Rachel Stuhlmann shows off her incredible fit figure

Rachel Stuhlmann is one of the hottest influencers out there. She's specifically one of the top tennis influencers. She shares a lot of stunning posts on her Instagram. This week, Stuhlmann went to the Indy 500, and shared some highlights on her page. In them, she wore black pants and a black and white checkered swimsuit top. She captioned the post, "If you're not first, you're last! Shake and bake baby!"

Stuhlmann is all about living a healthy lifestyle. She shared some of her lifestyle tips in an interview with Fitness Gurls. "I began weight training, working out extremely hard, and focusing on my nutrition. I went all in; I did two strategic workouts a day and followed a weighed-out meal plan given to me by a nutritionist who helped me reach my goals."

Stuhlmann is all about being authentic. She tells Fitness Gurls, "There was a time earlier in my career when I got a little nervous about how I would be perceived in the industry based on my appearance and style. For the past few years, I have put so much work into professional tennis, from media, broadcasting, marketing, writing, tournament sponsorships and partnerships, sales, events, player relations, and much more. I finally realized I could do all these things without changing who I am!"

Tennis is obviously one of the main ways Stuhlmann stays in shape. "Even though I loved this phase of life, I still knew that my calling was in the tennis space," she told Fitness Gurls. "There was a time when the two (fitness and tennis) did crossover when I shifted all my energy back into tennis. I personally trained many tennis players of all ages and levels- young juniors, college teams and players, USTA adult players, etc. In 2018, I even presented at the ITPA World Tennis Fitness Conference in Atlanta, which was a fantastic experience."

Stuhlmann tells Outkick that she also likes to play pickleball. "I've had so many people tell me that I should play pro pickleball and when I was on-site at the Desert Ridge Open the other day, I low-key thought about it and considered and weighed out my current life schedule with a part-time professional Pickleball training schedule. Unfortunately, it turns out it does not seem feasible for me with my daily busy schedule, but it was a fun thought in the moment."

Stuhlmann has a lot of success, and she is extremely grateful for it. She opened up about this to PopCulture.com. "It was pretty funny, all day I kept getting hundreds of new followers across all of my platforms- I was like 'what is going on?' I received some tweets and comments saying stuff like, 'How's it feel to be the world's No. 1 tennis influencer?' And then a friend of mine sent me the article and I read it, it was awesome. Such a fun honor."

Kristin Cavallari shows off her strong physique

Reality star turned business mogul Kristin Cavallari enjoyed a sunny Memorial Day weekend in Franklin, Tennessee. Cavallari, 36, shared a snap of herself walking by her pool in a black bathing suit, showcasing her strong physique. "Looking so good!" a fan commented.

Cavallari enjoys a variety of workouts. "I lift weights, but I do circuit training to keep my heart rate up," she says. "I also started doing hot yoga every once in a while. I don't do it as often as I would like, but I love it when I'm able to make it happen."

Cavallari cooks at home for her family as much as she can. "The way I eat is a lifestyle," she says. "Organic as often as possible, tons of veggies, meat, nuts and seeds, complex carbs like buckwheat soba noodles, berries, tons of fat — I even eat butter… My kids love pasta. We use brown rice noodles or lentil noodles."

Cavallari works out with a trainer to build muscle. "I'm really petite. I have no hips. I'm just small. And so if I don't work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away," she says. "So it is about consistency for me… [My trainer] pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I've ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I'm the strongest I've ever been."

Cavallari doesn't believe in diets—instead, she focuses on eating whole foods and living a healthy lifestyle. "I never look at fat or calories or anything on an ingredient label," she says. "I just read the actual ingredients, and I just want to make sure that l'm eating real food as close to its natural state as possible. I drink a ton of water. I work out five days a week and I lift weights, but I go quickly. It's circuit training so that my heart rate is up. I'm a big believer in an infrared sauna, in a bath, in a mask, in a gratitude journal."

Cavallari says she has finally achieved a sense of balance when it comes to her health and lifestyle. "It's important to give ourselves grace and not beat ourselves up," she says. "For so many years in my early 20s, I was all or nothing. I have the best relationship I've ever had with food and health because I've let go of a lot of that control. It's about consistency — just keep showing up."

