Abbie Lynn looked stunning as she soaked up the sun while on holiday in Mallorca

The 21-year-old TV star has taken a break from filming the popular Channel 4 program and has decided to jet off to the Spanish island to top up her tan.

Showing off her already sun-kissed tanned body, Abbie wore an orange and yellow bikini and a large pair of sunglasses as she enjoyed a day by the coast.

She posted a photo of herself holding onto a wooden parasol to protect her from the sun.

The first was a mirror selfie of her in the tiny bright bikini before she had set off to the beach, with the caption: "Another day, another bikini".

As Abbie Lynn arrived at the beach, she tucked into a Kinder Bueno ice cream to keep her cool.

The 21-year-old shared two photos from her latest beach getaway. The star held a candid beach photo shoot, posing in a vibrant green two-piece swimsuit.

"Whatcha listening to???" she captioned the first photo of herself wearing headphones while standing inside a glittery pink inflatable tube in the water.

The "He's All That" star showed off her warm brown beach waves and a stunning tan.

Addison Rae has been spending a lot of time at the beach so far this summer. Late last month, she was busy in Ibiza. "I loved working with everyone so much," Rae told. "We are all quite different in many ways and everyone brought their own style to the shoot, but we're all also connected through our love of music, style, and what we believe in."

Rae's hectic schedule was one of the reasons she was absent from her good friend Kourtney Kardashian's recent wedding to Travis Barker.

CrossFit legend Samantha Briggs has announced her retirement after Strength In-Depth in London

Briggs fell in love with the sport after competing in the CrossFit Games for the first time in 2010. She was the only British winner of the Games in 2013. She had hoped to make the Games one more time by qualifying through Strength In-Depth this week, but she finished seventh and was content to say her final goodbyes in front of her home crowd.

Samantha gave us views for days as she relaxed by the pool, her hair in a messy bun while her bulging abs screamed through her black bikini set, and we got a clear view of the ink on her thighs. She does, however, finish her look with a pair of sunglasses.

Briggs explained that preparing foods for her is critical to maintaining her nutrition. Briggs, who describes herself as a "creature of habit," eats the same breakfast every morning: a bowl of oatmeal with protein powder, dates, and almonds. She usually sips a carbohydrate-infused drink during a long training session after her oatmeal breakfast.

Lunch is "typically" a pre-prepared protein, such as chicken, salmon, cod, or tuna, with some rice, which the 40 years old eats with a salad, often with avocado. Briggs eats a small snack on her way to her second training session of the day, and she usually has some baby food halfway through training for some easy-to-digest carbohydrates. She consumes a protein shake infused with carbs.

Dinner is Briggs' main meal of the day, and it usually consists of red meat—these days, bison patties along with rice, sweet potatoes, and other vegetables. Finally, Briggs has a protein shake with almond milk and a banana or a bagel before bed.

Unfortunately, CrossFit fans will have one less legend to watch in the future. The 2013 Fittest Woman on Earth, announced her retirement with just a few words and a photo of one shoe alone on the competition floor.

Brie Larson knows that being in such great shape comes at a price

The 32-year-old Oscar winner shared a photo, flaunting her superhero abs and the bruises she has to show for it.

"Summer is here but bruises from training are in every season," she captioned the photo of herself posing in an orange and white floral bikini.

Larson's post was quickly met with commenters applauding her toned abs and complimenting her swimsuit.

In an interview in February, the actress said that while training for her role in 2019's "Captain Marvel," she pushed her body "far beyond" her expectations.

"I started this journey thinking I'll get strong and I had no idea. I went far beyond what I ever believed was possible for my body," she said. "Being able to hip thrust 400 pounds, deadlift 200 pounds, push my trainer's Jeep, I mean, it's an incredible experience to realize what's inside of you is well beyond what you knew was possible."

Brie Larson also admitted that before joining the Marvel Universe, she wasn't thrilled about going to the gym.

"I affectionately called myself 'an introvert with asthma' before I got to play Carol Danvers and I started training first out of sheer panic," she said.

"That's part of why it's no surprise to me that this character has been able to reverberate outward because she first and foremost changed my life," Larson added. "So it makes sense to me that she could change other lives too."
