"While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.
Monica just says no to sugary beverages. She told MDZ that she avoids the consumption of soft drinks, alcohol, and sugary juices or heavy smoothies.
Monica also stays away from flour and tries to eat very little meat. However she admits she does cheat and eat them on occasion.
Monica tries to eat a lot of plants, which includes "Lots of salad to which I add edamame, and all kinds of grilled vegetables, low sodium salt, no dressing except a little olive and lots of lemon. Instead of mayonnaise I put hummus on everything," she told MDZ.

If I'm hungry, an almond croissant from the coffee shop, if not some corn thins with avocado and fetta. For lunch, I stick to a salad with chicken, salmon or halloumi. Dinner at home would likely be a Hello Fresh meal or some kind of protein with rice and veggies. If I'm out, I have to do burrata or saganaki – cheese lover here!"
Chatfield also talked about her skincare routine to Body & Soul. She says that she's all about consistency. "Like most people, I found something that works for me," Chatfield explains. "So I stick with it. Get a routine and stick to it. Most products take a while to work, so commit to it."
Chatfield has no time for haters. After people commented on her body on social media, she hit back in an interview with Stellar. "People on Instagram love to tell me when my own body is changing, as though I don't have a mirror," she says. "Weight loss happens because of a myriad of things … I am very, very proud of my relationship with food and exercise. I don't think it's anyone's business why someone might have lost weight, unless they express it themselves without being prompted. It doesn't affect anybody else."
Chatfield talked about her favorite wellness products to POPSugar. She says that her favorite skincare brand is RAWKANVAS, and explains her reasons why. "It's all vegan and natural. I have quite… I wouldn't say sensitive skin but it's very reactive and particularly after The Bachelor, my skin would just go nuts. I would get weird dermatitis or I'd get breakouts, hormonal breakouts and when I was sent some RAWKANVAS products to try out to see if I liked it, it was really effective."

But I think that would probably be best because I know these are things that I'm even carrying into my dating life and I don't want to have that weight on me. I do want to be more compassionate because he went through a lot with foster care and abandonment issues, all kinds of dark things so I do recognize why he is the way that he is."
When it comes to hair care, Lennox believes in using natural products. She tells Allure, "Any type of natural soap, I'll use for my scalp. I use natural shampoo, something that's paraben-free, free of toxins and chemicals. Afterward, I [use] just shea butter, really. Shea butter and a favorite oil of mine, whether it's grapeseed oil, olive oil, or jojoba oil. It's relatively simple — I wash it whenever I feel like it needs to be washed, about every two weeks or sooner."
Lennox doesn't feel pressure to look a certain way. She tells Allure that she's all about authenticity. "Part of me wants to look as polished as some of the greatest legends that are around today. But another thing I'm just like, 'Man, that's also not me every day.' I don't mind showing people what I look like every day, because what the hell? To me, that's real life. At least that's my real life."
Lennox makes sure to hit the gym when she can. One thing she enjoys doing to stay in shape is working out her lower body. Lennox shared some of her favorite leg workouts in a video. She is seen doing hamstring curls with the machine. She also is seen using the leg press machine.

"Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. This can also lead to improved health for people with diabetes and heart disease. Swimmers have about half the risk of death compared with inactive people. People report enjoying water-based exercise more than exercising on land. They can also exercise longer in water than on land without increased effort or joint or muscle pain."
Anderson enjoys the occasional beer—especially at Oktoberfest in Munich. "The main ingredient is usually pure, spring water from a reliable source," says Jim Collins, MD. "It contains no cholesterol or fat, but has low to moderate levels of carbohydrates. Beer does contain an average of 25mg of salt, which isn't all that bad. And, the good news is that most beers contain protein, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, and vitamins B, B2, and B6."
Anderson loves hitting the slopes with her family. "Skiing gets you outdoors in the winter when we often end up on the couch and are passive," says physical therapist Scott Tremmel. "We're just not as active when the cold weather sets in, but skiing keeps you moving to continue to build up your endurance. When you're skiing, you're often out with a group of friends and you're socializing. You're getting fresh air and taking in the beautiful scenery around you. It's good for your emotional health."

Winget revealed her favorite exercises to Mid Day. She says that she does a variety of things to stay in shape. "My fitness regime comprises eating a balanced diet and practising yoga," she says. "I also allocate time for my walk, or better still, run on the beach with my dog Breezer. It's something I look forward to."
Winget talked about her diet to Mid Day. She says that she doesn't believe in going on crash diets and plans. Winget opts for a more balanced approach to eating and wellness. "They catch up every now and then, but I make sure to work out. Crash diets never work, so, I eat balanced meals and never skip meals. I try to listen to my body and all else falls in place."
Winget is extremely confident in herself. She tells News 18,"What inspires me is that when I look at myself in the mirror, I should feel good about myself. It doesn't matter what my weight is, but it matters if I am healthy or not. Especially, if anything the pandemic has taught us is to be healthy and not to be of a certain weight, or a certain body type, what matters is you being healthy because nothing comes before health."
Winget revealed some of her wellness secrets in an interview. She says that she likes her food to be as fresh as possible. "I drink vegetable juice every day, be it any vegetable, which is a must for me," she says. "For me, any food made at home is healthy, and so I eat anything that comes from home! And yes I mostly avoid eating out, so I am kind of conscious about that though."
