Courtney Veale shared a new photo swimming in the pool

Courtney Veale is best known as both a deckhand and a stew on the hit Bravo series, Below Deck Mediterranean. The series follows the crew members on a luxury cruise boat, as they go through charters. Veale is also a cast member on the series, The Challenge UK. Veale is currently in Egypt, and shared a new photo on Instagram. In it, she sat in a pool in a black bathing suit. Veale captioned the post, "Habibi, come to Egypt."

Veale isn't afraid to try new things, especially during the charter season. She tells Showbiz Cheat Sheet that she usually volunteers herself. "If there's an option for me to do something, then without even thinking, I'll just say yes. Or like I'll volunteer to do it. Like, it's just always been how I've been. Even if I'm really scared to do something.I'll usually just be like, 'I'll do it or, you know, I'll try.'"

Veale spends a lot of time outside. Even when she isn't working on a charter. She shares a lot of photos on Instagram of herself outside. One thing Veale likes to do to stay in shape is go on hikes. She shared a photo of herself on a hike in Malta. Veale also posted a set of photos of herself walking by the Hollywood Sign. She captioned it, "Far from the rest, but I'm far from my best."

Veale likes to dance to stay in shape. She likes to share dance videos on social media and do different TikTok challenges. She shared a video of herself dancing with friends. Veale captioned the post, "Wasn't gonna post this on here, but it's just TOO GOOD."

Veale is a big fan of doing yoga as a way of staying in shape. She shared a video on Instagram of herself doing different poses on a boat. She captioned the post, "Sunset stretch in the middle of the ocean." Yoga has a lot of benefits. The American Osteopathic Organization reports, "One of the best benefits of yoga is how it helps a person manage stress, which is known to have devastating effects on the body and mind."

Veale spends a lot of time in and on the water. Not only does her job require it, but her recent Instagram post is her enjoying a pool day. Veale shares a lot of photos on Instagram of herself at the beach or the pool. She shared a video of herself walking into the ocean. Veale captioned it, "That time I vacay'd alone in the Maldives in between yacht jobs. Grateful." She also posted photos of herself at the Mediterranean Sea.
