Nadia's shaky first dance aired on Channel Seven's Dancing With The Stars.

Judges criticised her performance of the cha-cha with her professional dance partner, Lyu Masuda last week.

'It was out of time. It lacked dynamic. The hip and leg action was not there in the slightest, so it didn't look like a cha-cha,' said Craig Revel Horwood.

'For me it was very pedestrian, like you were literally walking the streets, stomping. You did sell it, with the hair flicks,' he added.

The audience booed the judge's comments, to which he snapped, 'Oh shut up!'

Judge Sharna Burgess chimed in, saying she liked Nadia's 'sexy strut' but admitted she had work to do.

'I loved you guys together, cute chemistry. And, you know, Nadia, you are what this show is about,' Sharna said.

'You are fire at the strut but we need a little something else,' she added.

Elsewhere, Helen Richey was charitable with the judge saying we cannot expect someone who has been dancing for just a few weeks to have the same skill as a professional.

However, she added, 'Your transference of weight needs to be smoother to come out here and perform.'

Nadia grinned and bared the criticism, taking it well despite being largely slammed for her efforts.

Nadia previously revealed she's not as secure as her followers might think ahead of her Dancing with the Stars debut.

'I give that impression, I'm confident and assured,' Nadia told the Herald Sun on Thursday.

'But I'm very much an over-thinker and sometimes doubt myself. I'm definitely not that loud confident person in the room,' she continued.

Elsewhere in the interview, the mother-of-two revealed that she had turned down several offers to appear on DWTS over the years.

'They have asked me in the past and the timing didn't align with the kids being young,' she told the publication.
