Rachel Recchia flaunts her incredible body while lounging poolside

Rachel Recchia is bidding adieu to summer in her swimsuit. In new social media photos, the Bachelor star flaunts her incredible body in a bathing suit, while lounging poolside. "How can summer be over when it's only just beginning," she asked her followers in the caption of the Instagram post. "You are absolutely savage sometimes," one of her followers commented. "Prettyyyyy," added another.

Rachel attended Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, where she was on the Division I cheerleading squad. Cheerleading is very similar to gymnastics and is a great full-body workout, as it involves a lot of movement of the hands, feet, and torso.

Rachel starts her day with a cup of coffee. "Daydreaming about mornings in this gorgeous city," she captioned a snap of herself with her morning cup of Joe. A 2022 study published in European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death.

One of Rachel's favorite outdoor workouts? Rowing. "So happy to get the opportunity to share the people and place I love with all of you ? Also, fun fact, I was born and raised in Chicago and only moved to Florida when I was a teenager," she captioned one of her posts. According to AFPA Fitness, a rowing machine exercises your upper body as well as your lower body. "The rowing stroke when using an indoor rower is composed of 65-75% leg work and 25-35% upper body work," they say.

According to Rachel's ABC bio she is "as a hopeless romantic" and "looking for someone who is as playful, passionate and spontaneous as she is. He should be nurturing, empathetic and MUST be respectful in all facets of life—to her, to family, and especially to waiters." It also reveals that she loves Flamin' Hot Cheetos!

Rachel has a drink of choice: Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy," says the Mayo Clinic. "The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent coronary artery disease, the condition that leads to heart attacks."

Genevieve Parisi shared a new set of photos from Lido Key

Genevieve Parisi first made waves last year, when she appeared as a contestant on The Bachelor. She then appeared on last year's Bachelor In Paradise. Ever since then, her social media following has grown. Parisi just shared a new set of photos from Lido Key on Instagram this week. In them, she posed by the water in a blue swimsuit.

In an interview with BachelorNation.com, Parisi talked about her experience on The Bachelor. She says that she had to take some time with her loved ones to recover. "It was honestly hard coming back from filming, especially for a few weeks. But seeing my family, being with my friends, and getting rest were the best things I could've done. I took time for myself and that's how I got back into everything."

Parisi says that being on The Bachelor has helped her grow as a person. She tells BachelorNation.com that being on the show has helped with her mental health and wellbeing. "The biggest thing I learned about myself from the experience is that I'm very emotionally strong. I've struggled with anxiety and being on the show tested my patience and my anxiety. But seeing how I got through it made me really proud of myself."

Parisi wanted to use her time on The Bachelor to inspire others. She says that she wanted to encourage others to stand up for themselves as she did. "I just hope that I gave people some confidence to stick up for themselves. I did my best to do that the entire time on the show. I was myself and stood up for myself and my friends when I felt like it was the right thing to do."

Parisi tells BachelorNation.com that she knows what she wants in a relationship, and knows what she has to do to get it. "On the show, I realized that I need to be better about opening up, being vulnerable, and letting my walls down. So since getting back from 'The Bachelor,' I haven't done much dating since I've been back but I have been more open. That's really what I learned from the experience is that I need to be more open or I'm not going to get anywhere when it comes to a relationship."

Parisi spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do is go swimming. She and her fellow Bachelor contestant Rachel Recchia shared this Instagram collaboration of the two of them in a pool. Parisi captioned the post, "Actual Paradise." She also shared these pool photos, captioning them, "Pool or hot tub?"

The Bachelorette Star Rachel Recchia Announces Move to California With Beachy Bikini Shots

Rachel Recchia went through many ups and downs during her time on The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, but now she's making a new start in California.

The 26-year-old announced on Instagram that she moved to the Golden State with a couple of pictures of her lounging on the beach, already enjoying the sunny lifestyle.

Recchia captioned the post, "surprise i moved to california!!"

But she wasn't done yet, posting one more photo from the shoot with the caption, "one more for the road."

It's safe to say that all of her friends were equally excited about the news, with DeAnna Stagliano welcoming her to California, saying, "Welcome to the beautiful & sunny weather….every day!"

Hannah Brown left a similar message, writing, "Welcome to the westside!! ☀️."

Other Bachelor Nation members Kaitlyn Bristowe, Deandra Kanu, and Katie Thurston all left positive comments on the post.

It looks like Recchia is living with fellow Bachelor contestant Genevieve Parisi, who commented, "My roomie!! ? I can’t wait to go through this next chapter with you."

But not everyone was focused on her big move, as many complimented Recchia on her bikini photos, with one person joking in the replies, "I’ve got sports illustrated on the line they want to talk."

After appearing on Season 26 of The Bachelor, Recchia was announced as the co-lead of the next The Bachelorette season alongside Gabby Windey.

At the end of her The Bachelorette season, Recchia ended up with Tino Franco, but it didn't even last past the end of the season's airing, as Franco cheated on Recchia, kissing another woman while they were together.

In the studio as the finale aired, Franco attempted to get back together with Recchia, saying, "We can make it through this. I’ll spend the rest of my life making it up to you," but she ended the relationship for good.

Now, Recchia's starting a new stage of her life in California, so who knows what's to come for the ex-Bachelorette.