Jordyn Woods enjoyed the sunshine on her recent trip to Dubai

Jordyn Woods is giving fans a behind-the-scenes sneak peek at her recent trip to Dubai, UAE. Woods, 25, shared pictures of herself wearing a zebra-print bikini as she posed in the bright sunshine, and selfies from a resort bathroom. "Dubai ?," she captioned the post.

Woods is all about building toned, strong muscles. "I try to do at least 20 to 30 minutes of cardio, starting to warm up and get your heart rate going," she says. "And then it's good to always do abs. So every time you work out, do 30 minutes of cardio, always do abs, and then each day you can focus on a different part of your body. So one day you can focus on weight lifting for your arms and shoulders, one day for your back and one day for your legs."

Woods refuses to obsess about the scales, especially as she focuses on muscle. "Weight is taboo because muscle weighs more than fat and you could be losing body fat, but gaining muscle and you can end up weighing more," she says. "You can keep track of it if you want to. If you don't care, go off of how you feel. Your mind controls everything and if you're down on yourself. then your cells literally go off of your thoughts. Your cells and your body are going off of negativity, then they're actually just not even going to prosper. You just have to stay positive and it's way easier said than done."

Woods loves healthy food—and also the occasional burger. "I really like smoothies," she says. "Like a protein shake or a fruit smoothie. Or an apple. They're easy, 'cause after I workout, I don't want to eat anything too heavy. I try to not eat too much fast food, but if I am going to go to a fast-food restaurant, it's most likely In-N-Out back home, or Shake Shack in New York. And I love sushi. Sushi's pretty healthy – it's just the rice. But, yeah, I wouldn't consider sushi junk food."

Woods learned to embrace her unique and curvy physique after modeling. "I think a true boss knows there is always more to learn," she says. "You have to keep going, always. Modeling really helps me find my confidence and break out of my shell. When I first started modeling it taught me to face rejection. In the industry and life in general there are going to be a lot of people who don't like you or understand you, you have to be ok with the fact that what other people think really doesn't matter."

Woods is careful to take care of her skin. "I actually love skincare," she says. "Hopefully one day I will have my own skincare line. I just always try to make sure I take off all my makeup before I go to sleep, wash my face every morning and every night. I tend to have kind of dry [skin], so I don't use too many toners, but I love like, a rosewater spray toner. Things that are light and refreshing."

Vanessa Hudgens is ready for summer

Vanessa Hudgens is ready for summer in her swimsuit. The actress shows off her gorgeous body in a floral bathing suit in one of her latest social media videos, sipping on a drink while lounging around a beach. "Happy summer," she captioned the Instagram Reel.

Vanessa eats incredibly clean, avoiding all processed food. "My overall food philosophy is, if it's real, I'll eat it," she told Shape. "Many things are processed and contain chemicals and ingredients I can't pronounce. I want real food."

Hudgens is a longtime follower of intermittent fasting. She eats between noon and 6 p.m. and fasts for the remaining 18. "I've been intermittent fasting a lot, because for me, I love pasta, I love pizza, and when I'm not eating carbs I feel like a little piece of me dies," she told People. "Intermittent fasting is great, because when I am fasting — those first two weeks are definitely rough, I'm not going to lie, but after that I feel more grounded and powerful in my workouts. And I get the nutrients that I need when I eat, but then I also eat what I want."

Vanessa goes "back and forth" between intermittent fasting and keto, avoiding most carbohydrates and fueling up with fats. "It's great," she told People. "If you have the right ingredients to keep you on track, I think it's amazing. People a lot of times think of fats in diets as a negative thing, and when you're doing keto it's a very positive thing. I'm always making sure I'm getting those healthy fats in, so I eat a LOT of almond butter. You feel really energetic and supported on the keto diet."

Vanessa is a big fan of exercise and is "basically always working out," she told People. "I feel like I've kind of found a recipe for my body that works," she says. "It's SoulCycle for cardio, to keep my heart healthy. It's Pilates for lengthening, leaning and toning. And yoga for my mental health."

