Aura Cristina Geithner shows off her swerving curves

Aura Cristina Geithner is living it up in Mexico – in her swimsuit. The actress shows off her swerving curves in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts. "Kill 'em! ?? Cuteness overload … Dreamy Acapulco! ??⛱☀️ Beautiful day for everyone!" she captions a recently Instagram video.

Aura only diets when she needs to. "When I'm in projects or proposals for a magazine or novel, I automatically get in shape," she told TV Notas. "But when I'm not, I'm an ordinary woman who likes to eat and under everything that has to do with physical care, that's why I gain weight."

Aura loves to dance. "A little meringue on this wonderful morning! Who's down? Beautiful day to all!" she captioned a video. Dancing helps build strength and promotes flexibility, while also helping you lose weight and promote cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Aura also likes to box as a way of staying in shape. "This kind of boxing has many health benefits, because it constantly requires you to think, change your position, and change your posture," physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's hospital tells Harvard Health."You're swinging your arms, moving the muscles of your arms and shoulders, increasing your upper-body strength. And when you're in the boxer crouch with a wide stance, with your knees slightly bent, you're strengthening your core muscles, back, and legs."

Aura loves a good cheat meal. "Cakes and cookies," are her go-to cheat food, she told TV Notas. "I also love going to a restaurant and eating delicious; for example, a good rice with shrimp, bread with butter, desserts and ice cream."

When she wants to lose weight fast, Aura cuts a few things from her diet. "Yes and for me it is easy, I have become more vegan, when I want to lose weight, I avoid everything that is meat and carbohydrates; one has to accustom the organism to speed it up and eat every three or four hours. My body is so wise that, just as I gained 10 kilos in a month, I lose them in 20 days. I can't be a doll all the time, I get tired too," she told TV Notas.

Another outdoor activity Anderson likes to do is go biking. She sometimes likes to bike with her family. Anderson owns a bike with a kid seat on the back, which she uses for her son. In a recently Instagram post, Anderson opened up about changes she made to her wellness routine. She says that she did a lot of research to find what works for her. "When I went on a quest to help treat my son's chronic eczema (having tried doctors, allergists, dermatologists and no improvement) I ended up finding a fantastic naturopath and kinesiologist who put me on the right track with Forest's diet. I then did some more research on my own and read the @medicalmedium book 'Liver Rescue' and our lives have changed completely for the better!!

In the same Instagram post, Anderson revealed that while she's not the biggest fan of fruit, she makes sure to eat it. In the past, she admits that she didn't always eat it, so she's trying to increase that. "I still don't crave fruit, but I make sure I eat it anyway. Smoothies have been a great way for me to enjoy eating enough fruit and know I'm getting the nutrients I need."

Anderson makes sure to speak up about things. She shared a lot of posts on Instagram supporting the Black Lives Matter movement. Anderson posted this drawing encouraging other people to support black-owned businesses. She also shared a post, captioning it, "How on earth is this still happening in our world? It's time to do everything we can to end this."

Kansas City Chiefs heiress Gracie Hunt rocks bikini before the big game

Gracie Hunt is the Chiefs heiress showed support for her beloved team by sporting a bikini ahead of the big game!!

Gracie is the daughter of K.C. Chiefs chairman and CEO Clark Hunt. The Hunt family has owned the Kansas City Chiefs since the team was founded in 1959 by Lamar Hunt, a founding member of the American Football League.

Clark Hunt, the son of Lamar Hunt, inherited the team when his father died in 2006. Clark is also a founding investor-owner in Major League Soccer and the chairman of Hunt Sports Group, which oversees the operations of the Chiefs and FC Dallas.

Gracie Hunt, 23, is the daughter of Clark and Tavia Hunt, who married in 1993. She has two younger siblings: Knobel Hunt, 20, and Ava Hunt, 14.

On February 12, the family's team will take on the Philadelphia Eagles at Super Bowl LVII.

The 23-year-old was clearly enjoyin' the snow with her Chiefs-themed bathing suit on ... and considering the temps, she threw on some moon boots and a metallic jacket so she didn't freeze to death.

