Sosie Bacon is at the beach for an important reason

The Mare of Easttown actress - and daughter of Hollywood couple, Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick- shared a beach selfie for an important reason recently.

Sosie Bacon was highlighting the environmental issues destroying the ocean and shared a photo of herself wearing a flesh-coloured bikini and showing off her tattoos.

She wrote: "Goblinina that just came from swimming in the sea that just 6 days ago had 17 million tons of sewage spilled into it! I suppose we must try to find joy among the wreckage."

In the photo, Sosie was crouching down in the sand and looking straight at the camera.