Vanessa isn't afraid of lifting heavy weights. "My fitness has taken a turn. Cardio has been put on the back burner, and I'm very OK with that," Hudgens recently told Shape. "The things that have become the most important are balance and mental health." She does a lot of weight and strength training at The Dogpound gym, which she is "obsessed with."

Hudgens is also a big advocate of probiotics. She recently partnered with supplement wellness brand Ritual, after incorporating its best-selling Synbiotic+ into her routine. "I'm always traveling and moving around and on the go, and a big proportion of your immune system's actually in your GI tract," she told People. "So I was like, 'Okay, I'm going to prioritize this and make sure that taking care of my gut is actually going to help me in a big way, whether that's with digestion or with boosting my immune system.' And Ritual does exactly that."

Is Paris Hilton working on a secret new project?

Paris Hilton, 42, shared some pictures of herself on the set of what looks like a TV show or movie, looking like a Barbie doll in a sparkly one-piece swimsuit. "I have a secret to tell you that'll leave you starstruck… who wants to hear it? ⭐️??," she captioned the post.

Hilton loves being outside with her pups. "For exercise, I don't go to a gym or anything like that—I like to be outdoors, hiking with my dogs or going surfing or skiing," she says. "I love doing sports. And then at night, to help me relax, I like to get a massage and listen to this thing called Liquid Mind on Spotify that is just this music that really relaxes your mind [laughs]. I take my R3set supplements ($13) at night as well, which help me fall and stay asleep.

Hilton isn't big on the gym, but has her own system to stay in shape. "I'm so busy I don't have time to work out so I use my Balancer Pro Lymphatic Suit and Cryotherapy chamber," she says. "During my facials I also use my NeurotriS Face and Body Toner. I do love skiing and surfing when on vacation."

Hilton is diligent about deep conditioning her hair. "I love to sleep in the Olaplex deep conditioning mask," she says. "If I'm not getting a blowout and I'm not working, I like to put my hair into two cute little space buns, because it's so easy and just makes me look like a little raver and I love it."

Hilton credits using sun protection for her clear complexion. "I've never had a surgery done — I've never had Botox," she says. "I've never had anything done in my life, and I think it has a lot to do with taking care of my skin, staying out of the sun, and being educated at a young age. I want to pass that knowledge to all the young girls out there."

Hilton loves luxurious spa sessions as well as baths and massages. "I like to go to my spa at my house—I love to be in there," she says. "It just helps me relax and gives me energy. It's something really easy for me to do since it's right downstairs."

Megan Fox Shows Off Shorter Hairstyle and Figure

Megan Fox is ready for summer with a new suit and hairdo.

The 37-year-old actress showed off her figure in a tiny black bikini along with a shorter hairstyle in a faceless selfie on her Instagram Sunday.

Fox shared another photo she snapped of herself — this time, showing her face as her shorter fiery red locks and freckles were on display out by the ocean.

“Ace of cups + the star,” she captioned her post, referring to the two tarot cards.

It appears the Jennifer’s Body star snipped several inches off her previously lengthy hair after she debuted her new ginger locks in May at the 2023 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit party in New York City.

For the red carpet event, her hairstylist Dimitris Giannetos styled her hair into waves that channeled the beach vibes of her tropical SI Swimsuit spread, which was photographed in the Dominican Republic.

The actress is one of four cover stars of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit's 2023 issue, wearing a barely there suit in the lush waters of the Dominican Republic, where her photo shoot took place.

"Shooting Sports Illustrated Swimsuit is definitely a lot of pressure," the mom of three told the outlet. "I have a vision in my head that I'm trying to achieve, so we'll see if it pans out for me."

Fox even admitted that she manifested this gig into reality — and she's stoked to see it come to life.

Águeda López shows off her gorgeous body

Águeda López is "vibing" in Buenos Aires in her swimsuit. The Spanish model dances to her husband, Luis Fonsi's song on a boat in one of her latest social media posts, wearing a fuschia bathing suit. "One more day in paradise," she captioned a separate Instagram post.

