model Pilar Rubio is in for some crazy, crazy nights with a huge photobook of rockers Kiss.

The Spaniard, 46, in a Selmark bikini hailed footie ace hubby Sergio Ramos’s gift as a “precious treasure”.

On her birthday earlier this year, Sergio, who plays at centre-back for La Liga club Sevilla, said: “Thank you for being the best mother and the best example of love for everyone.”

Pilar previously revealed that the couple have sex every day.

When asked how often she had romped with her husband, the stunning brunette replied: “We do it every day, except for the days when I am in Madrid.”

She commuted between Paris and Madrid when Ramos joined PSG, although he rejoined Sevilla last year.

Told by the shocked host of chat show La Resistencia they were like Avengers superheroes having sex so often with four youngsters in the house.

She went on to add: “My children are in bed at 9.30pm. Sex is life.”

She insisted the fact they had four kids had no impact on their sex life.

Rubio tried to turn the tables by asking host David Broncano about how often he did it - but was told he had no children so there was no comparison.

Pilar Rubio shows off her toned legs

Pilar Rubio is one of the most successful reporters and TV presenters. Her work includes, The Right Price, Mas que Baile, and XXS. She is currently working on El Hormiguero. Rubio advertised her new show, Discovering Canary Islands, on Instagram this week. In one photo, she is seen wearing a tan and white patterned swimsuit. Rubio captioned the post, "The adventure of #DiscoveringCanarylslands Season 2 begins in 3, 2, 1… YES! ?? At @rakutentv_es 8 contestants from different European countries, 8 wonderful islands, and one winner."

Rubio shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is weight train. Rubio shared this video of herself doing pulley rows at the gym. She captioned the post, "'120 kg. Pilar VS the machine ?' Let's see if I can play the game in August ? … PS: Malmsteen attacks again, I'll wait for you Lita and Joan."

In an interview with Women's Health, Rubio shared some of her fitness and wellness secrets. She says that when it comes to fitness, she makes sure to do it each day. "The difficult thing is to put it into practice. There are days when you do better and others worse, but the important thing is to practice. You have to focus on the here and now. Enjoy the moment and always bring out the good."

In her Women's Health interview, Rubio talked about how she eats healthy. She says that she works with a nutritionist. Rubio also says that her diet is dependent on her fitness. "For me, it is essential to adapt my diet to my daily workouts. I need it to be at full performance, achieve muscle gain goals and do good health prevention."

Rubio tells Women's Health that she is a fan of circuit training. "Exercising helps you focus on what you are doing at that moment, to enjoy it. The circuit goes from top to bottom, from head to body, from body to head. There has to be a productive and positive hyperconnection." NASM.org reports that circuit training has benefits. "Several studies have shown that circuit training can elicit increases in both upper and lower body 1-rep max, making it a great exercise to target whole body fitness.

Circuit training induces the same anabolic signaling and maximal muscle fiber recruitment that conventional resistance training does — but without the need to use as much weight since there are shorter rest periods between sets."

Rubio revealed in this Instagram post that she likes to snowboard to stay in shape. According to The University of Rochester, skiing and snowboarding have a lot of benefits. "Skiing and snowboarding are thrilling activities and great workouts. Both sports are excellent cardiovascular exercises that strengthen the heart. They are also weight-bearing exercises. So hey strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles. Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for ongoing (chronic) diseases. They lower your blood pressure. And they help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer."

Pilar Rubio is ready for summer Showing off her amazing body

Pilar Rubio is ready for summer in her swimsuit! The actress shows off her beautiful body in a variety of swimsuits she designed for "all types of sizes and bodies" in one of her latest soial media posts. "This year I wanted to fill your summer days with color and joy, inspired by Brazil as a concept," she captioned the series of Instagram photos. "Summer is just around the corner and I want to make yours a very special one."

"I always try to eat breakfast at the same time and try to find time in the morning to stretch," Pilar told Real Madrid Family about her approach to diet. "I'm used to eating healthy. I understand healthy food as fruit and vegetables, but also meat and fish." What is her favorite meal? "Sorry but I love the salads … But very diverse, one day couscous, another day lentils … then green peas." Her cheat food? "I also love the burgers."

According to reports, Pilar works out five to six days per week. Her go-to workout? Strength and weight training to keep herself strong and lean. She does pilates, swims, and "I also exercise pelvic muscles" and chases after her kids, she has said. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Pilar struggles to sleep because she is so active. "I don't know how to do it anymore, really," she says about getting eight hours of slumber. "I get overwhelmed … In the end I start doing things and sleep three, four hours."
