Abbie Chatfield works hard to have a toned body

Abbie Chatfield is treating her followers to some swimsuit selfies. In a new social media video and photo, the Aussie celeb flaunts her flaming hot body in a gold bathing suit. "Honestly I just found these hot photos I took of myself in Perth so I thought I would share. Ur welcome," she captioned the Instagram post.

Exercise is a priority for Abbie. "I work out six days a week with a mix of HIIT, yoga, Pilates and just going for a run," she told Body + Soul. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Abbie maintains a healthy diet. She starts off with a breakfast of yogurt with some frozen berries or pieces of fruit. Later in the morning she munches on corn thins with avocado spread. Lunch might be canned salmon with vegetables and a dash of rice. Dinner is usually a vegetarian patty or falafel wrap. If she has a sweet tooth she will have peanut butter with dates for dinner.

Abbie loves cycling. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Abbie, who battled "definitely disordered eating" and had "definite like, fatphobic thoughts that were ingrained in me by society and especially being a young woman in the early 2000's," stressed the importance of self-love on her podcast. "I've worked so hard to not have those thoughts and I think I'm really proud of myself for genuinely not working out for how I look, not eating for how I look, genuinely enjoying food and genuinely being able to enjoy exercise and be more worried about whether I'm eating enough and what I'm eating and making sure I have the right nutrients."

Abbie listens to her body and exercises when she feels like it. "I wake up and I would be like 'I feel like doing yoga right now' so I'll do yoga," she told Yahoo Lifestyle. "Or I'm feeling a bit anxious, so I feel like going for a run – rather than 'I should run, to lose weight, to look better, to be more fit'."

Abbie Chatfield in Bathing Suit Shares Her "POV"

Abbie Chatfield is one of Australia's most famous reality stars. She first started as a contestant on The Bachelor. She then starred in Bachelor in Paradise and I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! Chatfield is currently a judge on The Masked Singer, the host of FBoy Island, and has her own radio series. Chatfield also posts a lot of memes on her Instagram account. In a recent post, she played a guitar in a black bikini. She captioned the post, "POV: you go home with a musician who just got in the Hottest 200 who opened for your fav band at the Enmore. Chatfield has a lot of confidence in herself. Even when she's struggling with acne. "I'm a confident person," she says to Body & Soul. "So I try to feel good in my own skin, break out or no break out. The truth is everyone has good skin and bad skin days, it shouldn't affect you as a person."

Chatfield eats pretty healthy, and broke down her meals to Body & Soul. "Breakfast is probably a soy latte or iced latte. If I'm hungry, an almond croissant from the coffee shop, if not some corn thins with avocado and fetta. For lunch, I stick to a salad with chicken, salmon or halloumi. Dinner at home would likely be a Hello Fresh meal or some kind of protein with rice and veggies. If I'm out, I have to do burrata or saganaki – cheese lover here!"

Chatfield also talked about her skincare routine to Body & Soul. She says that she's all about consistency. "Like most people, I found something that works for me," Chatfield explains. "So I stick with it. Get a routine and stick to it. Most products take a while to work, so commit to it."

Chatfield has no time for haters. After people commented on her body on social media, she hit back in an interview with Stellar. "People on Instagram love to tell me when my own body is changing, as though I don't have a mirror," she says. "Weight loss happens because of a myriad of things … I am very, very proud of my relationship with food and exercise. I don't think it's anyone's business why someone might have lost weight, unless they express it themselves without being prompted. It doesn't affect anybody else."

Chatfield talked about her favorite wellness products to POPSugar. She says that her favorite skincare brand is RAWKANVAS, and explains her reasons why. "It's all vegan and natural. I have quite… I wouldn't say sensitive skin but it's very reactive and particularly after The Bachelor, my skin would just go nuts. I would get weird dermatitis or I'd get breakouts, hormonal breakouts and when I was sent some RAWKANVAS products to try out to see if I liked it, it was really effective."

Last week Martha revealed that she and Michael once discussed the idea of an open relationship.

She explained they spoke about it after radio host Abbie Chatfield announced she was in an open relationship with her boyfriend Konrad Bień-Stephen.

Martha said Michael once asked for her thoughts on the subject, but they decided the polyamorous lifestyle just wasn't for them.

'Michael and I spoke about this, not because we were wanting to explore it, but you know Abbie is in an open relationship. We follow Abbie and love Abbie. She announced it,' Martha said.

'Michael was like, "Good for her. I don't know if I could do it, but what do you think?" This was his way of tip-toeing around asking me. I was like, "I don't know if it's for me. I don't know."'

Abbie Chatfield shared 'two joyous moments' in the Victorian city, where she showed off her curves in a skimpy green triangle bikini.

The 26-year-old, who rose to fame on Matt Agnew's season of The Bachelor, hosed herself down on the balcony in a candid video, before an adorable Golden Retriever dog 'sat on her face.

Abbie revealed her figure in scanty swimwear as she cooled off, and looked every inch the influencer with trendy sunglasses and wavy blonde tresses.

She then posted a hilarious photo of herself lounging on a bean bag on the balcony, with a Golden Retriever puppy deciding to literally sit on her face.

The podcast host then took to the comments section to add further commentary, at first describing her impromptu cool-off session.

Abbie's self-deprecating posts come after she told last week that she already envisions marriage in her future with Konrad.

During the interview, Abbie also revealed that she was meeting the 31-year-old's parents in Melbourne this week.

Asked by the publication whether marriage is on the cards, Abbie responded: 'I think so, I hope so.'

The beauty, who said she's dated a lot over the past two years, added that she's 'never had anything like this before, with their romance going from 'zero to 100'.

Earlier this month, Abbie issued a lengthy apology after she was criticized by Brooke Blurton for announcing their relationship the night before The Bachelorette finale.

Abbie explained her decision to go public with Konrad, claiming she believed she had Brooke's blessing.

'This is to address the post made by Brooke. A month ago, a video of Konrad and I kissing was secretly captured by a patron and made public,' she began. 'Following this, Brooke and I had a conversation in which I apologized and expressed regret multiple times for our public affection as this was prior to Konrad's exit from the show. Konrad had a similar conversation with Brooke.

'We met as a result of him coming along to catch up with a mutual friend, the public setting was an accident. We absolutely should have waited to be in private as we are public figures and these are things we need to consider, but we didn't. We also didn't consider the possible ramifications of our actions. Immediately following this, we intentionally kept things quiet, and did not leave the house together in an effort to not be photographed out of respect for the show and to minimize press surrounding the spoiler of Konrad's exit.'
