Victoria Beckham sharrs a rare swimsuit photo on christmas day

David Beckham is celebrating his wife, Victoria Beckham, over the holidays with a rare swimsuit snap. In a new social media post the soccer star honors his former Spice Girl wife by showing her off in a blue cutout swimsuit. "Merry Christmas to my amazing family & feeling very thankful for everything they do for me , love you all," he captioned the series of Instagram snaps, starting with a photo of his wife giving him a hug while showing off her washboard abs.

Victoria told The Guardian's Weekend magazine that exercise is a daily habit, and "a really positive thing for me," she added. "It's part of who I am now, and I really enjoy it. That was a big part of why I wanted to work with Reebok – I had very specific ideas about the workout clothes that I wanted to wear and couldn't find."

Victoria added to The Guardian that she works out a whopping two hours every day, breaking her exercise time up. She starts the day by running a 7k on the treadmill at 6am, "a mix of uphill fast walking, jogging, running," followed by a training session with a personal trainer, "30 minutes legs, 30 minutes arms, toning and conditioning, then loads of planks and that kind of thing for my core."

Victoria has a trick to make her 45-minute cardio session go by faster: She watches TV. "That's the only time I watch TV – boxsets, documentaries – so I look forward to that," she revealed to The Guardian.

It is no secret that Victoria is incredibly strict with her diet. "I am very, very disciplined in the way that I work out, in what I eat. That's how I'm happiest," she told The Guardian. "I expect a lot from my body – I'm 44, I've got four kids, I work a lot, I travel. For me to do all that, I have to eat healthily and work out."

Victoria is one of many celebrities who are obsessed with the Tracy Anderson Method, a dance inspired workout available in her studios and also online. She has also shared a video of her ab workout, which includes standing sequences and more traditional, crunch-inspired compound moves.

The former Spice Girl Geri Horner mark a personal anniversary

The first photo shows Geri sat on board a yacht, wearing a black bikini and a short floral cover-up. The final image, meanwhile, is a picture of Geri wearing a black bikini top and tiny shorts as she walks up the beach, her wet hair left to fall down her back.

"Mi Chico Latino was released on this day 22 years ago. Loved this video shoot!" Geri told.

Mi Chico Latino was one of three number one singles for Geri Horner following her exit from the Spice Girls; Lift Me Up and Bag It Up also topped the charts.

Nowadays, Geri's focus is on her family. The 49-year-old has been married to Red Bull team principal Christian Horner since May 2015 and together they share four-year-old son, Monty.

Geri is also a mother to daughter Bluebell Madonna, 15, from her previous romance with screenwriter Sacha Gervasi. Christian, meanwhile, is a dad to daughter Olivia from his former relationship with partner Beverley Allen.

Spice Girls star Geri Horner has sent fans into a meltdown by ‘recreating’ the music video for her hit single Mi Chico Latino twenty years after it topped the charts

The singer, known as Ginger Spice in the band, celebrated the 20th anniversary since the release of the number one hit by slipping into a white swimsuit and lounging on a superyacht.

This led fans to believe she was recreating the video as she posted snaps on during her family holiday withher husband, Formula One legend, Christian Horner. Geri, 47, uploaded multiple snaps to her Instagram page alongside Christian, 45, and two-year-old son, Montague.

It seems some fans soon noticed the similarity between the vessel and the one similar looking one, used for the 1999 hit single by the redhead. One image , shared by Geri showed off her toned figure whilst wearing a white swimsuit relaxing on the bow of the boat. Captioning the photo , “Chilling” with a sun and smiley face emoji, the star didn’t seem to be worried about Scary Spice Mel B’s revelation of nobody knowing Geri’s age. The mum-of-one shared an adorable snap of her and son Montague on the boat, captioned: “Sunshine makes us all feel good.''

This year's Spice World tour was held between May and June this year and was the group's first performance together since the 2012 Summer Olympics closing ceremony. Victoria Beckham declined to take part however, due to other commitments.

Singer Charli XCX is trying to catch a tan as she plans to release a lot of music over the next five months

Charli XCX shared a series of photos with her fans, which show her body in a tiny, skimpy yellow bikini.

The British singer-songwriter appears to be abroad somewhere really warm as she is lying down, showing off her body on full display, potentially trying to catch a tan.

Recently, The Inquisitr reported Charli’s and Diplo’s remix of the Spice Girls debut single, “Wannabe” leaking ahead of their reunion tour. The new version, titled “Spicy,” also features French producer Herve Pagez. Information about remix had been very low-key until it leaked. On Twitter, she announced the single will be released May 30.

Over the weekend, Charli joined Miley Cyrus on stage at Radio 1’s Big Weekend during her “We Can’t Stop” performance, per The Inquisitr.