"Thinking warm thoughts and hoping for a Chiefs WIN!❤️‍?," Hunt said. "Who’s ready for game day?!?"

Of course, Hunt isn't camera shy -- she's been in several beauty pageants in the past ... and was named Miss Kansas USA in 2021. Gracie also finished in the top 15 in the Miss USA contest that same year.

While many were convinced that Rajek was just utilizing the rumors to gain more popularity, several Brady fans still opine that there might be some truth to the rumors.

In an interview with Hola, De Lima talked about how she found her favorite hair products. She says that she likes to try new things, and uses the ones that work best for her at all times. "I love trying different products to see which ones fit me best, because there is always a new product on the market," she explains. "However, I've got thin hair and I discovered my favorite products that I'm literally married to. For example, my favorite shampoo is called Roze and I love it because it leaves my hair clean at the first wash and it gives more volume. When I dry my hair, in order to maintain such volume, I use a wax powder called Truss."

In her interview with Hola, De Lima was asked how she keeps her hair silky. She answered, "Ok, something important for this kind of question is: the relationship you've got with your hairstylist. What I'm saying is that whenever you find a stylist that you consider perfect for you, keep him and be loyal to him as he's the one who will be taking proper care of your hair color and texture. I've been loyal to my hairstylist for 7 years now."

De Lima makes sure to do a variety of workouts. She also makes sure to workout her entire body. De Lima shared some of her favorite exercises in a video on Instagram. Plus, wellness expert Michael Roizen, MD adds, it improves the quality of your sleep and keeps you energized when you're awake."

The Canadian reality star welcomed her son, Winston, on Sept. 29 with her husband, Joshua Wolfe.

In December, the Montreal-native opened up about the struggles of early motherhood in an Instagram Reel of herself retiring her breast pump paired with an emotional message about the pressures of breastfeeding and the "guilt" mothers face for choosing to formula feed.

In the video, Grimaldi recorded herself tearing up as she packed her breast pump away in a box. "This morning I woke up feeling good, finally," the on-screen text read.

"I'm ready to retire my pump," she wrote before explaining that her son "wasn't latching," and she was "barely" pumping 90ml per day.

Grimaldi revealed that she was recently diagnosed with mastitis, taking antibiotics, as well as feeling "emotionally, mentally and physically exhausted," after the loss of her grandfather.

"I've cried for two weeks straight, battling the same thought of exclusively formula feeding," she admitted. "I need to listen to what my mind and body need, and that's to be happy, healthy and present with Winston."

Holtznagel prefers four meals a day that hit all her macros. "Mini-meals can aid in satisfying the appetite, stabilizing blood sugar levels, and providing nutrients to the body throughout the day," says Katherine Patton, MEd, RD, CSSD, LD. "Smaller, more frequent meals in your daily eating patterns also can aid in a more efficient metabolism compared to a slower metabolism when meals are skipped. An efficient metabolism allows your body to use carbohydrates, protein and fat to fuel your body."

Holtznagel got into the best shape of her life by focusing on a healthy diet with occasional treats thrown in for balance and sustainability. "Simone has done it in a healthy way," says boyfriend and trainer Jono Castano. "She's found the love of food, she's found the consistency and balance for training."

Holtznagel hits the gym four times a week and frequently uses weights for her exercises. "Weight training in particular preserves and builds muscle mass, which elevates metabolism and helps prevent weight gain while maintaining mobility," according to Johns Hopkins Health. "Sarcopenia, or loss of muscle mass and function, is a huge cause of physical disability, and it often starts in middle age. Resistance training also increases bone density, lowers blood pressure and cholesterol, improves insulin sensitivity, and can help alleviate depression and arthritis."

Holtznagel loves to cook at home, and frequently makes delicious pasta from scratch. "When I think about foods that deliver on comfort, tradition and enjoyment, pasta is at the top of the list. In fact, pasta is a staple in the Mediterranean diet and can be culturally diverse," says Leslie Bonci, MPH, RDN, CSSD, LDN. "Pasta adds beneficial nutrients to the plate such as carbohydrate, fiber, protein, B vitamins and iron – in addition to being a perfect partner to protein and produce."
