Paris Hilton is a Barbie girl – in her bathing suit. In one of her latest social media posts, the heiress, reality star, and entrepreneur heats up Greece, standing on a dock in a pink swimsuit. "Bikini Barbie," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps, adding the hashtags #SummerOfSliving and #ThatsHot.

"Sleep is so important," Paris told Well+Good. "I notice such a huge difference from when I used to have nightmares and not get sleep, because it would affect my entire day and I would be exhausted and not in a good mood. When I do get [good] sleep, I feel awake and energized and happy and in a way better mood." She added to the Wall Street Journal that she used to suffer from "very bad insomnia" but that after "healing" her nightmares ended. "For sleep, I probably need eight to 10 hours to feel really great the next day. My hours have changed so much; I used to be up so late at night and traveling 250 days out of the year and deejaying very late-night sets, so I used to wake up a lot later," she said.

Breakfast is one thing Paris doesn't miss. "I get up around 7 a.m., it's the first day of the week, so I like to be on top of everything since I have so much to do. The first thing I do when I wake up is play with my puppies…. Then I'll go down to the kitchen and make breakfast for my puppies and myself," she told the Wall Street Journal. "I love cooking breakfast. It's one of my favorite meals. One of my favorite things to cook is banana French toast, so that with fresh-squeezed orange juice and Rice Krispies or Lucky Charms. It's my favorite breakfast."

Paris takes supplements to make sure she is getting the vitamins and nutrients she needs. "I like taking vitamin A, E and B, and biotin," she told the Wall Street Journal.

Paris makes sure to move, but likes to do it outside. "I've never been a gym person," Paris revealed to the Wall Street Journal. "My workout used to be just dancing, from being a deejay and having to go out at night and go to music festivals and things like that. But obviously with the world being shut down, it's different. So I like to do things that are fun, just being outdoors; I take my dogs for walks. I love going on hikes, playing tennis, going swimming, surfing, horseback riding, really just getting outside. Or shopping. That's my favorite workout."

"I don't really have a lot of downtime, but [when I do], I wanna spend all of it with my family. Taking Phoenix to the park and just hanging out with him at the house, the puppies and my husband. I love sitting with them and playing games and reading books. My sister always says you don't want to miss those moments. All my free time, I'm doing that. And then also my music and my art. I love to paint and cook and just be with my husband and my baby boy," she told Us.

Paris Hilton, 42, shared some pictures of herself on the set of what looks like a TV show or movie, looking like a Barbie doll in a sparkly one-piece swimsuit. "I have a secret to tell you that'll leave you starstruck… who wants to hear it? ⭐️??," she captioned the post.

Hilton loves being outside with her pups. "For exercise, I don't go to a gym or anything like that—I like to be outdoors, hiking with my dogs or going surfing or skiing," she says. "I love doing sports. And then at night, to help me relax, I like to get a massage and listen to this thing called Liquid Mind on Spotify that is just this music that really relaxes your mind [laughs]. Hilton credits using sun protection for her clear complexion. "I've never had a surgery done — I've never had Botox," she says. "I've never had anything done in my life, and I think it has a lot to do with taking care of my skin, staying out of the sun, and being educated at a young age. I want to pass that knowledge to all the young girls out there."

Hilton loves luxurious spa sessions as well as baths and massages. "I like to go to my spa at my house—I love to be in there," she says. "It just helps me relax and gives me energy. It's something really easy for me to do since it's right downstairs."

'I think coming from Africa and growing up with such a strong level of nature, it’s where I get inspiration,' and admitted that the company initially began as just 'a creative outlet' for the beauty.

The star keeps up with a fitness routine to achieve her toned frame, and told E! News that she enjoys using 'ankle weights' and doing squats.

"It depends on what's happening that day, like if I want something really sweet, I'll make French toast, but I've been trying to be healthy," she says. Usually, I'll do that with a smoothie, and then I put in the supplements that I got from Viome as well, and try to be healthy in the morning, do a lot of juicing and celery juice. Hilton says she doesn't have time for regular gym sessions, but loves to go hiking and take long walks with her pups. Getting enough sleep is crucial to good health, so Hilton is attempting to go to sleep earlier these days. "I'm such a night owl, so it's very hard for me to go to bed early," she says. "When I have to get up early in the morning, then I'll go to bed at like 10 p.m., but if I don't, then I'll be up till 3 a.m., so it just depends on what's happening the next day."

Hilton says she's looking forward to having kids so they can all cook together as a family, something Kim Kardashian told her. "I'm comfortable basically doing anything," she says. "I make the best sandwiches, especially for my fiancé. I make his favorites, like turkey sandwiches and peanut butter and jelly."
