Sofia Bevarly shares her favorite workout

Sofia Bevarly is a model and social media influencer. She shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. Bevarly recently shared on her story that she likes to do Pilates. She posted a mirror photo of herself in the studio, captioning it, “Hot pilates to start the day.”

As you can see from her Instagram story, Bevarly does a lot of Pilates to keep herself in shape. Kennedy Fitness states that it has a lot of benefits. “Pilates places a premium focus on flexibility, and for good reason. Bevarly spends a lot of time outside. One outdoor activity she enjoys doing is going swimming. Bevarly shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself at the beach. She shared a set of photos of herself wading, captioning it, “Endless summer.” Bevarly also shared video of herself in the water, and captioned it, “Mentally back on this island.” She also shared a video of herself enjoying a pool day.

Bevarly shared this video on Instagram of herself doing different lower body workouts. One thing she is seen doing in it is squats. Bevarly captioned the post, “Leg days are my favorite.” The Cleveland Clinic states that squats have a lot of health benefits. “Squats target and strengthen your thighs, hips and butt. Why does that matter? A strong lower body is important for athletes, yes, but not just for athletes. Your lower body fuels your ability to walk, run, jump … everything, really. It also generates power for upper-body movements and all kinds of other activities.”

Bevarly is also seen doing glute bridges in the previous Instagram video. NASM states that doing these can lead to many benefits. “After hours of sitting at your desk, sitting behind the wheel, and sitting on the couch, the glutes can become underactive. Over time, our bodies adapt to long hours of sitting, resulting in unwanted back pain and tightness, along with some faulty movement patterns. One way to help reverse this issue (in addition to breaking up sitting time) is to incorporate glute bridging into your workout routine. The glute bridge is most often used as an exercise to activate the glutes and build core stability.”

Bevarly likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. In the previous Instagram video, she is seen using a dumbbell and weighted machine. ACE Fitness states that strength training can be very beneficial. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Sofia Bevarly show us a great glimpse of her hourglass curves and voluptuous assets

She leaned against a sturdy metal structure that was painted white, and its top was lined with black cloth. She rested one arm on the structure behind her and placed the opposite hand on the top of her head. Not much else of the space could be seen, but it looked to be a gorgeous day with a bright blue sky overhead and a few small clouds scattered about.

Sofia gazed into the camera with her big, brown eyes while showing off her fit figure in a skimpy bikini. Different splashes of pink and yellow could be seen on the body of the swimsuit, and its halter-neck style allowed Sofia to show off her tanned arms and shoulders. The swimwear boasted small cups that were spaced far apart and accentuated her cleavage. Meanwhile, the bottom of the suit was tight on her bust.

Sofia’s bottoms were just as hot and boasted the same tie-dye pattern, but a few streaks of purple could also be seen near her waistband. The suit was tight on her hips, and it helped draw the eye to her sculpted abs. The high-cut design also treated Sofia’s eager audience to a great view of her muscular thighs. Sofia wore her long, dark locks slicked back out of her face, and her hair spilled over her shoulders and back.

The Florida-born beauty kept her accessories simple and sported a single ring and a set of hair ties on her opposite hand.

Sofia Bevarly is enjoying the beach by herself during these tough times

The post consisted of two photos that showed Sofia standing in shallow water up to her calves. A mountain range was visible in the distance as she waded in the clear water alone. She said that the snapshots were taken from a previous trip she made to Hawaii, though she didn’t indicate when she was there. Regardless of when it happened, it was a lovely day to be on the ocean as the sky was just as clear as the water.

Sofia wore a floral bikini with a pink design. The top had classic triangle-style cups that exposed much of her chest. The bottoms were a low-cut style that tied into loopy bows on the sides of her hips.

In the first image of the post, Sofia faced the camera. She posed with one foot forward, flaunting her hourglass figure and curvy hips. Her ample chest was also on display as she held her hand up to her face to shield her face from the sun.

The second picture saw Sofia getting a little flirty with her fans as she tugged on the sides of her bikini strings. The camera caught her at an angle as she looked down, showing off her chiseled abs. She stood with one leg forward, flaunting the curve of her hips and her shapely thighs. She also flashed a bit of sideboob as she struck the pose.

The model looked to be wearing a light application of makeup that included a pink shade on her lips. Her long hair down fell down over one shoulder.

Sofia said that she was currently at her house, but was in Hawaii in her mind.

She wore a light white bikini and helped bring attention to her curvy figure. The top hugged the sides of her chest and her bottoms were tiny, with thin straps that rested high on her waist.

Beside the stairs was a stretch of sandy beach. On the other side of Sofia was a stone wall, along with a white door. Beyond that was green foliage and tall palm trees that slanted diagonally towards the ocean.