Águeda prioritizes healthy living, cooking nutritious meals for her kids. "Living a healthy lifestyle is not only important for me, but I want to set a positive example for my kids," she told Bode Magazine. "I always teach them about all the food groups and express how important it is to use organic products."

Águeda exercises every single day. "Exercising is part of my daily routine and [my children] see that," she told Bode. She even does at home workouts. "They not only see me, but sometimes join me even if it is just doing a few jumping jacks with us. If a person doesn't feel good with their lifestyle, they wont be able to project confidence. In the fashion world, unfortunately to meet expectations, women put their health at risk because of a poor diet." Here she is doing an intense ab workout.

Águeda also loves doing yoga. "Yoga with my little yogini," she captioned this post. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Águeda recently learned how to snowboard. "What a first day! Loving it here!!!" she captioned a post. According to the University of Rochester, snowboarding, like skiing, is a great cardiovascular workout. "Because they are also weight-bearing exercises, they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles," they say. "Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for chronic diseases, and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer."

Águeda makes sure to drink enough water. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Gisele Bündchen celebrates Mother Nature

Gisele Bündchen is one of the most successful supermodels of all time. She was one of the most well-known Victoria's Secret Angels. Bündchen popularized the "horse walk" on the runway.

She has also modeled for brands like Dolce & Gabbana, Versace, and Ralph Lauren. Bündchen has also dabbled in music and acting—and advocacy. "Mother Nature is our greatest teacher. She shows us that everything is interconnected and interdependent. Her power comes from her diversity and it depends on it for its survival. Just like with people, our differences are our strengths, and we get stronger when we work together. Nature doesn't judge or divide. She nurtures.

She reminds us that every form of life is sacred, and important, and has its own special role in creating balance, so all of life can flourish. Nature has the answers–and by observing her, and mirroring back her example, we can all thrive. This is our home, and our choices create our future. #WorldEnvironmentDay ," she wrote on Instagram, posing in a bathing suit.

Bündchen shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Vogue France. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy. "I think we are what we eat. And that food should be our medicine. It is very important to drink plenty of water and eat food that comes from the earth, like fruits and vegetables, rather than processed food. All of this is reflected directly on the skin."

Bündchen tells Vogue France that one of her biggest health and skincare secrets is staying hydrated. "Water is your best ally to have beautiful skin, so you need to drink plenty of it. I also rely on electrolytes, which help better absorb water and increase hydration tenfold. I take a drink with a lemon flavor which is a very good bonus.

Bündchen tells Vogue France that she struggles with anxiety and mental health. She says that she likes to do breathing exercises to help with this. "There is one breathing exercise that I did a lot of when I was prone to panic attacks that still helps me refocus today: alternate breathing. You just have to inhale, block the right nostril to hold your breath for a few moments and then exhale from the left nostril. Then, the same with the left nostril. You can continue the exercise for 1, 5, or 10 minutes depending on the time you have available, as soon as a need for calm is felt."

Bündchen shared some of her skincare secrets with Vogue France. She says that she likes to use coconut oil on her face. "I always remove makeup with organic coconut oil (the same one I use for cooking) because it is, in my opinion, the easiest way to remove all traces of makeup. I put it all-over on my face, remove it with a cotton ball and then rinse it all off with lukewarm water."

For Bündchen, skincare at night is extremely important. She broke down her routine in her Vogue France interview. "In the evening, on the other hand, I clean my skin, sometimes I exfoliate it, then I draw my serum, a moisturizer, from time to time a mask, an eye contour, and I'm ready to go to bed. It is very important to put on your moisturizer at night so that the skin has time to absorb it."

Bündchen is all about positivity. "Even more essential: surrounding yourself with positive thoughts, having constructive conversations, reading and watching inspiring things," she tells Vogue France. "Because beauty is not limited to what you put on the surface of the skin, but also what you decide to bring to your body and your mind. And then there is love, the love that we have for ourselves and for others."

Bündchen shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is go biking. She shared a biking video on her page, captioning it, "We all have our fair shares of trials. Every laugh, every fall, every experience, the good and the bad, everything is here to teach us something and help us grow. Nothing is permanent. So let's enjoy the good moments and learn from the bad ones. Every day is a gift!"
