She stays hydrated, beginning her day with a concoction before she exercises. The “morning tonic is cold water mixed with 2 tablespoons [of] apple cider vinegar, juice of 1 lemon, cayenne and cinnamon.

Then I’ll go for my workout,” she said to Vogue. “After that I’ll have my daily green juice as well with some fresh berries for breakfast.”

She prioritizes getting plenty of protein into her diet. “My lunch and dinner meals before the show include lots of vegetables and lean protein such as shrimps, scallops, egg whites, turkey breast and white fish,” she said to Vogue. “Dinner might be raw vegan Pad Thai. I make a great oil free cauliflower stir fry as well.” According to Piedmont, there are quite a few reasons why you should prioritize factoring enough protein into your diet, including digestion. “About half the dietary protein you consume each day is used to make enzymes, which aid in digesting food and making new cells and body chemicals.”

She dished that she decided to seek help for herself and her daughters when 'Honor was probably 11, and we were arguing all the time about dumb stuff.'

Jessica recalled that 'I was like, I don’t want to live like this. This is not fun. I didn’t want us to have a wedge between us.'

She explained: 'As her mother, when I say something, she’s going to hear it as an argument or as me trying to control her. I wanted there to be someone who could explain things in a way I couldn’t.'

Said she: 'What I said to Honor was: "I want to be a better parent to you, and this is your forum to basically talk about everything that gets on your nerves that I do."'

The analyst helped soften Honor's perception of her mother's behavior, but also helped Jessica to change the behavior itself.

Lindy Klim, 45, was photographed taking a dip at Bondi Beach after revealing she and her husband, Adam Ellis, had separated.

“We were two people drowning at the same time, and it wasn’t good,” she said in an exclusive interview with Stellar.

“Adam and I have separated, but we still love him. He’s an incredible father, not just to Goldie but to my other children as well.

“However, he has been struggling with his mental health for the past two years, which, in turn, has affected my personal wellbeing and mental state.”

She said things spiralled and it took a toll on her. As a result, she became “extremely skinny” and experienced hair loss.

It wasn’t until she visited Australia she realised she was in a “constant state of anxiety”.

The pair shared Goldie, six, together. She also has Stella, 18, Rocco, 16 and Frankie, 13, from her first marriage.

In recent weeks, Klim and her influencer daughter Stella were a staple of the Melbourne Cup Carnival. The duo were also seen at the Effie Kats Spring Launch in October.

The docs obtained by Page Six also revealed that Richard is seeking sole legal and physical custody of their son, whom they welcomed in 2021.

Shortly after, Quinn — who is also seeking full custody — claimed Richard has “perpetrated acts of domestic violence and child abuse against [her] son and [her].”

“I reported these acts of abuse to law enforcement because they were true and because I feared for our safety,” she said in court documents filed in April.

I think by simply feeling the benefits from that upbringing, I have taken on my philosophy from my mum."

Gale always dry-brushes before work, and uses coconut oil on her skin and hair. "Sometimes I put it in my hair and sleep with it in, it makes your hair super soft and nourishes the scalp," she told ELLE. "I also use coconut oil as my makeup remover because my skin is sensitive and I find coconut oil to be very gentle. It's such a versatile product, I really do use it for everything."

Gale is strict about getting enough sleep. "It's my number one priority along with nourishing my body with good foods and avoiding unhealthy or processed foods," she told ELLE. "Other than that, I am a firm believer in how spreading kindness and positivity affects your inner beauty which shines on the outside also. To be kind and positive is what makes me feel the most beautiful and when you feel beautiful that will shine through."

Gale wants people to embrace a more diverse idea of what healthy looks like. "There's A LOT of people out there who are going to give you health advice and tell you what to do and nobody agrees with each other," she told Body+Soul. "But there isn't one correct way of being healthy."
