Sophie Kasaei Shares Photo From the Caribbean

Sophie Kasaei is living her best life in the tropics in her swimsuit. In a new social media post shared from the Caribbean, the Geordie Shore star shows off her insane body in a bathing suit. "I'm more of a island type of gurylllll," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps, driving her followers wild. "Island queen," commented one. "Bloody gorgeous," added another.

Sophie lost a lot of weight in 2018, which she attributes to coming to terms with her disillusionment about eating. "When I look back, I just remember how indulged I used to be with food. My whole life revolved around food, I'd be eating breakfast and thinking about what I was going to have for dinner, I was just food obsessed," she told Fabulous. "I thought I could eat what I wanted. Looking back, I never ever thought I was big. I had one of those mindsets where I thought I was smaller than I actually was. I don't know if I had body dysmorphia, but the other way round. I genuinely thought I was a lot smaller. I think that's probably why I was unhealthy for all those years, because I genuinely thought I was normal."

Eliminating takeout can make a huge difference with weight loss, according to Sophie. "I've lost about 10lb during lockdown – that's in two months, so a pound a week," she told Fabulous. "That's just because I'm not eating takeaways and I'm not traveling up and down the country for work, stopping at services for meals. I've been cooking really healthy meals for myself."

Rise and exercise, says Sophie. "When I get up, I workout straightaway with my dad for an hour, because that makes me feel great," she told Fabulous. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Weight gain and loss is "easy come, easy go," according to Sophie, so the occasional cheat meal is totally fine. "I don't worry about gaining a couple of pounds, if I do put weight on I know I can easily lose it, because I know exactly how my body works," she told Fabulous. "If I over indulge, I don't put myself down about putting weight on. That's not me at all."

Sophie's diet involves little carbs. "Breakfast is two chicken sausages with scrambled or poached eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes and a slice of gluten-free bread. I'm a sucker for a Starbucks sugar-free caramel latte with coconut milk," she told Closer UK. "For lunch, I'll always have some sort of seafood – maybe prawns. If I'm out, I'll get a protein box of chicken, broccoli and eggs, or a soup. I'll usually end up eating dinner late, around 9pm, which isn't great as it'll just sit on my stomach. I'll have fish, roast vegetables and microwaveable rice. I snack on chicken Fridge Raiders, Quavers, Wotsits or popcorn. I really prefer savory foods – I think most Northerners do, which is why there's a Greggs on every corner in Newcastle!"

Chloe Ferry just loves hanging out in a bikini

The Geordie Shore star, 27, took to Instagram on Wednesday to share an array of eye-popping snaps from her mystery sun-soaked trip abroad.

She showed off her incredible curves in a barely-there red bikini as she enjoyed a cold beverage while lounging at an outdoor bar.

Chloe, who is filming a new TV project in the sun, swept her raven locks loosely across her shoulders in a straight fashion.

She accessorised her beachwear look with chunky gold hoop earrings and shielded her eyes with oversized black square sunglasses.

The TV personality accentuated her striking features with a high-glamour make-up palette and a touch of bronzer.

Alongside the sizzling snaps, she cheekily penned: 'Thirsty baby.'

Chloe has not shied away from documenting her sun-soaked trip abroad and took to Instagram on Tuesday to share stunning bikini snaps.

She sported a revealing yellow bikini top and matching string bottoms and opted for a very full palette of make-up to complete her look.

Taking to the caption, she told her 3.8M followers: 'Back in the sun filming.'

Chloe recently revealed that she is currently filming for a new series and asked her fans to guess where.

She teased: 'Filming next week where do you think this series is going to be…..?'

It comes after Geordie Shore was reportedly axed after 12 years on screens in February.

The MTV reality show - which followed the lives of partying stars such as Chloe, Vicky Pattison and Charlotte Crosby in Newcastle - was pulled amid plummeting ratings, The Sun claimed.

The series started in 2011 and produced hosts of celebrities and influencers including Marnie Simpson, Holly Hagan and Sophie Kasaei.

A source told the publication of the axing: 'MTV chiefs have decided the time has come to call it a day on Geordie Shore.

'The already commissioned series, which is the show's 24th, will go ahead with filming kicking off this weekend and the reunion will go ahead as planned later this summer.

'But once those have been filmed MTV have decided to rest the series and will not be commissioning any more. Think of it as resting the format rather than cancelling it out right.'

The insider added that while it has been one of the most successful runs of all time it hasn't been the same for a few years so bosses thought it would be the right time.

The Geordie Shore star, 29, let her hair down in Ibiza before she walked down the aisle with the Chorley F.C player, also 29.

Holly Hagan could be seen parading around with her pals wearing skimpy swimwear with a tiny white skirt.

Wearing a pearl-encrusted Bride cap, she captioned the snap: "Living my absolute best life yesterday in Ibiza with my fave people".

Her former co-star Sophie Kasaei, who was also in the pic added: "Our bride to be…. Miss holly Hagan I am honored to be your bridesmaid and to watch you marry the man of your dreams.

"You have made me believe fairytales do come true.

"Watching you grow up over that past 11 years has been a rollercoaster but all the emotions and lessons have made you become the woman you are today."

Holly and Jacob were forced to postpone their wedding but finally said 'I do' under the Spanish sun.
